Chick-fil-A is a restaurant with quality food and good service. Sometimes the drive through can be long, but the employees handle it and the line clears out fast. On a recent lunch, I tried the Pretzel Cheddar Club and it was delicious, the pretzel bun made the difference. A reason to like the menu, is not many fast food places give you the option to order healthy and tasty sides, the Kale Crunch Salad is a favorite along with the Fruit Cup. Hubs went with the Original Chicken Sandwich. The variety of chicken dishes is good and the additional salads, sides and shakes make stopping here a treat. The breakfast menu is great, they do good burritos and chicken biscuits, along with other options. It would be helpful if they gave menus to people in the drive through line, we didn't get offered one recently and it held things up. The guy who took our order didn't understand what sandwich I wanted and there was no menu to point at. No big deal, but the order would have gone faster with a menu instead of back and forth to make sure we were on the same page, this is a fast food place after all. The good news is, the restaurant is clean, the staff is good and the wait time is not bad. They only do chicken but they do it well and we'll be coming back soon. read more

I always enjoy a visit to Chick-fil-A. Today I tried their breakfast. Had the Chicken, Egg & Cheese Muffin, added sausage AND bacon! It was epic!!!! Poorly trained and stingy staff. We ordered/paid for extra bottles of sauce so we would have enough to go around. We also specified Honey Barbecue sauce packets with the meals. On a $70 order the staff would only supply us with 5 small packets of the Honey Barbecue sauce and insisted that was enough. I originally rated the restaurant 1 star, but the manager called me back to apologize, so that was worth an additional star. I was told they would train the staff, but that does nothing to alleviate my current issue. read more

Food is always great at chic filet. I started having the grilled chicken sandwich n I was surprised how moist it was not dry chicken breast like I've had at different restaurants. This review is for the service and not the food. The food is always excellent and fresh. The service, not so much. Usually servers are not to make any sort of advance upon the customers. However, one of the servers instead would have liked to have my phone numbers. Not only is this unprofessional, but I find it to reflect poorly upon whoever trained this employee as they did not teach him proper professionalism. Furthermore, this also reflects poorly upon the entire brand. Perhaps it'll be my pleasure to eat elsewhere. read more

I didn't get what i ordered. I got the 4 count strip, and only got 3, and on the receipt it clearly says "4 count strip". So if they put it on the receipt, how come they didn't put it in when its clearly in-front of them on the screen? read more

Waited 10 minutes in line for watching multiple cars getting served first. Then waited for 5 more minutes with the car in front of and behind me for someone to get a damn milkshake.... The car in front of me got their food way before the cash payment station if I were them I would have told them to remake it, as it would have been cold by the time I got home. read more
