Wendy's - Burgers Near Me - Hillsborough, New Jersey

Apparently Wendy's has some new policies. 1. When asked to pull forward in the drive thru you must do so immediately and cannot take the time to put your wallet away. 2. The drive through employee cannot close the window and must stand there staring at you while you put your credit card away. Before I could finish putting away my wallet and more forward my food was ready. This was 2:30 pm and no one else was in the drive thru, even when I left. What was the reason to order me to pull forward? Does Wendy's actually have a new stare-you-down policy while you are putting your things away? read more

I ordered a Chicken Ranch wrap and a salad. The tortilla for the Chicken Wrap was not wrapped at all and there was no dressing at all. How does a wrap not get wrapped? And when I called there after I got to my destination, no one picked up the phone. read more

I have been coming to this Wendy's for years, today's experience was exceptional. Tyler at the drive thru was kind and courteous thru the entire ordering process, very professional. Patsy at the window was warm friendly and smiling. The Manager also approached the window to say Happy Holidays. I work with adults with disabilities and I really appreciate how the manager Amber assisted my participants. She was friendly and patient with them. She even remembered their orders and what they like and don't like. We visit many other food establishments for lunch, but this Wendy's was for sure the best service my guys have received. read more

For a fast food joint, this place is always on target with my orders. However, the negative is today I ordered 3 medium drinks that came with 3 biggie combo meals. The kid that gave me the drinks today did not pack them in the holder correctly. As soon as I got them through the window (with 2 hands and holding straight/steady), 2 of the drinks toppled over onto my lap and the kid just laughed hysterically and did nothing until I asked did you pack these loose intentionally and said no. He did ask me if I needed anything and gave me napkins but the fact that he laughed at me hysterically when he has no clue how to put a drink in a holder is just plain stupid and rude. read more

A Minus 10 if I could! To the owner and District manager of this Wendy's. This is a fast food restaurant. Correct? The drive-through is for fast pick up?? I was told that my order was too big! And I would need to pull forward and no time was given how long I'd have to sit there. But that it would be a while!! Really!?! Is Wendy's not a fast food restaurant hence the word fast! I always have some sort of issue at this Wendy's. They often fail to provide receipts, and I had one junior bacon cheeseburger that was inedible. My most recent visit will be my last. Ordered a kids meal on 2/21/2024 at 8:14 pm and was not provided a straw for my drink. Asked multiple times of the person at the window to please give me a straw and he just ignored me. It is ridiculous to not include a straw for a drink that requires them, but to ignore a customer multiple times is just rude. read more

For a fast food joint...the place was clean, well lit and the staff was very polite...food was cooked quickly, it was hot....they don't charge you for water (which is nice since we're not big soda drinkers). Overall nothing to complain about....obviously not going here for high quality gourmet food...but you get what you would expect. read more

Pretty standard Wendy's. Dining area was clean and staff was friendly. They have a nice outdoor seating area and plenty of parking. The chili with their hot chili seasoning is delicious. read more

Imagine the Hollywood-esque girl next door. That's the Hillsborough Wendy's - a Hallmark of the town that more than compensates for it's faults with its superior product quality. Wendy's is beyond my favorite fast food restaraunt; however, that is with the service that is able to support it. This Wendy's sometimes will give the correct order but sometimes won't. They also forget sauces alot of the time and I know how depressing it feels when you are missing that amazing Wendy's brand honey mustard. The Manager at the Drive Thru Window at 455p today was not friendly to me when I purchased my order through the Drive Thru Window. I am a female customer, so women like myself put our credit cards and/or cash back in our wallets before we are ready to grab our purchase and leave. I told him after he gave my credit card back to me, to let me first put my credit card back in my wallet before he gave my bagged purchases to me. He disregarded what I said, which I said more than once. He said, that he does not rush customers, but he did not seem to respect what I was saying that would only take 2-3 minutes before I will take the bags from him. There was only one car behind me, so it was not huge traffic of cars around the restaurant. He never apologized for his rudeness either. Today my family and I had a terrible experience at Wendy's. It was pretty busy because they were doing renovation or something but after getting our order we saw that we were missing one of our chili's and pecans for one of the salads. Also, we had a 15% off coupon and they only took off 10%. Worst of all, my dad took a bite out of his burger and found this long, curly hair in it. That is Just disgusting. We went on a Friday night and it was crazy busy. Service was pretty fast. Bathroom and restaurant were clean. Multiple flavors for drinks. They even offered ginger lime Diet Coke. Ketchup containers were made out of study plastic,super useful with small children. The fries could have been hotter. The orders were made correctly even through we made numerous alterations. I have contacted this location twice now directly with the same feedback and no change. Attempting Yelp and this is their last chance. The fries are completely inedible due to the pound of salt poured on them. I do enjoy my fries lightly salted but these are gross. Can't even brush it off and why should I? This is such a simple fix. If you want to extra feel stupid for spending $10 on fast food, do what I did. Go to Wendy's in Hillsborough. If you are wondering... the earlier part of my day was nice, and I'm in a good place now life-wise, in general. All this anger now is entirely owned by Wendy's here. They just gave me not just a cold, but a REFRIGERATED double cheeseburger. I can't even understand why this would be unless someone wanted to flip all the burgers 3 hrs earlier, throw them in the fridge, and call it a night then. I think the burger maker was home sleeping when I bought it. Even the bun was ice cold, darn it. The cheese was almost frost bitten. I also ate there a couple months ago and the burger tasted weird. Kind of fishy. Fool me once... Now I'm the dumb one for believing they would change. I'm a worse person for having ate there tonight. We can't even figure out how to make a burger anymore, America. Horrible. The burger was cold. I remember when fast food restaurants used to melt the cheese. When did this practice stop. And the bun was probably the worst bun I ever had in my life. Finally, there was more salt on my fries that on Route 206 after the snow storm. It is a shame. You spend so much money and the food is terrible. Poor Dave Thomas. i ordered 2 large fries, and an asagio chicken ranch club with NOOOOO tomato. when opening the bag, i was astonished to see only 1 large fry. upon opening my sandwich, i was flabergasted to notice that there was a tomato. this is absolutly rediculous. i will never shop at this wendys again, but not all the other ones ... i love all the other ones. read more
