Why doesn't this Chick-fil-A location offer senior discounts on drinks? Most locations senior drinks are free are only at $.25 apiece. Why pay over five dollars for two small drinks? They were quick and efficient despite the long drive thru line! Eliza was super helpful and kind!

The drive thru here was horrible. Horribleeeeeee. We waited 45 min in line. They only had 2 people taking orders and this was after about 30 min of waiting in line. My husband got down to see if he could place an order inside and they said only drive thru or pick up. We got there at about 1:20pm and didn't leave until 2pm. The young man who charged us apologized and said they were unstaffed but they definitely need a better strategy. read more

Another easy in and out stop. (I am a fan of easy in and out) While out shopping Black Friday like slackers leaving around 11:00 . We wanted a quick lunch... All Chick Fil As are about the same. Polite, relaxing, clean, fairly, fast organized, which also means super busy. The drive up was pretty long so we stepped in and the lines were very short all registers were open and I ended up treating 3 friends for under $19. Our order was to go. I usually never eat, drive, and text because because this is not only dangerous but it gets the touchscreen to greasy! So I enjoyed my meal on the road. Tip... They didn't put any napkins in the go bag, just food. So...if you forget the napkins it's your own fault. It's OK I wiped my fingers In my pants pockets (*) so my pants are still sorta clean. Stopped in here for lunch yesterday. And of course it is busy as usual. Receive my order and sat down. And happen to watch an employee taking unused condiments like ketchup and salt and even some unused napkins Off trays that people left on their tables and putting them back in the containers for other people to use. This really grossed me out. After people were handling these condiments and being put back for others to use. I told the Manager but they did not seem concerned! WTH! Visiting here from out of state and wanted to grab a quick bite for my daughter and went through the drive thru. I have never waited so long at a chick fil a! I was really surprised because there weren't that many people in line. Very frustrating when I pull up to the window and see like 10 people working. For so many guys there you would think driving thru would be a breeze. Anyway food was good and people I interacted with were very polite. Update: never mind... I am a big chick fil a fan. This location only has a drive thru option available right now with COVID. Most other locations at least have curbside pickup available and some even have indoor pickup which makes things a little easier and the wait time lower. With only drive thru being available, expect very long wait times. I also noticed that this drive thru doesn't run as fast as most others, but it still kept moving. This particular location has been tops since before it even opened its doors several years ago. I remember them giving out as many chicken sandwiches as you wanted to promote their grand opening for free. Now that this location has established itself in the community, they continue to put other fast food places to shame based on their simple policies; great, quality food, superior and friendly service and treating all their customers like royalty. This place is always spotless and packed with people. They even are business partners with many local schools, donating a percentage of their profits to help educate the local kids. Location cannot seem to get simple order correct. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a muffin and when I open it to eat it was a biscuit. I went through the drive through and when to eat my sandwich at work. So I was not able to get my correct order. When I called about getting the wrong sandwich they said sorry come back and we will make it right. Went back after work and the manager I spoke too about the problem was a complete jerk about it. He I don't work morning shift so I don't know what happens then. Employees don't know the difference between a muffin and a biscuit?
