Other than a bit of a mumble with the "please pull around to the second window," my experience here was perfectly adequate. The store is in good condition with no litter, though it appears that there was someone parked in one of the waiting spaces and the dining room is closed (COVID?). My chicken nuggets were around "warm" and not "hot" but they had the correct quantity. My double stack was assembled correctly with the proper toppings in the proper order though the bun was almost cold. Overall, could have been better but rounding up to OK. read more

I had lunch at the Wendy's located at 10941 Airport Road Naples yesterday. It was disgustingly dirty, especially the kitchen area. The Coke machine had no ice and the machine was dirty. I find it hard to believe they could pass a restaurant inspection. Last week I waited in their drive thru line for fifteen minutes and then when I got to the window they said their computer system was messing up and they could not take my order even though I was paying with cash. Half of the parking spaces in their parking lot flood and hold the water during a normal afternoon rain. You have to step into two or three inches of water to get out of your car in those spaces. read more

I just had the worst and rudest fast food customer service at this location on Airport and Immokalee. When I started my order at the drive thru, there were 4 cars ahead of me. They started my order, but started talking to someone else halfway through. Told me to wait, then I watched all 4 cars get their food and drive off without having my order taken. Even when I was the only car left in the drive thru, no one took my order. I started to back up to then pull up again, and the staff member said not to back up. He then told me to pull forward to the window so I did. When I got there, he was VERY rude, started saying, "oh she's late for the airport! She's late for the airport!" and continued to be rude the entire time. I was handed my son's food before he had even given me my credit card back. Never will I ever go here again. read more

The people that work here are so rude. But on top of that, they either get your order wrong, give you attitude if you ask for the correct item, and/or give you food that is cold or inedible. One time we had a sandwich with moldy bread and another time we got a chicken sandwich and the chicken was not cooked all the way through. The next time you go to the drive thru, take a look at the wall in the upper right corner. You'll see their fly trap, which is full of insects. I write less than 1 review a year. I don't think people need to review places unless they have an outstandingly good or bad experience. Waiting in a drive through line for 10 minutes (yes, clocked over 10 minutes) with honking cars and dozens of cars leaving, because just one car was holding up everyone the entire time, just one car at the microphone ordering for a small nation state I presume. I am never going to this Wendy's again. I can't imagine a customer service so bad you cannot tell someone to move on after losing hundreds of dollars. I called the Wendy's number, no pickup, no surprise. I go up around the lady holding everyone up (alone in her car, must be ordering for a small nation state as an emissary) and leave with the rest of us dozens of exiles. Writing this review, I am in the car moving along at a nearby McDonalds. In half the time, 20 cars have gone through and I am ordered and about to pick up my food. I look forward to never eating at Wendy's again. This is the straw that has broken my back. Avoid this Wendy's at all cost! I tried to order a sandwich and the lady who took my order was very abrupt and aggressive from the start. I ordered a sandwich only, not a combo meal, and she kept repeating "do you want the combo meal" several times to the point where I was getting annoyed. She did not understand one bit of what I wanted to order and I had to get a manager for help. Clean tables seems like they did a renovation with new tile, restrooms, carpet, artificial plants and lights. The current marketing campaign promoting natural cut fries and sea salt is another way to sell fries with skin on. My guess they are of cheaper quality due to lack of skin removal. Second of all fry length and portion is 5% smaller for the same as original fries. As far as sea salt. Save that for gourmet braised stuffed artichokes. It might seem weird to review one specific Wendy's because it's such a huge chain, but all of the Wendy's I've tried in the Masssachusetts/New Hampshire region where I live and work are flat out horrible. They are all slow, dirty, and the food is always poorly cooked. The employees are rude and unfriendly. This particular Wendy's was like a breath of fresh air. We went at lunch time, but the line moved right along, the cashier had no issue understanding my order, and the manager even chatted with us. The restaurant itself was nearly spotless, the food was fast and fresh (crispy fries for once!) and the Freestyle machine was a nice change from the no-refill hostage situation I'm used to in New England. My friend suggested that he drive over to the Wendy's at Airport Rd in Naples FL, (GreenTree Center), to pick up a quick meal after unloading moving boxes all day with me. I cannot understand any reason why the young girl at the drive through could not get his order straight after he tried 3 times!. He ordered 2 value chicken sandwiches, 2 value fries and 2 senior beverages. After the 3rd go around he thought she got it right but when he arrived home, he realized she never gave him the chicken sandwiches! I called the store to try to get the mess corrected and asked for the manager, instead of fixing the mess he began yelling at me that he didn't need me complaining and accusing him of cheating on the bill with no sandwiches provided! This place is an average Wendy's, no better or worse than most. Pretty clean but not very and the service was just okay.

Will most likely never eat here again. I went here for my lunch break around 9:15PM (2nd shift) and ordered a 4 for $4 with sweet tea. The iced tea tasted extremely off, like the machine was just cleaned or it was very watered down, either way I couldn't drink it and had to discard it. It literally tasted like it would make me sick. This was not the first time for the tea incident. My fries were soggy and my sandwich was soggy too. The 4 piece nugget was the only salvageable part of this unfortunate meal. Sometimes I have better luck if I get there around 6PM, but any time after the staff really drops the ball. read more
