Customer service with manager at window was tacky, she was very unprofessional and rude at the drive thru window

MANAGEMENT CHECK YOUR EMPLOYEES!! I ordered a burger and forgot to ask for no Mayo so when I told the girl at the window she got mad and through my burger on the floor. How hard is it to remake a burger? I drive off and take a bite of my burger and they literally gave me a burger with NOTHING on it! Cheese meat and bun! No lettuce no cheese no pickles. They obviously did this on purpose to be spiteful and malicious. The fat Hispanic girl at the window and the cooks deserve to be fired. I've came here years ago and found a BALL of hair in some fries and returned, exchanged no issues but never came here again. Came one night with my girlfriend and then the night manager literally YELLED at us so I raised my voice back. She didn't just "raise" her voice, she yelled. This place is a hot mess.... After sitting in their long drive thru line and getting my food... I see that I'm missing a burger. I tell the girl at the Window and she tells me to pull out front and they will bring it out. I wait 5 minutes no one shows up (I also have all my other food in the car (fries, another burger, ice cream, 2 sodas). I got out the car to go in, the dining room is closed! It just seems like extremely poor restaurant management at this location and I swear to God I am working to get the current manager replaced immediately. Raccoons congregate nightly at their trash area and hold up cars in the drive thru as they cross the drive thru lane. Customer service is extremely slow in the drive thru area. There's a reason this location has one star and you should trust the review. The only positive was the young man taking orders. He was great, but once it comes to filling the order, stand by to stand by. They suck! The first time my order was wrong, it was the wrong burger. When I pay for the expensive burger I don't want the Dave's Single. That's not an adequate substitute. I drove back, get them to fix the mistake. They give me all new food, "hot and fresh". I get home and NOPE! They messed it up AGAIN, except they went the extra mile and completely changed the order, giving me all Dave's singles. When I informed the "supervisor" I wanted a refund she had the look of annoyance on her face that actually made me considering getting not so patient with her incompetence. Yes her incompetence, her shift her problem. She also had to ask if she could give a refund. That shows how much trust the manager has on her. I threw her a bone and paid for the 1 meal we kept. I didn't even make a stink when she only refunded me for the small drinks not the mediums I ordered, mainly because I kept the drinks for my inconvenience. This was my first and LAST TIME patronizing this Wendy's location. I did an mobile order 25-30 minutes before I arrived and the drive thru line was super long, so I went inside to pick up my order because I had a hungry 5 year old and to no avail as I walked inside it was just as chaotic. You know what you are going to get here. I prefer Wendy's over most of the chains. Spicy chicken anything is normally what I like to get. The chicken wrap was warm on the inside with a cold tortilla, take that how you eant. I see it as they actually warmed up the chicken separately and assembled it, so it's not a terrible thing. Workers aren't particularly enthusiastic but they aren't quite notorious for that so not gonna fault them since they weren't rude. If I could leave a zero, I would. Giving them a single star is too much, and we've hoped over time they'd get their s**t together, but nope. Every experience I've had has been horrible, if it weren't for the fact that WENDYS food is decent, and that this location is down the street from me. EVERY order, wether it's over the app, from the drive thru, or inside the Wendy's they make a mistake. Theirs missing items, or wrong items, and then it seems like they're offended when we ask them for the rest of our food, or to fix the order. The morning manager today didn't believe that I wasn't given one of my items, and then went to the back to check the cameras and made snarky remarks about me to her employees in another language (that I fully understood). Theirs no level of professionalism here, the staff members don't know the menu, CANT and WONT try to be hospitable, theirs no basic customer service skills. We've tried putting in complaints to the managers and haven't seen any changes over the years. So the best we can do is warn everyone to either stay away, or be ready to stand up for your order. Make sure you're camera ready too because they'll check the cameras if you tell them they didn't give you something you ordered. And if you're really hungry, make sure to bring a snack too, cause you'll be waiting for at least 15-20 minutes to put your order in, then another 15-20 to get your order, and another 10-15 for them to fix your order after they f*** it up. read more

Negative 10 stars, repeat NEGATIVE 10 STARS! The service here is the worst, a completely clueless management team and staff on how to provide good customer service. I've ordered the bourbon bacon burger from here several times, it doesn't come with enough bourbon sauce so but I don't mind paying for extra sauce. They charge you $.75 for extra sauce. The amount given is a teaspoon full. They get mad if you ask for more, want to charge more and just have the worst attitudes imaginable. The manager here said call customer service, I don't care loudly in front of other customers. Wow! The reviews for this store are almost all about the poor service. Believe me, they suck! I live 1.5 miles from here but will be going to other locations to get away from their awful service. I was on the phone 45 minutes with customer service to register a complaint.
