I love Wendy's, but when the cashiers don't even smile when they're taking your order, it makes me not want to come back. I just left and the cashier didn't even ask me "Will that complete your order?" I mean I handed her a coupon that I got in the mail for two burgers, buy one get one free and she was already giving me my total without offering anything to drink. Come on Wendy's. Some of the worst service I've had in my life. They are slow, horrible customer service, and typically forget things. I once left my headphones on a table and tried calling for hours to no one answering the phone, I mean how can a business not answer the phone for hours on end??? I've never been to such a dirty place the trash was overflowing the floors sticky, it smelled like a dumpster and the one cashier was extremely rude. When asked to speak to the manager i was told from across the kitchen that he was busy. Our order was only 2 items and they took 37mins. By far the worst Wendys I've gone to. I've always had a good experience with Wendy's. Not here. Wendys flavor and quality has always been consistent. I've had Wendys in many different areas in California never had a problem until now. I order the Gouda combo the flavor was not good. It didn't taste fresh and it was soggy. The fries were too salty. My lemonade taste weird it was Waterdown, bitter yet really sweet. I don't know it wasn't good. I hope that it's just this location because i love Wendys! I was so dissapointed. :( read more

4:45 Saturday. Sticky floors, dirty tables, both beverage machines are out of ice. I like Wendy's. They are hard to find, so it takes a little effort to drop by. This Wendy's is busy. The employee's are nice and they try. The biggest problem here are the customers. Some of customers are pushy, rude and just plain unpleasant. I felt sorry for the employees. They tried to be courteous and efficient, but on this occasion, a middle aged, overweight customer kept insisting that her food was not "fresh." She demanded that her order be remade -- twice. The mistake the supervisor made was trying to satisfying this customer who could not be satisfied. By this time, everyone was on edge and everyone lost. The other customers, the beat down employees, the vibe. The customer accomplished her goal of disruption. I hope the employees there are commended for their ability to try. They did try. This Wendy's is just a joke...idk how the hell their drive thru process is but what I observed while I was at the window for 10 min waiting for my dam food it looks like the employee tells EVERY customer driving to the speaker to "give him a minute" yup he told me and the 3 other cars behind me because he didn't close the window and I was listening to him while he was doing other things besides taking orders. And you have to hold for about 3-4 min -_- when I got home and ate my fries they didn't have no freakin salt!? So nasty and my coke taste flat. I was starting to get into a habit of coming here ever Tuesday night over the last 3 weeks and this time around the person at the window did not properly seal my cup and put it on the holder properly my then fell and spilled completely inside of my car I ask for napkins they said he but all they gave were the normal amount you would expect inside the bag after being out of my car trying to dry all of my soda I asked if they could at least refill the order to which they declined saying it was my fault and they wouldn't refill my drink!!!! The drink or certain ingredients were not kept at proper temperatures resulting in bacterial growth. This was the fist time I come to this location since it's down the street. Wrong choice.... should've have know by the "B" grade they have. Drive thru line was ridiculous so decided to park and go inside. I don't know if they were short staffed or just slow. Stood there for 5 mins before I finally placed my order. They have 2 soda machines, only one worked for ice and the other for drinks. Wait to get the food was another 10 mins. They finally called my number, handed me my food and walked away. Checked my order and I was missing one order. Had to waive at someone to get their attention so I can l see where my other other was. They asked what I was missing. Obviously I don't know since nothing is labeled and all burgers are wrapped up. C'mon people. They turned around and was like oh here it is and just handed me the bag. Drove home, less then 5 mins away. Open up the food and it's all COLD!!! You can't tell me my food for cold in less then 5mins. This is ridiculous, for me to be in their location for almost 20 mins and then give me cold food. The food was so cold that the cheese on our burgers weren't event melted!! My kid literally had to put her burger in the microwave to warm up her burger. They don't even give you a full order of fries. Wasn't even full and this is the smallest medium fries I've seen. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. If you are out late, the drive through closes at 1am, but that doesn't mean that they will still take your order if you were in line before then. I arrived at 12:50 am and there was a long line, of course. I was the second car from ordering and they turned off the lights and refused to take our order, though we were there before 1am. When confronted at the window, the employee still refused to take our orders and offered no consolation or apologies. That shows how valuable customers are to Wendy's. Next time, I'll just go a little further down the road to In N' Out, where my business is valued. read more

Everytime I visit this Wendy's something is wrong with my order. I ordered a #10 medium. I get to the first window and the cashier told me that they were out of Hi-C Orange. So she tells me which ones they had, instead of getting one of the options I chose a regular lemonade. She didn't know which one I was speaking of until I told her Minute Maid lemonade. She smiled and said "okay got it" and yelled to the lady in the second window. She was the only one that was nice which is why I'm giving two stars. Now, the second cashier was rude and was not giving any type of good customer service. She gave me a small drink and I told her I ordered a medium, she proceeds and says no that's a small and just shoves it to me without checking. Then I ask her for some sweet and sour sauce. She tells me, "it's 25 cents each." I give her the 2 bbq that were in my bag that I didn't ask for, then she gives me the sauce and just somewhat threw it in my hand.
