I had a friend who was a manager here for many years. He left this place. So here is a review finally. I like this one, It's small, The parking lot is small. The drive through is very narrow. The dining area is small. I wish this was one of those combination restaurants with Taco Bell or Long John Silvers or an A&W root beer restaurant on the other side It would also become larger in every aspect. Food 3 wide selection. Ambiance 4 clean, remodeled about 4 years ago not to busy. Service 4 Location 4 Value 2 Prices for fast food or carry out is on the higher side here compared to other places. This location is ####ing terrible, it was a waste of 13 dollars, we just got their food and it was lukewarm. The fries and chicken sandwich tasted terrible like they fried fish and meat in the same oil. Left a terrible taste in my mouth, the location in Fort Myers is a lot better than this piece of ###t location. It's a disgrace to the KFC name, they need a new owner or manager to fix that kitchen. Ordered 16 piece meal. Got home & there was a small container of mashed potatoes & coleslaw (4-5 TBSP) in each container. I had 5 guests & there was not enough of either of these items to go with all the chicken. Embarrassing & disgusting that the sides do not go with the number of chicken pieces you order. Food was good, nice and hot. Service was poopy, whoever the young man with the dark colored hair and glasses needs to be trained to serve with a smile and actually let his customers finish the order. My fiance had to pull up to the window to tell him he didn't let him finish his order and instead of apologizing and asking him what else he needed he stuck out his hand as if he was being bothered. Very rude. Anyone who works at a fast food window knows you should always ask if someone is done with their order, and to also apologize for rushing the customer. The manager that night seemed nice but I really would like the owner to see this so they can handle this situation properly. I have been seeing so many ads on TV about KFC bragging about their chicken with it.s secret spices and all. I decided to go out of my way and have lunch there. I was really disappointed. I ordered the 4 chicken strips box. Well the chicken strips were so small and skinny I couldn't believe it. I went to the counter and asked the guy who rang me up if that is how their chicken strips are supposed to look, All he said was " Yeah". It looks like they took one and cut it up into 2 or 3. So I ended up with mostly their "famous" coating and hardly any chicken. The best part of my meal was the Cole Slaw. Normally I would say never again, however I may try a different location (if I can find one). If it's better, I'll take a photo and show it to this location and say If my lunch doesn't look like this, then you can keep it. KFC quality control is non existent! I rarely eat KFC as each location seems to either make awesome chicken or some nasty concoction they try and sell as chicken. The Colonel is rolling in his grave to what has become of KFC! Its no wonder Popeyes down the road has a line of cars waiting to enter the parking lot. This area of Naples has few choices for fast food, KFC corporate better get on the ball because Popeyes is going to take away 50% or more of KFC's business. This restaurant is poorly run and it shows as the floor, tables and restroom are dirty. Its time for a refresh of this location and for KFC corporate to step in and manage this location better. The food is the normal, I think they've got to work on the timeline to turn it around. Takes a long time to get simple orders. It's usually hot, but, I think they need to work on overall efficiency. Much better than the Popeyes down the street though! read more

We ordered online for quick pickup an 8 piece original dark chicken only bucket. First off, when we got it home, we noticed it was afirst off, when we got it home we noticed it was an eight piece mixture. Not dark. Secondly, the chicken looked old and was so dried out. It most likely had been sitting there for hours. We order from this location often and usually chicken seem freshly made and we eat inside. This time we ordered to take out. Big mistake!!! I ordered a 3PC Box with a Mountain Dew and when I opened it I was ready for there to be no straw. However there was hair in the drink itself. Worse visit ever at any KFC, When I walked in, I waited patiently for about 6 minutes watching the lady behind the counter doing nothing, (Cashier "T") I know she saw all 6 foot 5 of me waiting to place an order. When She finally looked up at me I said are your ready now to take my order? And she says yes. I said, I just wanted to make sure your ready? She looked at me with an attitude. I placed an order for a 12-piece meal deal and she says I must wait 10 minutes, because they had no extra crispy chicken cooked. It was more like 20 minutes, So, I sat and watched the whole crew working