I don't know what was going on tonight, but the chips were literally disgusting. They didn't taste stale, they tasted rotten. Idk what they were fried in, coated in...whatever it was, was RANCID!! Ok look- It's the basic Taco Bell, just with a drink machine that "never works" (because then they'd have to pay attention to what's going on out in the lobby ). But while the place has certainly slipped in terms of service quality, so too seems the food quality. Tacos so wet the bottom drops out. Burritos wrapped like a Bree Walker Xmas gift so their bean guts start to oozing down your hand. If your 'cup runneth over' it sounds pretty darn good, right? This is the only Taco Bell by us, and it is by far the WORST location ever. This is my FIFTH time in a row where I have gone, and the food quality is HORRIBLE. It's usually these 2 Older Hispanic women who have given me my order. They never put any meat inside burritos, crunchwraps and tacos. And what makes it more upsetting is how I pay EXTRA for the meat. On top of that, I have to wait over 25 minutes on my mobile orders, even when they have NOBODY inside the restaurant or drive thru. Been coming here for a while and unfortunately had to stop coming. I tried coming back a couple of times to see if their service had improved but was left disappointed. On several occasions they haven't had any ice and we have gotten our soft drinks warm. When you pull up and pay they ask you to pull up a little bit forward and let you know that they will prompt you when to pull back once your order is ready I am assuming this to help their drive-thru timing.
