I took my family to this Wendy's about an hour ago just to get my young daughter something to eat. It was not a good experience. After a fairly long wait at the drive through, the man who took our order was very rude, condescending, and hostile. I tried to ask him a question after giving my order, and he interrupted me to give me a lecture about how I was doing it all wrong (apparently, he thought I was trying to rush on to another order...I wasn't). So after giving him the drink order he apparently thought I was trying to rush past, I then asked if we could get curly fries. My daughter wanted me to ask and I couldn't imagine what the harm would be. A simple 'no' would have sufficed...but I got another condescending lecture that ended with 'we are NOT an Arby's.' I asked him is he was really angry but he didn't hear and just kept talking over me This man sounded hostile enough that my daughter was legit quite anxious and uncomfortable as we waited to get the order. I will say that the person working the cash register was very nice and politely fixed the order that the first employee must have been too busy taking his frustrations out on us to take down correctly. My daughter also said the food was good enough...but either way I have no intentions of going back. read more

i asked multiple times if they had my order right, and they said yes every time. get my order from guy in the window and it's wrong, they have messed my order up in the past just a terrible establishment. read more

Last two times I've gone, they've forgotten something in my order or gotten it wrong. Fries are always soggy and cold and taste like they're fried in old oil. Customer service sucks and the one goon usually at the drive thru is more interested in making lame jokes than doing his job. read more

I would visit this Wendy's in La Crosse very often but after knowing I bit into this burger...it disgusted me. I will be taking a break from Wendy's for a while. read more

Went downhill since the corona. Out of my last 3 visits they have forgotten at least 1 item every order. This last time tried calling into the store about it instead of pulling through the drive thru again and they can't even answer the phone. Our Drive Thru order from here was fast and properly made and the person at the window was friendly and helpful. Our Burgers were great. Fries were Hot and Fresh and Nothing beats a Chocolate Frosty! This place will be at the top of my Fast Food list in the La Crosse area. read more

I chose to eat here today as i'm incredibly short on cash, and the option to use a coupon for a free 6 piece nugget seemed like a godsend to me during my 10 hour shift. However, after i got my food, i noticed the nuggets to be a lighter brown than usual, and were not as warm as i would've expected, and had a chewier texture to them. I figured they must have been sitting out for a while, and ate anyway as i used my break time to sit in the line and wait for the food. However it has come to seem as if it was incredibly undercooked, as i have been nearly doubled over in debilitating pain since around 3 pm, making the rest of my shift an absolute nightmare. I will be avoiding this location in the future, i don't think i can trust it anymore. Very disappointed, and legitimately physically hurt as a result. read more

Very rude and poor customer service, from not only the regular employees but from the supervisor as well. I went through the drive through and was glared by the worker while I was trying to find my card and when I came back around because my order was wrong, the lady slammed the window shut and another lady, I'm guessing was the supervisor, came to the window and stared at me for a solid minute before asking can I help you in a rude and sassy tone of voice. After I politely told her my issue with my order she said that I ordered it wrong in a rude tone of voice again. I don't know if the workers just had a bad night or something, but that is not the experience I wanted to have at Wendy's and I will no longer be visiting that Wendy's thanks to the dark haired lady working last night and her co workers. read more

The cashier seemed less than thrilled about taking my order. They say that Wendys has the fastest drive through. I expected rather fast service inside, but I wouldn't bother ordering inside. I expected my food to come quick, but it took ten minutes for my "fast food" to come. Finally we got our food and they didn't even give us what we ordered! We got to sit and wait another ten minutes for them to fix their mistake. I think they spent more time glaring at us than they spent actually preparing our food! It was worse yet, we got dirty looks the whole time we ate! I've never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant. If you're looking for a greasy, cheap, quick fix I suggest any Mc Donalds over Wendys. Its cheaper, faster, friendlier, and tastes the same. read more

I would love to give this place zero stars! The staff doesn't care, the place is dirty, the food is iffy. I generally like Wendy's but this location is the pits! Our daughter got apple slices with her meal...that were past their date! The order has been wrong more than once, the staff act as if you are in the wrong for making them work, and the dining area had EVERY table dirty...EVERY ONE!!! I contacted corporate and was offered coupons to go back...HA HA! I wouldn't take a dog to this restaurant for fear of being arrested for animal abuse!! I'm impressed with this location. Haven't been inside to attest for the cleanliness, but the food is good for fast food and we have never had any issues with rude employees. Actually quite nice in comparison to neighboring fast food locations. read more
