Too cold to seat inside, need to bring jacket even in summer, the food get cold faster when serve

Imagine on Christmas Day your autistic son doesn't eat anything. The only thing in the world he would eat is McDonald's fries. I get that typically fast food restaurants usually would close early. This situation was very unique. My autistic son does not eat everything and he loves McDonald's fries. The line for the drive through was rather long. I waited for almost 1 hour to place an order in the drive through. Unfortunately, during this time there were teenagers going in and coming out with bags of food. These were not Uber eats employees. They were most likely friends of the employees on shift. Once I got up to the drive through speaker I was then told there was no more food. I've never heard of any Mcdonalds say they ran out of food. McDonald's historically on average can serve 1500-2000 servings per day. This employee told me they ran out of food and was giving away food to friends then tell a paying customer there is no more food. This is unacceptable. He also told Me the store was closed at 9pm. This morning, a little bit about 11 AM on my way to work for lunch with a coworker. I ordered a couple of big Mac, two fries, and some chicken nuggets with two drinks.. The big Mac very, very good, but the french fries were horrible. You would think that right before lunchtime the french fries would be fresh and really enjoyable , NOT .!! Usually, this place is not bad, but lately their french fries regardless of the time of day are either overcooked, re-cooked, or not done properly. Avoid this location if especially if you're in the mood for french fries. Trust me, and this is not the first time, I did not say anything the other first couple of times before today, but I have to mention it because I was truly in the mood for McDonald's french fries. read more

This place wasn't very busy when I went and had many workers inside but they still managed to forget multiple parts to my order

20 mins wait for chicken nuggets. They prioritize drive through over sit down. Old Man waited 15 mins for coffee. Manager needs to be fired. Tuesday around 5:00 PM. They we're screwing up all Orders making people return. read more

This Mc Donald's location has a small parking lot. The bathrooms are beyond disgusting as if they were never cleaned and smells. The employees look like they hate their jobs and do not smile when talking to customers. I asked them to take out the sauce that comes with the fish filet and to replace it with ketchup instead but they did not. The garbage cans here are beyond full and no one seems to care to change it. Overall, this restaurant location needs more work. read more

Ahh Mcdonalds never fails with a fast quick fix. I always ask for my burger with big mac sauce because #1 I don't want to eat all the calories of a big mac. Be forewarned, they charge 30 cents for the sauce. The menu had a 2 - for $2.50 menu where I got a small fry and double cheeseburger. Then I ordered a fried onion burger which was awful. Don't get it. Food was its usual. No complaints other than the crazy amounts of calories you can consume with one measly burger. I always feel guilty after eating Mcdonalds but it always tastes sooo good. So be it. read more

It's Easter, so slim pickin's. Took my son out to his fav chain, Mc D's. This location did not disappoint. Very friendly service! They have the updated decor with on-screen ordering where they bring the food out to your table. Food was was fast, fresh, hot. Shenster and lil Shenster approved. I gave it 4 stars because Mc Donald's food and menu was 3 and Service was 5. Oh btw, very clean bathroom with baby changing station in men's room (this would've came in handy 6 years ago). I digress. I've been to this McDonalds twice, and will never go again. They really just don't give a crap about what they are doing here. I ordered the double quarter pounder and it was terrible. Something had to have been missing. The other time I ordered single burgers with extra pickles and the burgers tasted like that had been made 3 shifts before and left to bake in the wrapper under a heat lamp. Worst McDonald's ever. When I presented the below coupon the cashier charged me for a purchase and didn't tell me the coupon didn't work. When I complained , the manager came over and said I need to buy fries every day for a week to accumulate points before I could redeem. I showed him the coupon that clearly states free fries no purchase necessary. Clearly a reading comprehension problem. After arguing with him for 5 minutes I gave up & left, ( he kept gaslighting and insisting the coupon is only after purchasing fries every day for a week). This is why you don't hire high school drop outs. ( by the way, the guy after me in line also had his order messed up & complained but the manager came over and gaslighted him too). The cashier went from sweeping, to handling and straight to handling food without washing her hands, I mention it a manager and he did nothing kept saying sorry as she kept handling food, til I had to tell another manager who only had her change gloves not wash her hands and the hamburger was terrible read more

Tried to order 2 double hamburgers here today. Was told there was no button on the register for that option so she rang up 2 double cheese burgers. I told her I wanted hamburgers and she said they would make them without cheese. I said I was still paying more for cheese. She said they're the same price. How can a hamburger and a cheeseburger be the same price? These people want $15 per hour and they can't take a simple order because there's no button on the register for it. read more

Would be 4.5 stars, but I'll gladly round that up. We were in the area, and developed a craving for some white hot chocolate. So we went in to get some. We were told that we had to wait for a little bit since the machines were being cleaned. So we did. After an 8-minute wait, our drinks came out. But in addition to that, which is why I'm rounding up my overall rating, the guy at the register gave us cookies at no additional charge as an apology for our unusual waiting period. Those warm cookies tasted delicious, with the chocolate chips that melted inside my mouth. That was a nice, surprising gesture. Now for the white hot chocolate. The flavor was really spot-on, in which I was able to picture a white chocolate truffle inside my head. But the only issue was that it felt like it was watered down, compared to the one that I had at another location, in which it was thicker. This was why I wanted to give a slightly lower rating. Now in regards to the restaurant itself, the exterior looked pretty old, like any McDonald's that was never revamped at all. But the interior was a whole different story in a positive way. Everything looked quite modernized, with nice decorations and clean chairs that showed no signs of aging. They also had TVs that displayed sports programming. That was cool, but would have been better if they had electrical outlets for those who wanted to charge up their portable devices. It's weird how certain modernized locations wouldn't have places for you to charge your devices. Some other modernized McDonald's locations had charging areas, but this one didn't. Even though the white hot chocolate could have been thicker, I will give the maximum rating since I was pleased with the service that I received here. I wish I could say more, but hey, this is a McDonald's, so this is as long as this review is going to get. read more

While the in-store experience is usually very good at this location, recent "drive thrus" have been pretty meh! Invariably I seem to be a victim of a salad lid that is not quite sealed top to bottom. I have not had any spillage yet because I always check before I pull away but, in reality, they should have sufficient quality control in place to make sure that my lid is tightly sealed. read more

I love McDonald's in general. They are always quick in the drive thru. My food was still hot when I got it. I arrived at the drive thru on a Sunday at 2:30pm. After confirming with the drive-thru worker that I wanted 4 spicy mustard sauce packets, I was disappointed to find 4 buffalo sauce packets in my bag once I got home. Also, my McFlurry was not blended whatsoever. And no straw for my Coke (and everyone knows McDonalds straws are half the reason to order a drink). This McDonald's is awful! Twice I have gotten expired milk in my kids' happy meals...then today, I ordered a yogurt without the fruit. I was told they could not do this because "we would have to pull everything out of the refrigerator and that's too time consuming".
