Service is terrible, got the wrong food. On Dec 7 2022 I ordered a #5 which is a grilled chicken sandwich and got the small combo and also wanted the 20232 jr frosty key fob. I asked for an unsweet tea and after paying at the first window went to the 2nd one to get my order. The kid at the window was starting to get my drink. I watched him pour it and when he handed it to me I said "is this unsweet and he said yes. When he went to hand me my order I asked about the key fob. He threw it into the bag and handed it to me. I left and was driving to my meeting and took a sip of my tea and it was not unsweet tea but sweet tea. Would have gone back but there were too many cars at the drive thru so I continued on to my meeting. I did not get to eat my sandwich until an hour later which is fine, I didn't mind if it was cold, my choice. When I opened it up it was a crispy chicken and it was not acceptable to me. I called and let them know they need to be more responsible fixing these orders. I understand they are busy but I worked for Wendy's for 7 years back in the 80's and we were always busy but took the time to make sure the order was right. Kids today have no concept of good work ethics and it shows. It is a shame this place has gone downhill, we used to enjoy going there, but we are better of going to a full service restaurant for the prices they charge. read more

I go into this Wendy's quite often and it was recently remodeled. It looks great and is always cleaned. That's about the only two good things with this location. Customer service is absolutely terrible. They're extremely rude, can't even say "Thank you" or "You're Welcome!" I've never had a good experience with the customer service there except for one person that was fantastic. Even the manager is extremely rude. It's something they need to work on. The food is okay, sometimes. I understand that it's a fast food restaurant but sometimes things are thrown together so quickly that I have to fix it myself. It's usually never busy at this location so you can at least get through quickly if you decide to eat here. If they could work on their customer service, it would be a much better restaurant and I think they would get a lot more business than what they do now. read more

Ive been there twice in the last month and both times the food was well below par even for fast food. The baked potato I got the first time was overcooked, burned, and appeared old. The second time, the fries were the worst I've ever had from Wendy's. Further, I know that most people wouldnt choose to work in a fast food establishment, but when your voice and attitude are both dripping with how you loathe your job, that is pleasant for a customer. This Wendy's gives a 10% discount to college students. This makes my favorite sandwich(three spicy chicken nuggets put into a cheesy cheddar burger) under $2 after tax. The clerks are attentive, especially during lunch which always sees a wide array of traffic, whether it's blue collar, white collar, or students. They do have free wifi, and even when they're busy the line moves quickly. Wendy's isn't my favorite fast food chain, but this location is certainly my favorite Wendy's. read more
