I had the worst experience with the worker Celic P, I payed for my order. And she was not willing to fix it. Showed her receipts after receipts of what I originally ordered and she insisted that she was not going to help me just fix the order. Got the whole order wrong and made me pay. All over again. Wasted my money on food I did not get to eat. They need to understand people have allergies and should fix any order that is wrong. Not even with the order number she was able to do anything to help me. Her coworkers were all trying to help understand me but I don't know who she thought she was and did not let them help me. On 12/6 I went to this establishment and tried ordering food with my EBT CalFresh Food Benefits card. The two cashiers swiped my EBT card 3 times because it 'wasn't going through. They told me it kept declining and so I had to pay with my credit card. I later checked my account to find that they charged 3 payments of $25.36 to my EBT card. I called the store once I realized and spoke with Store Manager Elizabeth. She was very rude and tried blaming DPSS for the charges. I explained to her that it was Jack in the Box that stole the funds and that I need them back. I kindly asked her to direct me to someone who could help me and she said she'd have someone who deals with these matters call me. She didn't give me a name or contact. I allowed the weekend to pass to give this 'someone' the chance to call me but still no call. I called and spoke with Elizabeth today, she was shocked no one called and I asked her to give me the number so I could call them. She said she couldn't, I asked her who it was and she said it was Marcella, her supervisor. I asked her why couldn't she provide me with Marcella's contact information seeing as how the supervisor could better assist me, she said she couldn't and refused to give me a phone number and/or email. She wouldn't let me explain my concerns, every time I had a question she kept cutting me off and when I got frustrated because of her disruptions she yelled at me and told me 'you don't have to talk to me like that' then she hung up the phone. I tried calling back but the phone had been disconnected and it wouldn't even ring. I had to drive all the way from Long Beach to speak to her in person because she hung up in my face. When I got there I met Gema, a team leader. She told me that Elizabeth wasn't there and when I told her I was just on the phone with her she said that Elizabeth left at 1:30 pm. The ironic part is it was 1:30 pm when she said that. This Jack in the box stole over $76.08 of Calfresh benefits from me. Christmas is around the corner, and I don't know how I am going to afford to feed my kids. They took the whole payment I received from DPSS for the month of December. I only want to funds returned immediately but they are giving me a very hard time. It's ridiculous that I have to beg for my money back. Elizabeth was rude and hung up on my face, Marcella hasn't made any effort to fix this situation at all, and Gema lied to my face. They STOLE from me and I get this? I will never come here again, and DON'T USE YOUR EBT HERE they are stilling from less fortunate people trying to feed their kids the best they can, and they have the audacity to do this right before Christmas. read more

This review is only for my drive thru experience. I came here for a hamburger kids meal and when they asked me what kind of drink I said fruit punch. The guy then said there were no fountain drinks. So I'm like well what is available. He says milk Apple juice water or orange juice . So I chose orange juice . I was then charged for the orange juice . So my kids meal went from 4 to 7 $ excuse me my kid needs a drink and because you don't have the drink that comes with it I have to pay 3 $ for a drink . I'm like where is the free drink . Overall terrible experience. Forcing me to pay for something I didn't even really want because you don't have fountain drinks. What kind of restaurant don't have fountain drinks and does not have a plan implemented if something like this happens ? Management needs to do better. I will not come here again . read more

Arguably the best fast food experience I've ever had. Showed up at 11 pm with 7 people and ordered $60 worth of food. The drive through attendant double checked every bag to make sure we received our full order. Can't get better service than that. I hope Mr. Box gives this location an award. read more

This is hands down the best jack in the box i have ever been too. I've gone around 5-6 times recently hoping to get a more traditional jack in the box experience; you know, the one where the employees feel as if they flunked out of McDonald's, the fries taste as if they where made like 3 days ago and they taste horrible, or where they mess up a basic chicken sandwich. Came today on my lunch break around 2pm. I was the only care in drive thru so I figured it would be simple. I asked for the new havarti grilled onion burger combo with no tomatoes add lettuce THREE TIMES. The first time she input it as the all American burger. I corrected her then with the right order. She input it wrong the second time, I repeated the order again. Third time still wrong. Sorely dissatisfied they still got it wrong. There's no grilled onions or havarti sauce, what was the point of buying it? I wanted to try the new item at Jack in the Box but instead paid $8.79 got a plain burger with lettuce and cheese. I will be heading back to complain as soon as I get off work. My lunch didn't end well after leaving here. Well here you go. Technically this is one of my usual kitchen like(eating places) - where it is so close to my apartment, so why cook at home where i can just easily eat here without washing dishes after. Lately i have been noticing poor professionalism(workers lack of interest being there) including the managers that i have witness plays favoritism among the workers. Very odd for a customer to openly see this from the other side of their Bank Glass windows (a person automatically assumes that this location seems to be getting robbed often). As i said i live nearby this location, so when i eat here and also drive by daily- you dont see Cops driving by patroling the area. There is also Photo Enforced Cameras along Western Ave and 135th(be careful-avoid a rolling stop) which makes sense putting them bullet proof Glass when you order inside. I guess the 1 out of 5 stars is for entertainment when you dine inside and seeing the traffic camera flash and that person will receive a $480 traffic ticket for running the red light. Back to the poor service- the wait is long after ordering, soda machine has a note stating that it will be turned off at a certain time in the afternoon and they don't make your food right. On top of that, they give you a feeling of why are you here-don't come back feeling, very disgusting. I order a BACON potato wedges but had no BACON. And yes i walked up to complain, they seem to put some but it was a mean sarcastic return, they only put like a teaspoonful. Yikes, so i told them to call the manager on duty, she put the bacon to our liking (imagine eating this way by now) . We went online and filed a complaint and supposedly Jack will mail us coupons but months had passed and never got any from the mail. Never again gettn Jack from me. This place is shit! I will I could give it negative 5 stars but oh well! The employees are so fucking rude, like I'm sorry you are in the business of providing good (at le(ast) customer services! WTF is up?!?!?!?! First off the lady in drive thru had such a heavy accent, I didnt know what the fuck she was saying and she didnt seem to like the fact that I had a proble understanding her so we started off on a bad foot right there, but I'm an adult so I didn't let it bother me. Then we get to the window and she ask me if I'd like a cup holder, I say yes sure, thinking to myself I have 3 drinks of course. She give's me a cup holder for two drinks then hands me one of my meals not in a bag, while I'm talking to my husband about that silly little issues, I'm also trying to ask them for condiments, which either they were ignoring me or just couldn't hear me (which doesn''t make sense since i was damn near yelling). They finally hand me the third drink and the last meal in a bag and so I ask for a straw for this drinnk. She gets yet another attitude and tells me that she already put two straws in the cup holder, at this point I am done with her attitude and tell her ever so nicely that I have 3 drinks. Burst her bubble. When I get home to eat, I am disappointed to find that the burger I'm eating has been thown together as if there were to busy to focus (which they weren't). My son had items on his burger that I asked them not to put on there and Im sure my husband has some issues, but I know he won't tell me because it was only 15 minutes or so that we left this place and I'm still fumming, obviously.
