We love this place, come here practically every Saturday for lunch after my daughter's dance class. Great service and kind & patient staff. Had ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich which didn't have any of the helpings, so I asked for it afterwards and they gave me a brand new sandwich with everything in it. It was absolutely delicious. They also make great salad, which I normally get with a yummy avocado dressing! Tip: If you get the kids meal, you can replace the toy with a ice cream cone :) Great vibe in the restaurant with lots of games that could be played with. I love their chicken sandwiches but I decided on a salad today and I was not disappointed. They will put any type of chicken in it but I chose the crispy chicken nuggets. The salad for me way large so I did have it for 2 lunches. I got the avocado lime ranch dressing and was totally happy. In place of bacon bits they give you crispy red pepper pieces which imo taste just like bacon bits. I ordered the peppermint shake and waffle fries which I also ate 2x so for $21 I got 2 meals out of it. Next time I will ask for an extra order of nuggets so I have enough chicken. Yum read more

Food is a hit and miss. The breakfast is way better than their lunch. The service is always fast and on point.

I ordered the chick fil a chicken sandwich with fries & a drink, plus a small Mac & cheese. They forgot to put the French fries in my order. When I called & complained asking for a refund or replacement; the staff I talked to were absolutely awful. They refused to do either. They yelled at me to call delivery service even though it was the restaurant's mistake. Food is delicious but, customer service is always terrible! read more

First, I do enjoy chick fil a and it's friendly staff. The one thing I don't care for is their drive thru which is a two lane operation. I find that the lines don't move evenly, and you can be waiting in a line while the other one is moving quicker. How that happens, I don't know. Unless they have multiple people working the drive up. It's not like you're in the restaurant where you can easily change your position. It is frustrating when you have a time limit, and you pick the slow line. Aside from that, I would strongly recommend going into the restaurant, and avoiding the drive thru. Like I stated earlier, the food and staff are great. This location recently opened and they definitely have plenty of customers! Most people seem to go for the drive thru so parking has not been an issue. I feel that this place is well-staffed and handled the crowd well. They follow proper guidelines during this pandemic. I feel that the wait time isn't bad despite it all. Drive thru is a joke. They bring food to cars out of order so if you're stuck behind a car that hasn't gotten their food yet, you're waiting there forever until they get it while your food is getting cold. I don't know why they think it's a smart idea to bring other cars their food while the cars in the front haven't gotten theirs yet. It makes NO SENSE! get it together guys read more
