If you want to avoid the exit onto 206, cruise thru the parking lot opposite the direction of D&D. Make a right at the stop & then a quick left turn passing BK. This location has really revamped itself! The interior is clean and modern. I appreciate how Taco Bell has more vegetarian options compared to most fast food places. We placed our order online, and some items included vegetarian modifications (black beans instead of beef in the crunchwrap supreme, etc) which we've had experience not being followed at other locations. Example - today, my wife ordered for the kids, 2 craving boxes. They gave us only one drink, despite asking if there were supposed to be 2. Asked for diet Pepsi, since they were out of dew zero, got cherry instead. Didn't get any sauces, despite mentioning those in the order. And again, this is not the first time. If this wasn't the closest location, and kids didn't want taco bell, I would have completely avoided it. read more

While people love to talk smack about Taco Bell, I'm someone who enjoys a trip there every so often for that bad but *good* meal. I don't frequent Taco Bell for a quality meal; it's something that just hits the spot for certain kinds of days. I've been a long-time fan for years; that's not to say that there aren't some major quality and service discrepancies between locations. I decided to give this location a visit when I was grabbing food for me and a friend in the area. I mobile-ordered, as I always do; it's easier for customizations, specifications, and earning rewards on the mobile app. I ordered en route before arriving, and I was happy to see notifications that both of my orders were ready before my arrival. As I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed that this was a newly remodeled location. As a customer, it's nice to see when locations look contemporary and updated. I parked my car in one of the designated spots for grab-and-go customers. Upon entering, the inside of the location was clean and spacious. There was only one customer waiting for an order that he had already placed. I walked up to the counter to be helped and to state that I was waiting for a prepared mobile order. With about ten employees behind the counter, it still took quite some time for someone to recognize me waiting. More importantly, neither the inside of the restaurant nor the drive-thru were busy at this time. After several minutes, an employee acknowledged me. I had asked for a cup to fill my beverage that I ordered on my phone, and he had stated that they're self-serve beverage station "wasn't turned on." He indirectly mumbled and asked which beverage I wanted. I had also stated that I was picking up two separate mobile orders. Without saying if they were ready or not, he simply placed them on the counter and walked away. I always check my bags to make sure that no items are missing. My personal order was missing a Chalupa. When I had stated this, he brought over another employee to show me that it was in the bag with my friend's order. Once again, a minor inconvenience, but shows the lack of care or attentiveness. After I left and arrived at my friends house, I took out my items to eat. While any Taco Bell customer knows you're not buying a gourmet meal, it's the bare minimum to expect that the food is at least freshly prepared and accurate to the order placed. I was honestly disgusted by every item I had purchased. Several of my items were missing toppings or sauces. Additionally, my Grilled Cheese Burrito was missing the standard jalapeños that make it the "Spicy Grilled Cheese Burrito." MOST IMPORTANTLY, not a single item tasted fresh or crispy. Everything from the red strips in my burrito, to the a la carte Nacho Fries to the Truff Loaded Nacho fries was INCREDIBLY STALE. Portions of everything were extremely skimpy. Taco Bell meals are something I almost always enjoy after a long day and hours of hunger; every part of this meal was REVOLTING. While anyone knows you're not getting grade A beef at Taco Bell, I eat it regularly and know the taste. The texture and flavor of both the steak and ground beef were AWFUL. This was by far one of my worst Taco Bell experiences in a very long time. While Taco Bell is no gourmet restaurant, I know very well that they are capable of at least consistent quality and order accuracy. I have experienced this at other locations and been very satisfied. This place is usually good, and I order here often, but this time the service was crazy disrespectful for no reason and they forgot part of our order and then told us we had to drive back to get it rather than refunding it. I have probably been to a taco bell twice in my life. I am also not someone who typically complains. I work in food customer service as a waitresss. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a drive thru. Their speaker was broken at the drive thru as i was unable to hear the employee. The young man was extremely rude as soon as i had pulled up to the window. He dropped my cash change outside of my car and had one of the worst attitudes. Like i said, I don't typically complain as i understand what it's like and mistakes happen. I don't know why I even gave this place a second chance tonight. We ordered the tacos, chalupas, burrito and drinks. And the quality of the food was worse than the first time I ate here a couple of years ago. Too top it off, they missed one of the drinks completely. The staff, all six of them, were too busy goofing around in the back and saw that I was waiting at the counter to place my order. I waited nearly 5 minutes before one of them came to the counter to take my order. Completely unacceptable service and quality of food. Drive through is the slowest drive through I have ever been at. Have literally been there 25 minutes before with just 5 or 6 cars ahead of me. The place seems very under staffed. If I see more than one car in the drive through now I don't go there because it's not worth the wait. They often get the order wrong and skimp on the meat on the tacos as well. Food does taste decent for a taco Bell but it's not worth the aggravation. They should call this slow food. read more

I absolutely love Taco Bell. But this is the worse one I've ever been to. Half the workers don't speak English. The other day I said it's for HERE. They put it in a bag. Then I said it's for here and they said we don't have any clean trays. All of them were dirty. Sad thing is one person was in the lobby eating. They weren't busy, just lazy. Then I asked for hot sauce since there was none in the lobby. She gave me a handful of sauce and it was mild. I went back again and asked them for HOT not MILD and they said they were out. The worst place ever. I have eaten here a few times and this is sure to be my last. The floors are disgusting. There is no air circulation nor heat on and the workers are wearing coats and sweatshirts. No music in the background. It took 20 for me to get 3 tacos as I waited patiently because they were busy. This was one of the worst fast food experiences ever. The service was abysmal, and they were short staffed. Furthermore, the employees that were there looked very confused and unorderly. We ended up waiting an hour for an order that was incorrect. The drive thru service is awful, and once you get on line your stuck there and must suffer through the wait. Once we received our order the employee gave no apology for the wait, or any communication for the mismanagement of the location. We pulled over to realize our order was WRONG! Went to order special new Spicy Tacos advertised for 1.00 each. Ordered and found the 1.00 taco was really 1.39 for regular and 1.49 for the spicy version. Left compliant on website and got a call back 4 days later. I was told they price according to location and even though Taco Bell advertises a special most NJ locations do not honor that price. I was politely told TOO BAD. Apparently most of the NJ locations price items high than other spots in the state based on county located in or the state.
