Visited today with my daughter. Ordered our food and it was ready promptly. When beginning to open my chicken sandwich, a used alcohol wipe with blood on it fell out of the wrapper. I calmly gathered all the food and threw it in the trash. I knew it would be pointless to argue. I have provided photos. Stay away from this location! read more

I'd like to start off with the fact that the folks at the drive thru were very friendly. But, when I got home I realized that my Taco Salad was just lettuce and cheese. No chili, no sour cream. I drove back to the Wendy's (about an 8 mile one-way trip) to get my correct salad. The cashier just looked at me when I showed her the salad and called for someone I'll assume was a manager. He was courteous and fixed the issue. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience or the fact it was made wrong. Just lots of laughing from the employees behind the counter. Not the kind of service I appreciate. read more

starting off the crew was very sweet. had a problem with them hearing us. but that is management issue. the food was good the fries were not too salty, ( been having issues of the fast food place next door) the tea was great. a pleasant surprise, real tea taste not sugar syrup like most places. real tea taste! We got two Dave's Combos with chili and a small orders of spicy chicken nuggets. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. They certainly were not understaffed like so many restaurants are. The guy taking the money and the other one handing out food appeared to be happy to be working and happy to be serving. We used to eat here quite often when we travel to Johnson City. I guess we stopped because the Johnson City area has grown so much over the last 20 years, there are just a bunch of other restaurants to choose from. I also like them putting our order in two bags instead of cramming it all into one bag. I will definitely come back here more often. I do recommend this place read more

Best Wendy's I've been to in a very long time. Food was good, very clean, friendly, and great service! The burgers actually looked and tasted like I remember from many years ago. Most locations just don't seem to care about the quality or the service. read more

I went through the drive through and order two meals, one burger and one chicken. I was told I had to wait for the chicken meal (no biggie). After waiting I drive home (15mins away) I went inside and they have gave me two burger meals, I tried calling twice and no answer so I drive back and the manager/supervisor on duty came and looked at what I ordered to what I received she then went and made my chicken sandwich meal. The employee at the window offered me a frosty for the mix up and only filled the cup half way.. I wasn't too upset as I did not pay for it, but they then said I had to give them the messed up food (also not a big issue) but I waited again for my chicken sandwich for it to be has hard as a rock and no ranch dressing. (I ordered the asiago ranch chicken). I will not be returning to this location, this type of mix up and service has happened a few times. read more

me and my boyfriend came by around 10:30ish tonight. there was one employee in the store, and we had to go through the drive through twice before he even greeted us, because he was too busy talking to a group a teenagers hanging out by the window. once we finally got to order he tried to cut us off after ordering one sandwich and told us to pull to the window. he then proceeded to ignore us when we tried to tell him we weren't done and wanted to order one more sandwich. after that he sent us around the drive through AGAIN to order. we finally get our sandwiches and the jr bacon cheeseburger isn't even cooked all the way. it was very obviously pink in the center. 0/10, will not go to this location again. read more

Every experience I have had at This Wendy's has been completely and utterly horrible! I come here after work to eat and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when my food is (Raw,Not Fresh, Missing items) I'll call ask for the manager and she makes sure to get her employees in check and refund my ordered! Until yesterday I decided to give it a 4th try and ordered my food and sat in the Lobby ! WORST MISTAKE EVER SO MANY FLIES WHERE FLYING ON MY FOOD AND HITTING ME IN MY FACE I DECIDED TO GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER THEY LAUGHED ! I started working her as a side job along side my primary job just to make some extra cash. I chose Wendy's because I had Wendy's experience and I have worked at 4 previous locations (all in Virginia because I moved to Tennessee) and this location is by far the worst conditioning one I have seen. When I first started the people were nice and Steven the general manager treated me well but as time progressed some of the team started showing their true colors. Multiple people were taken completely off the scheduling but not considered "terminated" just had 0 hours week after week. I went in to pick up my last check and was told they mailed it to me and as of now (one month from that date) I have not received my last check. Some of the staff DO NOT practice regular sanitizing routines and are unfit to be handing out food to customers. Most of the staff care more about being on their phones than actually serving customers. If you ever decide to come here the best service you'll receive is night shift around 7 pm - close. Not everyone I worked with was this terrible. The night shift crew is full of hardworking and respectful individuals. The night manager I worked with, Art, was one of the best bosses I'll have in life. read more

When I stepped in it smelt like Cat poop and litter, I would stay away from here, no one had hair nets and the employees were taking instead of serving people in the drive thru. If I could give this 0 stars I would because this place is awfull, also I saw a girl throw away an entire pan of fries, The nuggets were dry and cold and they ran out of chocolate frostys and laughed about it. They are slow as molasses here, but the food is good & ingredients fresh + high quality. They have really improved their order accuracy since I started coming here years ago. I really like the freestyle coke machine, too. Lots of caffeine free, sugar free choices! read more

i normally don't write reviews but i am fed up with this wendy's. they asked me what type of sauce i wanted and i asked for 3 cups of cheese sauce , and they handed me a cup of shredded cheddar cheese... then after they messed up half of our meal they still wanted us to pay the 60 cents for the cheese. the lady was rude and acted like we were bothering her,we've been to this wendy's multiple times and this lady and always been extremely rude. do not go to this wendy's . read more

I had a complaint at Wendy's. The cashier handled food and money with no change of gloves! (Just got over flu i do not care for a different strain) A manager called me back and left message. When I returned her call a young man answered with such attitude I just wanted to hang up. I explained I was returning a phone call to what I thought was "Nikki" or something similar. The attitude was so great I never figured out if it was Nikki or not or when to call back to speak with her. So I decided to complain to corporate so they could do a test call and see how the guy answers the phone. (Nikki called me yesterday...all this has happened today) Corporate called me back with such mightier than thou attitude! There is no way I called corporate yesterday because they were not open! So I could not have talked to anyone! It must have been a security guard! I explained it was a store..."well u need to call Nikki back then!" Was her response! I told her if it was important enough nikki could call me becasuse i never wanted to talk to the young man ever again!  There are idiots everywhere! I think I am done with Wendy's for a while! Oops forgot...I attempted to contact this store the day it happed. I called the store from the parking lot after getting my food. I was told by the same young man with the same attitude that he did not change his gloves because he had a sore on his hands. Went though drive-through at noon 6/09/17. Fries were horrible; greasy, leathery and cold. Chicken sandwich tasted strange. I pulled the meat apart and it was raw in the middle. I almost threw up - there's no way to quickly get rid of the taste of raw chicken. I called corporate to complain and request a refund. Someone took the complaint and said they'd pass it on to "the manager" to call me back. Still haven't heard from them. Worst fast food place I've ever visited - staying away forever and suggesting you do the same. read more
