A lot better than that other fast casual place. I really enjoyed my meal here. I always appreciate when an establishment has corn tortillas and pickles onions. Definitely a must for me. I like that they can cater to many different dietary preferences, whether you are vegan, omnivorous, or vegetarian. The food itself is pretty decent and GUAC is included! This place is actually pretty good. It's a generic kind of Mexican experience. Similar to others you may have seen around (Chipotle), but much better. The staff at the Edison location is always great and very nice and the location is extremely clean with ample seating. You can even easily find a seat during the lunch hours. The menu is diverse and has something for everyone. They also have an app and a rewards program. At times we also receive coupons via snail mail, which always entices us to make a quick visit. This rating isn't to the company as a whole, just this specific location. While my family & I love food from Qdoba, the food we got from here was terrible. When I came to pick up my order an hour before closing, the door was locked & the lights were off. I stood at the front door for 5 mins while the workers (2 guys & 1 girl) inside just stood there and ignored me. I literally had to wave my phone with the app open to get them to understand that I was only there to pick up an order I had already paid for. Once I got home to eat, the food was awful and looked like it had been made with whatever was left from the day. While I under the food industry isn't the most glamorous to work for because I've been there, each customer should be treated with the same respect from opening to closing. What's upsetting about this is that 1 of the workers seemed to be a manager because his shirt was a different color. It's been a while since I've left a bad review, but if you can avoid this location, Qdoba has some great ones out there. Black or white beans. Choice of meats include steak, chicken, pork (some are pulled or chunks). Basic veggies from corn, tomato, lettuce etc. Sauces are hot, medium or mild. Verde is my favorite. Toppings of cheese, sour cream or guacamole (extra charge for guac). Chips and guacamole are a must. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Dining area is usually clean. Large selection of drinks at soda fountain. Lemons, hot sauce at the condiments bar. Simple, easy, non fried food priced reasonable. Look for coupons. He was also generous with the portions which I appreciated (chipotle be skimping). I usually like qdoba and their employees but today I encountered a super rude employees over the phone. 10 Mins ago I called to make sure that they're closed because their signs said open but a smaller sign on the door said closed due to health department's order. The employee who answered the phone said in a rude tone "I don't know if you saw the news but there's E. coli. There's poop in the water and we don't want to get sued." I said, well your plastic order online sign is still out, just letting you know. She cut me off rudely "nope we're closed." The content is fine but I have a problem with her tone. I ordered tonight and I got... well... a bowl. A less than half filled bowl. I also ordered double meat. There isn't even regular portion of meat.. let a lone double. pathetic. Why the set back?!?! You give us half portions, but charge same price? This also happened once a week ago, but figured a new employee or something was serving me so I let it slide. But it happened again today. Placed order online and paid for it. Got to the restaurant at 1205 Highway 74 S Ste 100, Peachtree City, GA 30269 and both doors were locked. Could not get the food I paid for. A young kid was sitting outside the door and never looked up from his phone. I left and disputed the charge to my credit card company and have to wait until the charge is no longer pending which takes 5 days. RIDICULUS!!!!. Chipotle looks much better now. read more

You know what you're getting at Qdoba when you visit. Much like Chipotle (but better) you order your main meal and go down the line asking for anything extra. I always order the quesadilla with fajitas but today I wanted the taco bowl salad. The idea of eating my bowl as well is pretty sweet. I can get my crunch and at the same time my veggies. But this Qdoba stands out because the staff are excellent. They greet you, smile, follow directions and personable. I ordered both hot salsa and diablo queso and the cashier and I had a nice conversation about how most hot sauces aren't hot. It's the little things that matter. This place is clean as well! This restaurant is located right off of Route 1 South in the Wick's Plaza right next to the Gamestop. The service here was OK and the staff seem to be friendly. The supervisor on shift even makes jokes with the customers to get them to laugh. Their menu is kind of like Chipotle with the burrito bowls, tacos, burritos, and etc. The price here is average depending on what you get. The taste of the food here is good except they gave me too much sour cream on top of my burrito bowl. It looked like the staff decided to drench my burrito bowl with sour cream. The chips that I ordered was hard as if it was stale. It was very hard to try and eat the chips and had to throw it away; wasted my money on this. My overall experience with this restaurant is that I would not come here if I am starving, maybe just for a light snack. read more

