No surprise, 1.5 star rating. I was in the building not even 30 seconds before walking out. 12/23/25 15:10 I had walked in the door, and waited by the door while I'll opened my Wendy's app, as I like to have everything ready to go/be scanned when I complete my order. There was a worker in the corner who appeared to be on break; we had mentioned to an older woman wiping the lobby tables that someone had walked in and she may have to go to the front counter. As loud as this woman could it seemed, her reply was "Well, he can wait like everyone else today" "I'm only one person, and I'm not doing everything" She was still ranting as I turned around and just left. I had no problem with waiting, I wasn't even ready. But it's not okay to make customers feel like pieces of garbage for simply stepping into your restaurant for food. I've been to this location before and have never really had issues, after this brief interaction I will not be back. read more

Terrible forgot 3 orders of nuggets in biggie bags got a double burger when got 1 patty when I paid for 2

I went at 11:30 today to the Wendy's on Possum Run and I had the worst meal. I got the Biggy combo cheeseburger was cold, not warm at all and was a little soggy. The rest of the meal was cool. I've gotten some less than perfect fast food but this was the worst. I don't usually review fast food restaurants as quality in general has declined but never had a cold burger before. read more

We arrived at 2 pm after deciding that the line over at Steak & Shake was going to take days. Wendy's line was short. We got our food very quickly. They did mix up our sandwiches but it was worth it. read more

Was made to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru line just to get to the window and be told to wait another 5 minutes that turned into 10 minutes for chicken. Got our food and fries were suppose to be with no salt but were overly salted. Took them inside and they attempted to red too the salted fries they gave us in the oil to "cook off" the salt rather than dropping unsalted fries. Then we get home and the chicken is not fresh and I ordered the Asiago ranch club and got no bacon or cheese and one whole chicken patty, a half chicken patty, and a chicken nugget on my bun. Like what the heck Wendy's!!!!!!! Never again read more

Drive thru attendant made me wait over 5 minutes before even taking my order, my food was not fresh at all, and I didnt even receive what I purchased. Instead I got this crap. we had a large group of high school and middle schoolers and got to like 5 or 6 kids left when they said that the rest of the kids can't get any food. they don't care about you or if you need food, they just do what makes there life's easier. disrespectful, rude, and selfish. the food isn't even good. read more

I hope the manager reads this.. we stopped in to grab some food on the way home from Cedar Point and were told the restaurant was closed. It was 9:15 pm and the door says the restaurant doesn't close until 10pm. Normally we look forward to fast food from Wendy's, but in this case we were refused service by a young overwhelmed and blatantly rude staff. We won't be stopping here again anytime soon.
