7.12.21 Conveniently located in Milford right off of the highway and not too far from the mall. Been coming here for quite some time now. It's been years. Service is always quick and efficient. The place is usually well kept and clean. They're right next to a truck stop and located within an attached gas/service station. There are plenty of gas pumps and a huge parking lot with plenty of parking. It's easy access from two different streets. It's also easy to get back onto the highway in either the north or south direction. read more

It sounds weird to give a gas station Wendy's a great review but it's a location I've visited numerous times during road trips/stoping for the cheaper gas and have never had any issues. The staff has always been friendly, no matter who comes and goes, they're consistent in friendliness. Our order are always freshly made with no issues on temperature. Service is always super quick and easy. read more

Someday Wendy, I don't know when, we'll get the kinda burger we really wanna get and we'll walk in the sun, until then, Yelpers like us, baby we were born to have bad Wendy's experiences. Located in Connecticut, close to the highway at the truck stop, and sentimentally important to me because it's where I spent a few hours and took a little nap right before my big meeting for Immigration in Manhattan. Still, the food sucks so hard. I mean it's good if you want food in the middle of the night cuz there's not much open up in Connecticut in these parts, but having said that, it's still the worst fast-food that you can get. I went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 for 5. I got the chicken sandwich and 10 piece nuggets. I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 because the chicken sandwich was not bad, but the chicken nuggets smelled like they were put in 1000 year old oil, I ate only a few and couldn't bare the taste.. I should not have even eaten them because I ended up getting extreme stomach pains and eventually leading to me being sick all day never again. read more

Other than the line, I liked everything about this restaurant. The jr cheeseburger is up to par, the cashier was pleasant, and the floors clean. read more

This Wendy's is located in a pilot truckstop and every other time you stop in the middle of the night they're closed for hood maintenance. I asked if there's anyway to indicate when they're going to be closed so you don't bother pulling off of the interstate highway with a tractor-trailer and they said no it's just random not worth stopping if they're not gonna be open complete 15 minute waste of time read more

This place never fails to suck. I go here infrequently only to be instantly reminded when I foolishly return that no one who works here knows what they are doing. I have never left with the correct order. What was extra impressive about the staff today was the guy taking orders was complaining that about there being three cars in the drive thru. Apparently he doesn't want people to eat there...? I order my son a 4 pc chicken nugget happy meal. Chose the fries and chocolate milk. And also ordered a chocolate frosty. When we got home, there were no fries or milk and two orders of chicken nuggets. How hard is it to get this right???? Dk why I'm surprised. Better off at Duchess just 100 feet away. read more

The food is always hot and tasty. The servers try hard to please and it shows. Burgers are a bit overcooked for me but I understand that they must cook cheap meat like that. ok. veggies are cold, condiments are a bit much, but are still good. Spicy nuggets are very good. You'd think for a place that's open 24/7 they would have their service down to a freakin' T. Sadly, this is far from the case. I went out at 9pm once just craving a burger and got in line at the drive through. There was one car already at the window, one ordering at the speaker, and I was behind them. It took over 20 minutes for me to order my food and get it from the window. How this classifies as fast food is beyond me. Not only that, but the order was wrong. Overall an incredibly frustrating experience. Avoid it if you can or maybe go inside and it won't be as terrible. No promises. read more

Many years ago, I visited this Wendy's and had a sub-par experience. After suffering through the 20 minute line, the Wendy's then proceeded to mix up my coke and give me a Dr. Pepper instead. Naturally, I was taken back. Typically, I am a big fan of Wendy's and their Spicy Chicken sandwich, but this experience made me want to avoid this establishment all together. However, I am a believer in 2nd chances. When I arrived at this Wendy's for the 2nd time, my expectations were at rock bottom. I was afraid to be hurt yet again. First impressions, though, were much better. I moved through the drive-through line with ease, collecting an order for me and my associate relatively quickly. The staff was friendly and professional when I spoke with them. I pulled away happy, glad I had given this Wendy's a second opportunity. And then I arrived to eat my food Everybody knows that a key ingredient of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is sauce. That sauce becomes even more important in an order of chicken nuggets (like the ones my associate got). So you can imagine my anguish when I opened my bad and found NO SAUCE. I wanted so badly for this to be a story of redemption, but it seems that is far from the truth. The old wound of betrayal was reopened, and I am left empty and abandoned. The service here is hit or miss, however the food here is terrible. The fries are never ever right, either they are soggy and wet or overdone. Everything else well, they are skimpy on the portions. Any other Wendy's I always get allot more lettuce on my burger. The Fries are never filled up all the way to the top of the box. The chili oh my god, its not even chili after you water it down to nothing. This Wendy's should NOT even have the name "Wendy's". 1st- EVERY time I come here to order a meal, their soda machine is down. Instead of replacing it with another drink, they offer you only lemonade or teas, but STILL upcharge you for the drink difference that I did not even want to begin with. I think they do this on purpose to make extra money off the drinks, because after a year, they should have a new soda machine. 2nd- Today I was told their chicken tenders have been "discontinued". I am not sure if that is for all of the restaurants, or just this Wendy's. The chicken tenders are actually the only item I eat from Wendy's. I use to order the Power Mediterranean Salad, but that got stopped as well. read more

I swore off this place years ago because the food was terrible but I decided to give it another try the other night. I pulled up to the drive through menu and attempted to place my order. The employee I dealt with was so condescending and rude that I drove right past the window without picking up my food. Food was hot and good BUT employees were arguing about who gave a customer the wrong order. Cashier walks off to take a phone call. All of this while customers standing in a long line for food and to place an order. Several customers bringing food back to the counter unsatisfied. Horrible service today!!
