I visit this Wendy's regularly, and unfortunately, order issues seem to happen almost every time. Tonight I ordered a Cobb Salad and a watermelon lemonade through the app. When I got to the window, I was told they were out of the watermelon lemonade. I initially asked about getting Mr. Pibb from the Freestyle machine instead, but the employee seemed unfamiliar with the product. I had to repeat and spell the name because it kept becoming "Mr. Pip" and "Mr. Pimp" during the conversation. Eventually I gave up and switched to strawberry lemonade even though it wasn't my preference. Then I was told they had no boiled eggs for the Cobb Salad. I asked whether blue cheese crumbles could be substituted, but was told no because the salads are premade--even though the app offers customization options. If the salads are truly premade and cannot be modified, the customization options should not appear in the app. At that point I was offered a Taco Salad instead, which I declined because I was trying to make a healthier choice. Eventually the order was changed to a Parmesan Caesar Salad, but I was then told I would need to wait for fresh chicken to be prepared. What frustrated me most was not the employee. She was polite, and I told her I knew these issues were not her fault. The problem is the overall customer experience. I didn't learn about any of these unavailable items until I reached the pickup window. By the time the drink, salad, substitutions, and chicken issues were worked through, I spent an additional eight minutes waiting at the window after arriving there. A single unavailable item is understandable. However, multiple unavailable menu items, confusion about available beverages, limited substitutions, app customization options that don't match what the store can provide, and an extended wait time turned what should have been a quick pickup into a frustrating experience. One additional frustration was the refund process. After my preferred drink and salad options were unavailable, I asked to remove the substitute drink and receive a refund. I was told that because the order had been placed through the app, the store could not issue a refund and I would have to handle it through the app instead. Whether that is company policy or not, it added to an already frustrating experience involving multiple unavailable items, substitutions, and delays. Customers should not have to go through additional steps to receive a refund for an item the store is unable to provide. read more

The SLOWEST, STICKIEST, HOTTEST. The staff is slow, doesn't acknowledge that a customer is present, moves with zero speed. I cleaned the RR prior to use. The chairs were sticky, the tables filthy, and it was 82 degrees and even more humid than outside. In Indiana, that's saying a lot. We almost just walked out to go eat elsewhere and that was after ordering and waiting over 15 minutes for easy meals 2. Nothing complicated. read more

WELL im at the drive thru speaker and the lady is being rude to begin with. At one point there was a pause and she said something with a lot of attitude and I just said "im waiting on you." I have to give a 5 star review to this Wendy's because they absolutely warmed my heart recently. We have rarely left our house during this "stay at home" time and had ventured out to grab a quick lunch. Got through the drive thru up to the window and realized u had forgotten my wallet. I do NOT recommend this location ever. Regardless how many cars are in the drive thru (1-10) it will always take FOREVER to get anything. I could've ordered a drink and it would've taken 20 minutes. Since I live close, I see cars consistently waiting in the drive thru, not to mention there is limited parking and no room for more than 10 cars to be waiting as it backs onto Keystone. I've seen fights and customers/employees yelling at each other, random people parking in places they shouldn't park. This whole establishment is awful. I always joke around with another couple when I go to this Wendy's because they complain how slow the drive thru is. Well, I decided to go in today to sit down and eat lunch for a change. I was in and out in 5 minutes which was great. My food was hot and tasty (chicken nuggets and fries). The staff said polite things when I was ordering such as thank you and asked what sauce I wanted, however they seemed bored and not at all sincere. The dining room was not clean, mainly the messy tables. I actually decided it'd be best to eat in the car since it was just me. It's your typical fast food restaurant. I'd visit again. read more

The next day a realized I didn't get my card and called and the women I spoke to confirmed they had my card. My husband was home and I gave them his name to pick it up. Within less 20 minutes of the call as my husband was going to the store I had a fraud alert for $640 on the card for a charge that was trying to go through. I really wanted to try their new breakfast so I went and got sausage gravy biscuit, chicken honey biscuit, and a vanilla frostycinno. The biggest problem is my chicken biscuit didn't have the chicken...
