Everyone who works here is very friendly and kind, though I often received the wrong item that I ordered! For example, last time I went, I got the grilled chicken nuggets when I specifically ordered the crispy ones. Not the biggest of deals, but when you're paying a lot more than you would at other fast food restaurants it adds up. Not a supporter either ever since they went more public about their political views. read more

My son and I went there last night and the food was SO GOOD! I ate the entire chicken sandwich. I barely had room for the fries. Somehow I forced the Oreo shake down. The people that were working there last night were very cute and attentive and kind. They delivered all of our food and did it with a smile. The restaurant is clean and pristine. I love it there and I like eating inside vs the drive thru. read more

Clearly the gold standard for fast food! I have been frequenting for decades, originally while on holiday in AZ. What a delight to see the expansion into more markets and now one within an easy drive. Regardless of the crowd the restaurant is ALWAYS CLEAN, you are pleasantly greeted and your order politely delivered to your table! What more can you ask for, oh and they come by and offer you a free soft drink refill!!! The lemonade is absolutely incredible, even the diet is sensational! The grilled chicken club is my usual order. read more

Good food but the absolute slowest service over ever seen at a chick fil a, if you are riding down 95 past it, do not stop!!!! Go to the next one. They do have an outdoor restaurant type of patio so that's cool read more

I started eating here just because it makes the crazy women with blue hair and pronouns angry. Seriously I'm a troll and that's why. I've fallen in love with the chicken. Also I love how friendly, polite, and well managed this place is. The cashier lady was asking me about my plans for the weekend and being very friendly. It's nice so nice to see this without some bozo flipping around an IPAD with tip suggestions. The employees here are just nice for no reason and treat me like a human. Whoever Sarah Gaudiano is as the operator on my receipt, you are doing a great job operating. I'm going to keep eating here and making the blue haired lunatics angry. read more

Extremely professional and very friendly staff. Very polite, and easy going,. All hard-working individuals.

My son LOVES Chik-fil-a. For me, the food is nothing special, with one exception. We've been to several locations, mostly in the southern USA (North Carolina, Florida). Now that they have opened up in Connecticut, I am obliged to make a trip on a regular basis for the boy. Of course, the closest locations are 45-50 miles away... The North Haven restaurant is always busy when we go there- no matter what time you go. Despite the crowds, they do move people/cars through the line very quickly and efficiently. The food is good- according to my son. So it's definitely worth the trip for us. read more

I love me a Chick-fil-a!! This one is super duper busy, wall to wall people, long lines inside and out. We thought we'd outsmart the snaking line at the drive thru and go inside... big mistake, huge! The entire queue was filled, winding down the aisle. Folks doubled up waiting for their order. But despite the crowd, the line moved relatively quickly - and the cashier said that it's usually much busier than this! I tried the Sunjoy drink, otherwise known as an Arnold Palmer. Refreshing!! Next time, stick to the drive thru!! read more

From the moment we entered the building, we were met with wonderful hospitality. After a long drive, it was nice to encounter staff that were friendly and engaging towards our toddler. Our toddler was laughing and having fun the entire time we were there and then he was offered cow stickers on our way out. Truly amazing experience with phenomenal people. read more

First of all the quality of the food is up to the standards of the franchise. The staff was friendly and organized. I went inside and was waited on in 3 minutes. However the drive through line was almost out the parking lot. The inside seating area was small but nice. Off street parking was adequate. They were well organized inside, area for call in pickup, area to wait for your order, and seating was fine. Chicken sandwich and waffle fries are the best. This franchise has the best fast food. read more

My daughter went here and ordered a chicken sandwich, about 4 hours later she was vomiting. The next day still violently retching.

