As easy as my order is for some reason I received two different bowls instead of the one lol... my first thought being oh cool they gave me two bc they had extra! Wrong!you'd expect one to be right - right? Nope! one is full of beans lol and cold veggies and maybe 10 pieces of rice- the other bowl has a bit of all of the meats? Along with beans and white rice- neither having anything I ordered neither being close to right- not understanding how it is difficult to read the label and scoop the correct ingredients into the bowl? Everytime I come here my order is wrong. Everytime i order here it seems the staff becomes more and more incompetent. Didn't know chipotle required rocket scientists to have even a close to correct order! With still an hour before they closed I don't see the issue as to why this was so hard to manage! This location has never achieved the status of a highly successful Chipotle, with food moving through and so many quality, fresh options consistently being replaced. The lack of a fast paced customer turnover, ingredients tend to sit longer. It is not the Chipotle I grew up knowing, and I am not sure if it will be able to be recognizable to me, but I will always be a patron. read more

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP and DEFINITELY DONT TIP!!! I order a $20 burrito and tipped. Making my order $25. ABSOLUTELY NO PROTEIN and I ordered double. I only got a refund of $4 for the extra protein even though I got ZERO protein. On top of that that couldn't even find my order for 10 minutes. Waste of time, money and gas! Went here on a whim, felt spunky and funky. Went in, was greeted by a group of buggers, soon to be friends. The beautiful piece up front asked me what I wanted to order. I replied, "a bowl, thanks..." to which she replied "what kind of rice, brown or white?" to which I replied "brown please, make sure it's the wet portion..." to which she replied "what protein?" to which I replied "steak please..." to which she replied "queso and cheese?" to which I replied "no queso It makes me fatter than a sack of potatoes..." then she slopped on the rest of the crap and handed it into my hands. they're was at least fifty five stevia packets on the ground, dirt and fatty parts on the tables. still I was able to enjoy my meal, eat some of my meal, two or three bits then I wrapped it in my kerchief and took er home. At least a week or more this thing lasted me, it got only tastier over the days, all id think about or do. The store is 1 week old. I had really high hopes for this restaurant, but sadly they did not rise to the challenge of winning a new customer. When we walked in, there were not many customers sitting in the lobby so one would expect to walk up on fresh food on the bar; Sadly, that was not the case. So we asked when there were going to be fresh food coming on the line, and luckily it was coming right up. So I'm guessing they were probably changing the line out anyway. We ordered 2 bowls with chicken and rice along with some other options and the total came up $38.11 after adding two Izzie's and an apple juice. Food is great. I always get chicken here and never have a problem. Guacamole is fresh as well as all other ingredients. New pastor chicken looked very tempting! Very healthy choice compared to Chilis I went to last night to watch ncaa game. Chicken fajitas had me gassy all night long. Terrible chicken full of hormones, very unhealthy for you compared to Chipotle. Maybe this place had some opening issues but I don't see any now. Food was great a little pricey. Staff were friendly and quickly got through the line. Came in a few nights ago and placed a mobile order which worked great. The building was generally clean however the bathroom did stink however, I recommend this place for anyone looking for some good quick Mexican food. read more

This was my first and could likely be the last time I visit the new Kingsport location. First off, I was halfway through placing a mobile order for pickup when the app flat out stopped working and gave me a vague error saying "something's not right". Once I got to the store, the girl working the prep line was more interested in talking with her friends in the dining room than she was preparing our food. I asked if she would make me a quesadilla since I was unable to order on the app (due to the error message). She agreed and asked what protein I wanted. I ordered Carne Asada and she immediately started cooking the quesadilla (put the whole thing directly in the Turbo Chef oven so the whole thing ended up soggy). She did not give me a chance to add Fajita Vegetables to the quesadilla and gave me a cup of vegetables on the side. Once I got to the dining room, all of the lemonade dispensers were empty and only the fountain drinks were available. The entire time we were in the dining room, the girl running the prep line kept going back and forth between a loud table of teenagers in the middle of the dining room and the kitchen socializing and laughing with her friends discussing kissing and trying to get her friend to date her sister or something along those lines. The whole time, who I would assume to be the manager looked intimidated and stayed in the back of the kitchen running the drive through. Lastly, I would like to mention that this restaurant is not clean at all! The prep line is a mess, cross contamination everywhere, and the metal serving trays had visible food debris on them. This restaurant is barely 3 weeks old and it's already a train wreck. I really hope this place can turn around. Kingsport needs a good Chipotle. read more

I don't even want to give this restaurant one star, but for pure pitty I will. I understand this store was just opened within the last two weeks. however, they don't know how to keep up with fast pace or high customer demands. my family visited a few days after they opened, we gave them benefit of the doubt because we love chipotle. the employees were scrambling despite there being atleast 10 of them working. the lobby was trashed, the ice was over flowing in the dispenser, the napkins and forks and lids were all empty. while ordering our food, my husband ordered his, I ordered for our two children and them somehow I was skipped over and the people behind me started ordering before I could tell the guy what I wanted. I didn't make a big deal out of it then, cause I say again, we love chipotle and are thrilled to have one closer to home. the food that night was pretty good, my children loved their build your own tacos and nothing was to complain about other than service and lack of cleanliness. this brings me to tonight. we decided to order on the app and my husband would pick it up on his way home. I had the orders labeled for who's was who's. I ordered a veggie with a side of cheese dip and he ordered a chicken bowl. he gets home, mine has steak and chicken, no cheese dip, no rice no beans and no salsa. his has no meat, and the wrong kind of rice. we swapped orders and just dealt with it since we're 20 minutes away. it wasn't like they just labeled them wrong, they were both missing parts of the order that was labeled right on the sticker. and the steak was under cooked and the fajita veggies were all burnt.
