On one visit we ordered 2 Egg White Grill Sandwiches and and neither sandwich had eggs on them, other times there has been only food items in the bag and no sauces as ordered, no straw for drinks, no napkins, etc. We completed the form online to make the location aware to hopefully make improvements and have not been contacted. I'll continue to utilize this location as the food has been consistent, the location is ideal, and while it's not the most efficient it has been speedy enough and I go with knowing I may have to wait a few moments for my order regardless if using the mobile order line. - I have also gotten in the routine of checking my order before leaving the drive thru line to be sure we got everything I ordered, so apologies to anyone behind me! :)

I ordered a 32oz mandarin agua Fresca which we considered not even ordering bc we remember them always being out a year ago. The food was promptly available through the window. The staff asked which drink I wanted. When I requested mandarin Fresca I was told I ordered a fountain drink (label does print as 32oz) but the app reflects being able to order 32oz Fresca and shared that's what I ordered. Also to note the cost is the same for a fountain drink vs Fresca. I was then told they were out of lemonade. I inquired specifically on the mandarin, watermelon, berry, and was told they were out. The staff then went out of sight and filled the 32oz cup 4/5 full bc she said that's all that was left. Overall would recommend if an item is not available it should be reflected on the app to prevent delay at the window. Wish the best for everyone working here, but it just wasn't the best and I doubt we'll revisit for another year, sadly.
