Today's visit was abominable. The drive thru order was not working so I pulled up to the window ton order. I ordered a Dave's triple combo, large, no tomato. And I ordered 4 Jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bags with tea and bbq all around. First thing they gave me 2 triples burgers instead of the combo. Had to go in to get it fixed. I had tongo in to get one drink which was missed. They fixed the order but I didnt check it, when I got home I found out they gave me a triple with nothing but tomato (and the meat was charred to a crisp, it was like jerky). The 4 Jr bac chz were all missing tomato, and they all had honey mustard sauces. Brought the grandkids in to get frosty and it they were out of vanilla. We got 4 chocolates and an orange creamsicle. The chocolates were runny and not frozen. The creamsicle was awesome! Very slow, dirty, out of condiments and utensils. No coffee for other guests. Someone asked about the frosty keychains and cashier said they had no idea what they were talking about. The young young lady began taking my order, when I get to the drink, she was ruder than hell to me.. cutting me off.. then proceeded to give me my total before I ordwres my second item . I let her know I was not finished, she then silenced me and I sat there for two minutes. She then came back on and said, "go ahead and order".. as if I hadn't already started. I said " well, I was in the middle of ordering something and it's no longer on the screen". She cops an attitude with me and says oh well go ahead and order and I said, OK, I will start over. I said I needed such and such, then proceeded with the rest of my order and asked for a side sauce. She said I could not have that sauce because I didn't order some other specific menu item. I asked if I could pay for the sauce.... and the manager gets on and says no you cannot have that! It's only available for 'whatever' item. Completely frustrated at this point I said OK fine.. she just says "pull ahead" I get to the window and the manager is standing there with an attitude and smug look on her face. She said what kind of drink did you order? I said well I ordered two drinks, and then she mocking responds back with another attitude "ok well,what TWO did you order? " and rolls her eyes!!!! at this time I'm completely flabbergasted and asked her what in the world their problem was? She then proceeded to blame me and say I was the one with an attitude the whole time she was "listening". mind you throughout my entire order I was saying please and thank you while trying to get my order finished. The service was down right insulting. Went thru drive thru and at the speaker was told to hold on because of a shift change. Waited over 20 mins. The guy was pleasant and not rude. Got to the windows and paid and given my drink. Another lady came to the windows and told me to pull up to wait for my food. With a smile I stated I had already waited over 20 minutes and asked how much longer. She stated she had just got there and did not know but the timer for my wait was to high and they needed me to pull up so they didn't get in trouble. No one was behind me so I politely said that I would wait at the window. She stormed off and the manager came up and asked if I would back up and pull forward again. I replied no ma'am I will not reset your clock and I will wait for my food. She called the cops on me for refusing to move until I got the food I paid for. I never raised my voice, always had a smile and was respectful (my kids were in the car), also no one was behind me because they were all still waiting at the box to order. The nice guy brought me my food and I pulled off. Ironically an officer was in line waiting to order. I explained the situation, he laughed and said I am good. Hopefully he told the manager that when she saw I was talking to him and stormed out there herself. There really is no need to be rude to customers who are not being rude to you. I like this Wendy's on Lem Turner off 95 N. It has plenty of parking and the dinning area is clean. They are pleasant and courteous. The food is hot, and tasty. The ladies restroom is small because it only has two rooms for women, . It was clean and didn't have an odor. I love the strawberry lemonade and the blackberry lemonade , just the right mixture of each. It is a must try drink. They also have the creamy sriracha oh this is ssoooo delicious on your chicken sandwich or nuggets. I believe in patronize my neighborhood stores. Great job on your customer service read more

So fking nasty! Just placed a 20 dollar order, no gloves, no hairnets, passing my food around and opening it w bare hands to check it. Same bare hands that handle cash. I say I want a refund, I don't want touched on food. They try remaking it. My shoes stuck to the ground. Bathroom has bugs and webs etc. The carpet is matted down with nasty sht. When they tried remaking my food I heard them laughing in the back. I'm not dumb enough to eat fast food remakes by laughing cooks, and I said again that I wanted a refund, but they kept making it. I hear the manager say, "let me know when that foods done" I DONT WANT THE FOOD. I WANTED A REFUND. I didn't say it again though, or yell. I walked out. I ate the 20 dollar loss just because it was so fking gross. I've NEVER seen a fast food restaurant in such disrepair. So unkept. So much blatant disregard for common cook etiquette. Then, Elliott's mic turned on while he was yelling something out to whoever. He then proceeds with, "Uhh you can go ahead with your order." As he was handing our drinks, which were wrong, he says to my husband, "Here you go, G." The shift supervisor gave us our food but said nothing to us and barely acknowledge our presence, even after saying thanks. Our food was old and the whole order was wrong. Didn't even get straws. Had to ask for them. Professionalism was nonexistent. There was no one inside so there is absolutely no reason for the long wait or wrong order. Do NOT waste your time or money. .. If there was an option for no stars that's what rating this would have gotten. After a trip to the library my son and I swung by here. We ordered a kids meal, (cheese burger, juice, and strawberries and blueberries, and it was supposed to come with a toy. ) The rest of the order was (baconator with medium fry, and medium drink, then a large fry for myself and 2 small chocolate frosties). Point 1. The lady at the drive through was incredibly rude. Everytime I would say something she would cut me off, and tell me to hurry up, then list off the wrong items. Point 2. When she swiped my debit card and gave it back I had to ask for my receipt. "The receipt machine is broken" was her reply. I told her I will not go anywhere until I have something for my personal records. She did at least offer to take a picture of the order screen with my phone and I said that would be fine and I thanked her. Point 3. I peaked just to make sure everything was in there. There were no berries but instead what looked like 3 fries so I asked the guy handing me the food (who btw was much nicer than the lady but only marginally) to which he responded "oh we're not offering that anymore" so I asked him "why is it on your menu then? and why didn't the lady taking the order tell me?" If that really is the case and I was told upfront I would not be upset, but at least my child could have opted for the apples instead of the fried if he wanted. Well it looked like everything else was in there though the 3rd fry container looked a bit small for a large but then I don't really do fast food so... Point 4. upon reaching home we sat down to eat and come to find out that in the 3rd fry container were in fact chicken nuggets.... No wonder it was so tiny. To add to that, there was no toy in the kids meal. Normally sub-par service doesn't phase me, and I just let it go, but this was so bad it cannot be ignored. First time visiting this location on our way back from FL. First off when my wife ordered her cheese burger with no bun they kept yelling "what kinda bun." Second they forget they cheese. And then ask if I want cheese after I tell them they forget said cheese. Third once placed on the tray I remind them they forgot the nuggets and fries, "oh, well I'll have to drop more fries." Tried to get refund after 25 minutes of hope...nope. Won't give refund walls away. I loudly demand refund and gives cash instead of a receipt or debit slip.
