The sauces on the wings were mango habanero and mild BBQ (see previous review for similar thoughts regarding the mild BBQ). The mango habanero flavor was not what I expected. I anticipated a little more heat, but that was not the case. They were still tasty though. The sauces on the tenders were honey hickory and severe Buffalo. The honey hickory was one of my favorite sauces tried here. It was smoky and not too sweet. It had tons of flavors. Regarding the severe Buffalo, these were very hot without much flavor. Was in jersey for a basketball tournament and this place was close by to eat and had some interesting names for sandwiches so we went there to check it out. Small place In A corner drove right passed it. Food came out quick and was very filling but due to the fries on it. The names of the sandwiches was funny. Everything was good. I'm a more protein kinda guy so give me the meat. Rest of family enjoyed their sandwiches. The Boffa-que wings was great and the jerk wings to. While visiting a friend in Hillsborough, I ordered from King Wing upon his recommendation. Delivery was prompt but the food was a disappointment. Take a look at the photos. The 'Chicken Fat Cat' barely contained chicken. As for the wings, I ordered them (naked) without sauce and what I received was dry, overcooked chicken. Sauce adds flavor, not juiciness. My point; ordering wings with no sauce isn't a valid excuse for the dryness. My buddy says to me, "Serves ya right, why'd you order that?" As if it was my fault that they can't make a chicken steak or properly fry a batch of wings. To be fair, because I can't speak for anything else on the menu other than what I ordered, I gave them 3 stars. Maybe it was an off-night? Maybe they were busy? Food is great. Service not so great. Out of the 5 times we have ordered from there, they have gotten the order wrong 3 times. The last time we ordered was the last time we will order from there. Haven't even tried the wings yet (gasp! I know) but this place is already killer. I moved here recently from Illinois and you would not believe how hard it is to find some decent cheese fries, okay? They are SO GOOD. On top of that, they have one of the best chicken gyros I've found in the area. Been here a few times with family and everyone was always very happy with what they got. This place is awesome. Like previous reviewers have said, their wings & fat sandwiches are awesome. The wings have some of the same sauces as Cluck U but with different names. However, I'm a fan of regular old buffalo sauce and they have that and it's GOOD! And unlike most wing places, instead of taking sides and giving you either blue cheese or ranch, they'll actually ask you which you want! And your answer should always be blue cheese lol... They also have garlic parm wings, which I haven't tried there yet but am familiar with the sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings and it's a tasty sauce. But unlike the puny wings from BWW, these wings have MEAT on them and are worth your money. If you're familiar with the Rutgers Grease Trucks then you know about fat sandwiches. What you may not know is that the quality of Grease Trucks fat sandwiches have gone down over the past 10+ years since I went to school there. I still eat them 2-3 times/year, but probably not anymore - not after having a fat sandwich at King Wing! The quality of the ingredients literally blows the trucks out of the water! The fries are so much better, the meat, the chicken fingers, the mozzarella sticks, etc! It was easily the best fat sandwich I have ever had (and I've had them elsewhere, including the pizza joints on Easton Ave & other places that make their own). And King Wing has all the classic fat sandwiches with the same names, as well as a few I haven't seen before that look awesome. I've been coming here for about 2 months now on a weekly basis, usually with a friend, to get food before hitting up whatever our plans are for the night. I know it's been here longer but I can't believe I ever missed out on this place. I can honestly say nothing bad about this place. If you like GOOD greasy/fried food at an affordable price than this place is IT! The service is usually very quick. I can walk in, order something and within 5-10 minutes it'll be ready for me. They also have some small tables and a bar countertop (not a bar, no alcohol there) for you to sit at and enjoy your food. When it comes down to it, this is basically what used to be served at the Rutgers grease trucks when they were around. I asked them if they were the same or used to be there and was told they were not, but the food sure tasted exactly like it and I loved it! Be warned this, this place is very hard to miss due to the size of it on the outside. If you know where the dominoes pizza is on Rt. 206 in Hillsborough then it's right in the same parking lot. The wings are the best take out/delivery wings we've had ever. They come in a variety of flavors and levels of heat but the buffalo wings are out of this world.