My 2nd time eating at a Qdoba, first one in New Brunswick but they closed down. Hopefully this one won't close down after my review. I came in on Thursday afternoon around 5pm. At first I was a little scared since there was only 1 customer. They had plenty of staff to help. The quickly took my order exactly how I wanted it. The ingredients were fresh and well seasoned. I had the soft chicken tacos. Sour cream was nice a chilly, just like I like it. I also had the 3 Queso and chips. This was my only problem. The chips were super salty and I had a hard time eating them. The cheese sauce was on point and I enjoyed every bit of that. I give the place an extra star because the young lady came over and asked if everything was alright. Of course I told her how I felt about the chips. Pretty bland Mexican food. Portion was large and food tasted fresh but it was really lacking in spice/flavor that has made Mexican food so popular with me. I've never been to Chipotle Grill but this is no Moe's Southwestern and based on what I've heard about Chipotle, it's no Chipotle either. In fact, I enjoyed the food at Taco Bell more which must say something. I do admit that I really enjoy Taco Bell; food and prices. I'm pretty sure that I did not see refried beans here which I find very surprisingly. Also, there must have been some heavy work going on in the back because there was loud pounding noise in the restaurant. They're expensive, in my opinion. Three tacos is $9. I get by with two, and then supplement with something else at home. It's really hit-or-miss whether your tacos are well-made. Some people make them neat, others sloppy. Today's tacos, for example, were a mess, soaked and dripping upon checkout. Liquid flowing off the stand onto the tray. I placed an order online only to find out when I got to the store that their system was down/offline and my order never went thru. The Qdoba online ordering system charged my credit card for the full amount of my order even if the order never went thru. I never got a receipt but my debit card was charged for my order. I was told at the store that there was nothing they could do to help me. They told me to call Customer Service to get a refund but despite trying to call 4 times, I kept getting a busy signal. One of the staff was nice enough to give me some vouchers for next time. The weird part was that without the order going thru, the staff said they could not make the order as they did not know the 'measurement' of things. It seems they prepare food by weight and without exact instructions, could not put an order together. Luckily someone who had been with the store for 2 years saved the day by 'estimating' portion sizes of the different ingredients. Go figure! Three things struck me as needing attention with Qdoba - 1) Online ordering system If for any reason, any part of an order does not complete - do not charge the customer's credit card. 2) Food preparation specifications Educate crew on how to 'estimate' things in case of emergencies 3) Give stores the ability to refund incorrect charges. Having to call a non-responsive Customer Service for a refund is ridiculous and makes Qdoba look inefficient and amateurish. The staff were really nice but unfortunately the Qdoba process gaps made it harder for them to effectively help customers. read more

I'm telling you, stop feeling rushed and pressured, I LOVE this QDOBA, the flavors are much better, the selections are more diverse, from the, I don't get it "Impossible"whatever it is ,"plant" stuff to the just delicious chicken, pork or beef selections, it just plain better. The staff is pleasant, friendly and helpful and will let you taste the ingredients without rushing you. From my picky kids to my, "What's this??? Dad," I can honestly say as a "foodie" this is good weeknight, I do not feel like cooking but don't want to give my family garbage dinner... for sure! TACOS! I like going here for an easy I-really-need-a-taco-right-now close to the house. They have a few options for the tacos you can choose however, you can add or subtract any of the ingredients as they make them. The tacos are nice and light compared to the basic ones at Taco Bell and their sauces are pretty amazing. Logistics- The parking lot is shared with a few other stores and restaurants. If you're there at night, the parking lot is really busy and it's hard to find parking. I waited thirty minutes to find parking in that lot...but it was worth it. You have several options as far as seating. The employees were great with walking you through their process and being patient with you esp if it's your first time there. Additionally, the table tops and surrounding areas were also kept clean. Overall- Great tacos but the wait for parking is way too long. I would much rather spend that time to drive somewhere else to find food. read more

Worst qdoba outlet ever. First time i saw where they could not substitue chicken for steak in a surf bowl. Never had an issue before but the lady was quite rude and just said you can only get this with steak and shrimp. Terrible. Needless to say, qdoba is off my list since it seems like qdoba management do not really care about their customers if this is what to be expected at their franchise.