Please get new tops for your drinks!!!! I am beyond frustrated with this place. This has happened 4 times now. I just recently had my car detailed as a result of this issue. You continue to give me drinks with the tops not secured. This is a simple task, very easy!!! I even spoke with a manager last week about this. Well today was no different!!! You put a sticker on the top. It was secured from one side of the cup and secured to the drink carrier. This did not secure the faulty lids. I'm driving home and look over to the passenger side and notice a huge black wet spot. The shit leaked again!!! The carrier is full of tea and so is my seat. WHY IS THIS SO COMPLICATED?! read more

From when we got off our car, the landscaping outside was gorgeous. It's clearly the summer for hydrangeas at Chick Fil A. There were bouquets of flowers on every table AND in the bathrooms which were super clean. As we went up to order, we were greeted multiple times "Welcome to Chick Fil A". We ordered inside and really appreciated how she repeated everything back to ensure our order was perfect. Our food came out quick, was delicious per usual. No one said a word at dinner because it was so good. When we were done, we were pleasantly surprised by the automatic trash cans. There was bin for unused sauces which was a great touch and good for the environment Without a doubt will be stopping by this location next summer on our roadtrip to the shore. We drove up to the North Haven Chick-Fil-A today & there were at least 40 cars in front of us. We'd like to commend whomever came up with their new drive thru procedure. It was fast & efficient and the staff was so courteous and helpful. We didn't even wait 10 minutes to get our food from the time we pulled into line. The food was delicious & was packaged perfectly. The only downside was that the milkshake machine was down, but we were thrilled with everything else. read more

Chick-fil-A - Half way through the drive-thru line. Excellent system to move cars through quickly! Great job - Chicken Shop Near Me - North Haven, Connecticut

For one, Chick-Fil-A is extremely consistent with their food and their service typically. However, today, we came to Chick-Fil-A and we were not greeted with very nice service. We came through the drive through and they did not greet us with pleasure, as they usually do. We said thank you for our order, and they didn't respond in a polite manner. Overall, I would recommend Chick-Fil-A but I would like if they were a bit more polite. read more

Efficiency and customer service are synonymous at Chic fil a. During the pandemic this location mobilized their team to provide A1 customer service. Their were lines wrapped around the building and every employee embraced me with a warm smile like I was the only customer they served all day. The food is delicious and consistent. Always hot and fresh, well seasoned and there are a variety of options. I sometimes enjoy the kale salad because it is really good. This time I couldn't resist the waffle fries. Everytime great customer service, great food, and a great meal! read more

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. I have tried their regular chicken sandwich , chicken deluxe sandwich and nuggets. My favorite go to is the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and have found their sandwiches to be consist every single time I go. The chicken is nice and crispy and for the deluxe they always give you a decent sized lettuce and tomato. The waffle fries on the other hand can vary from being soft and under-cooked to nice and crispy. I did try the nuggets once and do not recommend them. They were smaller than expected for the cost. Both the drive thru and in store has fast and decent service. I love that they deliver the food to you when you dine in and have found someone cleaning up the store every time I dine in. The restrooms have always been clean every time I dined in as well. read more

The food looked like you reached into the television, pulled it out from the commercial, and placed it on the tray! Lol. I only mention that because fast food usually never looks like it does on tv or in printed ads. A great chicken sandwich! I love that it doesn't come doused with mayo or any other sauce/condiment. It is is rich, buttery, and moist, so you don't need all of the extras. The chicken wrap was tasty and light! Waffle fries.. how original! And milkshakes, so classic! Enjoyed the strawberry shake so much, I had to get a 2nd shake, cookies & cream!!!! Yumm read more

I am always amazed at the consistently consistent positive demeanor of every person I encounter at this chain. In this day...we have come to adjust to the norm... a lack of GREAT customer service; therefore, pleasantly surprised shocked when it is received. If course with the RONA...normal is no more... so the lines are a result. They have managed to develop a flow that has successfully helped to manage the volume. The young people that work outside never reflect anything other than a positive attitude. The food is always the same... good. read more

Damn this place..... in a good way!!! When I'm feeling like treating my self... a spicy chicken sandwich is on order. Sooooo good!!! What you need to do if you are utilizing the drive through is after you get your sandwich you do not go home, you do not drive either. You park your car in the movie theatre or chick-fil-a's parking lot and you unwrap that present and eat it immediately. I mean the sandwich comes in a little foil pouch! It's like Christmas opening it! Most of the time I go sauceless.... you heard me right sauceless! The spicy usually doesn't need it. The ingredients speak for themselves. Wish y'all were open on Sundays though :( Xoxoxoxooxo read more

All exceptional ! It's best managed restaurant I have ever eaten at. Loved the food and service. Go there !

