Ordered a kids meal for a relative; got home and there was no toy. Now I am dealing with a screaming child who was promised a toy and didn't get it. I tried to call the store and no one would pick up. This has never been a problem at McDonalds! It's a lot harder to get in to Mickey Ds off Route 22 coming from Pittsburgh but guess I'll have go to the Golden Arches from now on due to Wendy's Murrysville poor service. We stopped here for dinner last night on our way home from the YMCA pool. There was no line which is nice but even if there is a line, this is typically the fastest Wendy's in town. Everything was great. We rarely have trouble at this location. We did a quick check of the bag which is always worth it. Anytime we've had an issue they correct it. But there are not issues very often. We usually get the biggie bags and Frosty's. This time I got a big sandwich with my points which was great. If you don't use their app and get the points you should. I did find it weird that they had a tip jar in the drive-through window. I didn't know this was something they did here. We stop here at least once a month as the kids do well with the nuggets and sandwiches. There used to be a guy who only worked the drive-through's on Sundays. He was super friendly. But we have not seen him the last few times we've been there. We did eat inside about a month ago and it was clean and everybody was really nice inside. It's a good atmosphere if you ever need to do that as well. I know the inside was closed for a long time during Covid, but it is open again. read more

Convenient stop off on the way eastbound back to Westmoreland County via an easy off ramp from 22. I had to stop to use the restroom and found the ladies room very clean. No one else in the restaurant so I ordered to go and get back on the road. It was very fast service, even for fast food! I got the grilled chicken sandwich and the new peppermint Frostie. The sandwich was okay, but I scarfed it down since it was 3:45 and I hadn't eaten since a hard boiled egg for breakfast at 9:00. A typical grilled chicken breast with too much sauce which made the bun soggy. The peppermint Frostie, however was delicious and just what I needed for a pick me up in the afternoon. read more

The service is terrible. The woman at the cash register stood there like a dolt and told me that I had to make a purchase to get a free order of fries while I was purchasing two other sandwiches. It's been over a year since I went to this Wendy's and it was for the same reason: not accepting WENDY'S coupons. I will never go to this Wendy's again. I have to bump this up a star. In the year since I last visited here they tore down and built anew. With that they seem to have become speedier, friendlier and more user friendly (if I can word it that way). I was expecting a wait when I pulled up to the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised that they were swiftly getting the orders together and people were driving away at a steady pace. In fact from the time I ordered to the time I pulled away was less than five minutes. The food is still your basic Wendy's fare, but does in a pinch when you are hungry and don't have time to have a sit down meal elsewhere. With the update of the building they also updated the parking lot to make it easier for navigating. read more

I'm giving this awful Wendy's SUPER SPREADER status. We drove out of our way to this Murrysville Wendy's, because the lines were backed up in Monroeville one Friday evening. Due to COVID, we've been eating more fast food than we normally do or should, but honestly, I didn't think it was so unsafe to do so. When we pulled up to get our food, there were six young employees standing in the small area next to the window. Six! Three of these six Wendy's workers were wearing a mask below their nose. Another had his under his mouth. To top it off, one was a manager. I watched as these unmasked folks hovered over our food and drinks... and this was the first time during the pandemic that I simply refused the food. I wasn't mean, but just said I didn't feel comfortable and asked for a refund. Even though the manager was standing right there, I didn't even get an apology. They were rude and cold and we again had nothing to eat. I wouldn't go to this Wendy's if it was the last burger slingin' joint this side of the Mississippi. read more

This location falsely advertises their hours. And out of the several Wendy's that I frequent in the area this one has always had the worst service. When I called to ask them why they were closed prior to 10 PM whenever they advertise to close at 10 PM on their doors and website. (This is a reminder Wendy's slogan for a very long time was "Eat great even late". I don't consider before 10 PM late at night...) I was told that the hours are changing to 10 PM this upcoming Monday, this was Saturday night. Their website/ maps/ doors has said 10 PM for months. Because this is not the first time I have run into this issue. I've gone by just after 8 PM before and also been closed. Once or twice I could see it as a staffing issue. But this is happened to me over five times and all before the advertise 10 PM. Edit: after I posted this review I even noticed that yelp has their hours until midnight. As a joke I asked my friend who is a corporate law attorney if there could be a case here. And she actually said possibly. (Not that we have the time or effort to even attempt, and I promise I am not a Karen). But hopefully this location either learns, closes, Or gets a new management team. read more