for 20 minutes.. TIP- If you're using this location use the drive through as I notice 6 cars drive through and get priority service over the others inside waiting. Same issues I had. Everyone waiting to be acknowledged & place an order. Same cashier. I could tell she didn't want to be at work having attitude throwing napkins in bags with half of them going on the floor. Not a pleasant experience. The Soda machine was out of Ice and people pissed waiting for ice. Again, Drive thru patrons getting priority over walk ins. The team doing the drive thru orders were doing a great job getting orders pushed out quickly but walk in service was a joke. Also the chicken was so overly breaded with half the bucket being Breading. Not Good! If you need a KFC, best not to use this sub par location. I have visited this drive thru several times for lunch. And was always pleased by the quality of food and service. This time I went to get dinner at 445pm 8 piece bucket with sides. I must say the food was absolutely terrible ! The chicken was dry and over cooked or hours old. The potato's had a grayish tint so we decided not to eat them. No. Just...bad. The three piece chicken was dry and the breading was absolutely tasteless. I remember many moons ago the breading on kfc had a nice peppery crunch to it...but no more! When we ordered a chicken sandwich and requested the sauce on the side we were told it was 'unavailable' without sauce. What? The macaroni and cheese was mushy from being over microwaved and tasted oily. The beans were, well, okay actually. I'm not hatin' on the beans here. The service was grouchy. But the part that made me the most bummed out was the biscuit. That poor, stale, dried out ghost of a biscuit made everything we ordered even worse. What a waste of money. Thought I'd try the new 'I ate the bones' combo a couple days ago. First shock: for two pieces of chicken, one side, a biscuit and medium drink, the cost was $8 and change! Second shock: the boneless breast wasn't a full breast! It was a strip, more like a third of what it would have been if it had bones. Third shock: it was extremely 'peppery'--we didn't order spicy nor did there seem to be an option so this is just the way it is. My friend struggled through the first piece and gave the second to her dog (who promptly emptied his water bowl)! The dining area is hardly ever crowded, the noise level remains at a dull roar on even the busiest of days, the place is pretty clean, and the staff is pretty average. First thing I noticed when I walked into this location was the super unfriendly staff. I placed my order and the cashier was packing up pieces of chicken for my order. It sat for at least ten minutes while waiting for mashed potatoes to be prepared. The longer I stood there waiting, the more I noticed this awful smell. Then two employees walked in with slurpees from 7-11 for themselves and two other employees. They walked straight into the food service area and placed their beverages where food was being prepared. Neither of them washed their hands and proceeded to handle food for customers. At that point I cancelled my order and asked for a refund and left. I guess it's true when people say "what you don't know won't hurt you" ... this place is full of roaches, employees smoke right by the front door even when there are kids inside and go on to prepare your food without washing their hands , the amount of profanity that I could hear from my table was the worst, not only that.. while there, I saw this young lady cleaning out the packing boxes and for her surprise roaches came out.. !OUT OF THE PACKING CONTAINERS! I've been here all my life. I have seen a successful KFC location in Naples on 41 north that closed. Due to skyrocketing property values and greed. Then there is this location. As my wife picked up dinner from here. To bring home cold chicken and potato wedges. Both seemed like they were sitting under heat lamps ready to be tossed in the garbage. Wedges way over cooked. And corn on the cob was removed from the menu. With a new Popeyes only weeks away from opening you would think you would start paying a little more attention to detail. And do what you could to retain customers. Remember who pays you payroll. But time will tell the fate of your business. This location has seen its better days. Between staff and curb appeal. Regardless still a location we would frequent. And as I stated previously, a direct competitor less than 1/8 of a mile away from your door. Brand New building beautiful landscape, fresh paint , brighter cleaner inside, and fresh faces, opening only weeks away. Competition can bring your best customers. But it's your business to either keep it or give it to the new guy. And quite honestly Publix fried chicken and potato wedges are some of the best around. And cheaper.  But I'm not making it about opinions.  Only the customer experience in your facility. read more
