Today I went to get lunch real quick before going to the store with my grandmother, we ordered 10 pc nuggets with fries and a drink, and also a burger and fries for my grandfather, the lady decides to only give us the 10pc nugget meal and never gave us the meal for my grandfather, my grandma goes back in upset because they only gave us one bag, the lady refused to give a refund and says that she gave us two bags when she obviously only gave us one. We paid for 2 meals which isn't expensive but she still couldn't give us the money back or atleast give us the damn burger we paid for. read more

Ordered a quick meal passing by and had to use the restroom.. they only allow customers to use the restroom which is fine but what was not fine was the state that the restroom was in.. paper towels, used toilet paper (yes, used) was all over the floors. This store is well located right off the i105 Fwy. and Crenshaw Blvd . Amazingly the bathrooms are clean and well stocked, soap and paper towels are greatly appreciated ! . The food is better than the average fast food outlet, in particular I like their chili, I don't know how they do it but -NEVER- and oil/grease floating in it . If you ask they'll put chopped onions in it too, always as many saltine crackers as you want ~ sometimes I crush them in the package and then add, this thickens it up a lot . Self serve soft drinks with free refills . Sadly the tables are rarely properly cleaned . Scads of easy parking and good access to the freeway, Inglewood, Gardena and Hawthorne . We came to eat as a family with three small children. After picking up my active duty husband from the airport this was our first stop. Upon arrival, the place was very dirty with more than a few dirty tables. It was challenging to find one that would fit our family and was clean enough to enjoy our food. My husband ended up cleaning the table. A few bites into my sons kid meal he told me his chicken nuggets were too spicy to eat. In disbelief, my husband tried it and discovered that they were the spicy nuggets in the kids meals. They also messed up my daughters order. Today, my friend and I visited the Wendy's store located on 120th Street and Hawthorne Bl. Upon entering, we noticed the line was long and realized it was due to one cashier taking orders. We placed our order and stepped to the side. While waiting, I asked the manager (NEOMI) if she could open the door to the restroom. NEOMI motioned to the cashier and turned her back not once attempted to assist me. I told Neomi the cashier was busy and she completely ignored me. I firmly believe this encounter was less than professional and she needs additional training in customer service. I am hoping her district manager counsel her and provide her with the necessary tools to avoid future negative contact. Lastly, as we dined, we observed the line grew longer and not once did Noemi attempted to call for another back up cashier. I am rating this visit with one star. read more

Have you had a Wendy's burger lately? They were already pretty good but then they made some improvements. Starting with the buns, they're now warmer and crunchier being buttered and put through a toaster. They're trained to not smash down on the meat as much (I think they give it two mashes per side now instead of eight or something like that) so it's juicer and retains more of the flavor. The lettuce is crispier and they're using less pickles and onions to focus on the burger taste. It works. The fries are also better and they use sea salt. Wendy's still makes some of the best chill. The baked potatoes have always been good and they have a bunch of salad options. This one is located right off the 105. It's not the greatest location but it works if you're passing through. Get off at the exit, pick up your grub and get back on. read more

Stopped by here on a late Thursday night and noticed there were three or four cars waiting besides the ones in front of the speaker. No worries I thought, all the Wendy's I've been to have always been pretty quick with their service. I decided to wait and wait it out. 15 minutes later only one car had moved forward. I thought hey it's late night maybe they're short staffed ok. I was annoyed but it was understandable. As I reached the speaker to order, after a 30 minute wait, no one responds for a couple of minutes. Finally someone comes on and asks that I wait. Annoyed but stuck with no other option since theres now 5 cars behind me, I say ok and wait. Finally they take my order and I think ok. My order is simple shouldn't take too much longer now. I get to the window and as they repeat the price I go to hand them my card and then this happens... "Oh, you're paying with a card? We're only taking cash now." Are you freaking kidding me? I waited close to an hour now and just for them to tell me that. I was so mad and frustrated. I asked how come they didn't just post something on the board or let me know when they took my order, and the girl just said she's sorry and asked if I was going to pay with cash. I understand this is a franchise store and that all franchise Wendy's are different but no other store has ever given a worst experience than this one.