Waffle fries are one of a kind and most definitely legendary I had to start the review with that because I never ate anything like that before and it took me to another world that's for sure. Chicken tenders are nice and hot always. IDC how long it takes trust me this fat man will wait in line and wait until he can get his hands on the waffle fries and chicken tenders because this food is out of the world so beyond good. Staff are all really nice and down to earth. One thing I can say is this food is addicting that's for sure only made with love. Keep up the good work.. read more

Great as always.... Best Chicken sandwich anywhere! Fries are so good and love the Arnold Palmer!

The "friendly" service continues to decline. The workers are rude, especially when you pick up the food at the window. Do better.

Not sure if Chick-fil-A is considered a fast food restaurant due to the ridiculous wait time. However, the food is worth an occasional visit. Their seasonal peppermint milkshakes equal the hype. read more

Love this Chick-fil-A!!! Employees are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied as a customer. Nice, new and clean restaurant with great play area for the kids! Also, the last Thursday of the month is family night. Great menu for parents and kids which includes some really good healthy options in addition to the standard Chick-fil-A sandwich and sweet tea. Healthy options include grilled chicken, wraps, salads, fresh fruit cups, and they now have gluten free rolls available. read more

Stopped by this weekend with my husband for our cheat meal from our diets. As we pulled in, we debated drive-thru or going in to eat. Luckily, we chose drive-thru. As we waited in the incredibly long drive-thru line, (there was even two lanes! never have seen that before!) I ran inside to use the bathroom. Inside, I noticed the line almost out of the door as well....people were waiting at tables without food and additional people kept coming up to the counter inquiring how much longer it would be before their food was ready, complete chaos. The wait at the drive-thru was awhile, but bearable. We each got a chicken sandwich meal. The sandwiches were crispy and totally delicious. The waffle fries on the other hand, were absolutely bland, needed salt and could have used a bit more cooking time. Not a good use of our calories for the day. Blah. The seagulls in the parking lot had enjoyed them more than we did. We'll go back, but will try the nuggets, both grilled and crispy next time we venture there. But not getting those waffle fries ever again, just disappointing. read more

This particular Chick-fil-A is probably no different than any other Chick-fil-A: friendly employees, scrumptious chicken sandwiches, and packed interior. Seriously - it's always packed, even if you come at 3 PM for lunch. While the food consistently satisfies my fast food cravings, there are several gripes I have with the establishment. The first downside is that the drive-through takes FOREVER!! Anticipate a 20-30 minute wait every time, even longer during lunch peak hour. Do not go through the drive-through if you are in a rush. I do not know if there is a way to optimize drive-through flow. Also, the chicken sizes in the chicken sandwiches are often inconsistent. My boyfriend and I both ordered regular chicken sandwiches with no modifications, and my chicken slab was definitely at least 30% bigger. While both tasted excellent, the chicken breast sizes should at the very least be QC-ed and standardized. Some other menu items I've tried include chicken minis (the 4 piece breakfast sandwiches), the chicken nuggets, and Oreo milkshake. The chicken minis were alright, but the roll dough is a little too buttery and greasy. I would not recommend the chicken nuggets - for the same price, you could get an entire chicken sandwich, with a higher quality chunk of chicken. Their chicken nuggets are incredibly tender and soft, and I prefer my nuggets to have crispier texture on the outside. I would also recommend skipping the milkshake, because it was rather mediocre but on the pricier side. For the price, I would rather go to Dairy Queen. Regarding sauces, I recommend the classic Chick-fil-A sauce (obviously!), zesty buffalo (my go-to for dunking the chicken sandwiches) and the sweet and spicy Sriracha. read more
