Sooo, I love chicken salad! Naturally, I was going to try this! Glad I did! With 14 or 15 choices, I was a a bit overwhelmed...in a good way! To my delight, the lady taking the order informed me that I can sample them, which was music to my ears! I didn't want anything heavy so I settled on Lauren's Lemon basil. It was so yummy! They have daily soups of the day with 3 to choose from. I decided on tomato basil and the other side I had was the broccoli salad. They provided a pickle because, well, why do you need a reason? The only problem was that it was not crisp, but so bendy that it flipped backwards and I got a bit of pickle perfume on my neck. We used to have a CSC in Naples but it closed so long ago I forgot about it. They opened one across from one of my offices and they dropped off some cards for a free one scoop sandwich. Brilliant marketing as I usually pack a lunch but who can pass up a free sandwich? I walked in and immediately liked the decor. I was pleasantly and quickly greeted by Morgan at the register. She took my order for a jalapeño Holly on toasted whole wheat with a side of jalapeño chips. My order was prepared quickly. The sandwich had lettuce and tomato and was toasted perfectly. I came in and got a quick chick. I got a large and was surprised at how many sandwiches I got out of it. I got around 4-5 so that's a good deal for a 12 item. I tried a few flavors but my favorite so far was the one with jalapeno. The spice kicks up the flavor. It had some cranberries in it too since it was a holiday flavor. read more

Tried Chicken Salad Chick for the 1st time. The staff was extremely friendly and well trained. The manager came out to the table to clear dishes and talk to clients on their experience. The place had a lot of people coming and going. After taste their food I could understand why the restaurant was so popular. I had the chicken salad with apples and grapes on a croissant. I would've liked to croissant, warmed or lease toasted, but that wasn't capable. My friend had the chicken salad with onion. Both sandwiches were delicious. We tried two different soups. Both were hot and tasty. They give you a pickle and a cookie. The place was fun, had great food, wonderful prices and was spotless. We will return for sure. The egg salad is horrible. The dill pickle overrides the taste of everything ...like who puts pickle in egg salad? Egg salad is supposed to be moist and gooey but this one is dry with not enough mayo or seasoning. What's worse is that i bit down onto egg shells not once, but twice. The interior decor is wacky and dated despite being new. It screams a local lunch place for very very elderly ladies. And last but not least...the NAME...ugh!