I placed a mobile order for this location (Murrysville) on Sun. eve., Oct. 1, parked at restaurant and tried to go in and pick up order - but employee was blocking door, said "we can't make food, our system is down". I asked how to get my money back - she said "call Wendy's customer service". They were closed on the weekend, so I called again on Monday, spent a long time with a service rep, who then told me he couldn't give refunds, but he would ask a "local manager" to call me. No call ever received. I called back *SIX TIMES* over 3-week period, and got the same story each time - they all said "someone will call you to process the refund", but no one ever did. OUTRAGEOUSLY POOR customer service. read more

This is the fastest and best Wendy's in town! Our family of six eats here at least once a month. Deals are great and it's super affordable. Only issues we have had were when there were national shortages. The Sunday afternoon crew is especially friendly. There's another Wendy's closer to our house but we drive here as it's just better. I like Wendy's most of the time and especially in the day shift time. Pretty decent burgers and chicken sandwiches. But concerning Wendy's Drive Thru in Monroeville at late night: Have had several times during the evening shift staff 1/2 hr or so before closing the staff give us the 'story' that their computers are 'down' and they can't take any orders or serve any food. Sure, uh huh. My take, because this has occurred several times over the last year or two, is that this is a made-up excuse for getting off work early. For management, note: this is very bad customer service that need to be fixed. For HR, note: check into the training and staff performance measures. For Ownership, note: this is a loss of revenue for your location and a degradation of national brand value. For Customers this is a major disappointment and drives us elsewhere. Sad. read more

This new Wendy's is great. They've updated the place to have a modern fireplace and seating area. The food is served in a punctual manner and looks very appetizing. The buns are very soft and the meat is fresh. The hamburgers are neatly prepared and not just slapped together. The staff was very accommodating even after making a mistake by putting sauce on my wrap that I did not want sauce on. I definitely like the facelift given to this place and will probably stop by more often now that it has a new look and better service. read more

While this is my first review of this location it isn't my first time eating here. Wendy's is a brand name and franchises while privately owned provide the same or at least similar products. The several times I've been here I've had to misorders, returned due to misorders and extremely subpar food across the board. Yes it's fast food, No it doesn't have to be over fried/poorly constructed/missing ingredients that were added at additional cost or belong to the order. They're very quick to correct the mistakes! So at the very least customer service is acceptable or above par. However, if you want lunch for cheap and fast food is what's convenient McDonald's is down the street. read more

You guys let me down tonight... forgot my drink, gave me ranch and sirarcha with a hole in it in the shape of a fingernail... which i didn't ask for, baked potato was over cooked.. forgot sour cream, i opted to take nuggets instead of chicken strips since it was late and it would be a 4 minute wait... and you put a plain chicken patty on a spicy chicken sandwich. Didn't see that coming. Second, serve me a warm sammy. Don't care if it's warm for the first or fifth time. Warm is good. Always. Food is fine, but quite annoyed at their service/customer service. Went through there drive through decided to get a frosty. Got my food and went on the way. Once i got back on the highway i noticed they forgot my frosty. Its super annoying to do some sort of highway loop to get back, so i figured i would email them. There is not an option to email. only phone calls. I dont want to call and have to wait to talk to someone etc. So now i am super annoyed. AMAZING. Earl and the manager on Friday evenings were AMAZING(his dogs name is josie). My friend and I were picking up multiple orders and they were so polite and careful to not forget a single thing. It was busy and they were so considerate of not only us but the other customers in the store. The manager and Earl really went above and beyond. The lady manager was very rude to another employee because I assume it must have been his first day or so. He started taking our order before he finished making another order so she obnoxiously yelled at him in front of everyone. But it seemed to me that there was about 4 or 5 other people standing around that could of helped but they didnt. She then yelled at him again because he forgot an item in the last order so she then took our order, made our food and it was made wrong. So much for this lady trying to make herself look good. Wants to be obnoxious and yell at other employees but can't even make food right. 2/10 would not recommend this Wendy's read more

Was planning on eating here this afternoon but when I opened the outer door there was a strong urine smell and when I opened the inner door the urine smell was even stronger so we turned around and left and fhad lunch elsewhere. Very disappointed. read more
