This location is being ran wonderfully! I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name who helped us the evening we went because she was so efficient and polite throughout the entire service. WELL im at the drive thru speaker and the lady is being rude to begin with. At one point there was a pause and she said something with a lot of attitude and I just said "im waiting on you." And I finally finish my order. Then I get to the window and she GRABS my card from me. Runs it. Gives me my drinks. Tells me to pull up. So I did. Then she shouts out the window that my card declined but she said it with a lot of rudeness and judgyness. And I said no it didn't. And then she makes me get out of my car to bring her the card to the window so I did that. And while I did that another worker came out the door and started yelling at me and I said "this lady has my card." And she still kept staring at me and being rude. I have to give a 5 star review to this Wendy's because they absolutely warmed my heart recently. We have rarely left our house during this "stay at home" time and had ventured out to grab a quick lunch. Got through the drive thru up to the window and realized u had forgotten my wallet. The manager was wonderful and took care of our bill. I was absolutely awestruck. It almost brought tears to my eyes. I do NOT recommend this location ever. Regardless how many cars are in the drive thru (1-10) it will always take FOREVER to get anything. I could've ordered a drink and it would've taken 20 minutes. Since I live close, I see cars consistently waiting in the drive thru, not to mention there is limited parking and no room for more than 10 cars to be waiting as it backs onto Keystone. I've seen fights and customers/employees yelling at each other, random people parking in places they shouldn't park. This whole establishment is awful. I always joke around with another couple when I go to this Wendy's because they complain how slow the drive thru is. Well, I decided to go in today to sit down and eat lunch for a change. I was in and out in 5 minutes which was great. My food was hot and tasty (chicken nuggets and fries). The staff said polite things when I was ordering such as thank you and asked what sauce I wanted, however they seemed bored and not at all sincere. The dining room was not clean, mainly the messy tables. I actually decided it'd be best to eat in the car since it was just me. It's your typical fast food restaurant. I'd visit again. read more

The next day a realized I didn't get my card and called and the women I spoke to confirmed they had my card. My husband was home and I gave them his name to pick it up. Within less 20 minutes of the call as my husband was going to the store I had a fraud alert for $640 on the card for a charge that was trying to go through. I really wanted to try their new breakfast so I went and got sausage gravy biscuit, chicken honey biscuit, and a vanilla frostycinno. The biggest problem is my chicken biscuit didn't have the chicken... I looked at it, opened it up, and saw two biscuits heavenly doused in honey with no chicken.. ok well luckily I had my sausage gravy biscuit or else I'd have nothing to eat.
