Poor service, extremely racist, and food is skimpy. I stood at the order box for about 5 minutes and nobody said anything. I drove up to the window because I had a mobile order. The ride manager came to the window which I've encounter more than once of course had a bad attitude. He be told next time wait there until we talk to you like I'm the person working there under his management. He wouldn't give his name but he looks like a crater face Shrek. I've noticed he's nice to Hispanics but always rude to black people. I'm taking this situation way up to corporate because they shouldn't have anybody working for them that acts like he does period. His tone is rude, his clothes are dirty, mouth nasty and full of spit. Poor representation all the way around. Plus his mouth is reckless when he speak right idea wrong person buddy. read more

First time coming back to this place in years and im a local. Customer service was a 4/10. Didn't feel welcome, they are not friendly at all. The only good thing if u can say was the older lady working. She noticed I was waiting for a while & asked me if i had ordered. Apparently i had to go to the register to pay my cash orders. She did explain that. Other than that, I'll never return to this location. read more

This GARDENA location has to be one of the worst ran Taco Bell ever. Food or drinks always missing. Order online and by time you arrive the food is never ready. Customers should never be made to accommodate the person(s) providing the service. Management needs to be held accountable. Wouldn't advise anyone to come here. read more

I don't know what was going on tonight, but the chips were literally disgusting. They didn't taste stale, they tasted rotten. Idk what they were fried in, coated in...whatever it was, was RANCID!! So foul. I ate a couple and it tasted bad, and my bf smelled it and told me they smelled off too. Then I smelled it and it smelled the way a dirty wet rag smells after leaving it sitting in a wet heap on the floor. Horrible! Only reason I gave 2 starts instead of 1 is the staff is always nice. read more

Ok look- It's the basic Taco Bell, just with a drink machine that "never works" (because then they'd have to pay attention to what's going on out in the lobby ). But while the place has certainly slipped in terms of service quality, so too seems the food quality. Tacos so wet the bottom drops out. Burritos wrapped like a Bree Walker Xmas gift so their bean guts start to oozing down your hand. If your 'cup runneth over' it sounds pretty darn good, right? Not so with these guys, who are kind to offer such a healthy dose of nacho cheese... Spilling out over the edge of the container, to seep out of the box. All of these, and more, have I received at the hands of this crew. But I'm ok with that. Mistakes can happen, it's not a secret plot against me. Fine. But tonight I learned they charge an extra quarter on the 75¢ they used to for nacho cheese. 1 dollar for that tiny cup of cheese chemicals. Yeah ok oh well. But then I arrive home to find...or rather *not* find, the damn 1 dollar nacho cheese. I'll still go here if I have time to sit inside; I'll never get take out or delivery from here every again read more

This is the only Taco Bell by us, and it is by far the WORST location ever. This is my FIFTH time in a row where I have gone, and the food quality is HORRIBLE. It's usually these 2 Older Hispanic women who have given me my order. They never put any meat inside burritos, crunchwraps and tacos. And what makes it more upsetting is how I pay EXTRA for the meat. On top of that, I have to wait over 25 minutes on my mobile orders, even when they have NOBODY inside the restaurant or drive thru. After a super long day at work, all my partner and I want to do is eat some GOOD Taco Bell. But this place has been ruining it for us. It's TACO BELL. If you're too lazy to work or don't want to work there, find somewhere else to go. read more

The customer service here SUCKS! The manager JONATHAN working August 10 4:14pm is immature and nonchalant. Completely unprofessional. As a customer service worker myself I have second hand embarrassment for this man and his crew during this shift. IT WOULD'VE BEEN A SIMPLE FIX!!! I was only missing my drink! We asked the guy at the window "aren't we missing a drink?" And he just shrugged his shoulders and went back to talking to his coworkers. My husband went back to ask for the other drink and they only gave him a small. For this reason I'm contacting the supervisor on Monday. This shift needs training. A simple glance at the screen or order receipt would've told him it was TWO. And I paid EXTRA for them! You SUCK JONATHAN! read more

10.23.22 I went by Friday evening, got there before 7PM and the door was locked . It seems they can't get enough people to work there so only the drive through was open . The same good natured kid was working and took my order with no drama and no mistakes . However, I got 6 soft tacos that were _ROOM_TEMPERATURE_ ! . This is not okay . They were of course very tasty once warmed up, good thing I was taking them home and not planning to eat in the car . As always, not dripping lard and plenty of sauce packets and napkins etc . Only one car ahead of me so I was in and out quickly . SUPPORT THIS LOCAL STORE ! . -Nate read more

Their hours are a blatant lie, you'll have employees behind the counter, occasionally peaking over to see if you're still in their drive through even tho it explicitly says open till 5, horrendous customer service, how do you get one of the easiest jobs in the world and still suck at it?? Ordered fresco (no dairy) black bean Crunchwrap with guac, got a meat Crunchwrap with flakes of cheese, no guac, with the sour cream and nacho cheese removed which is odd because they followed those instructions. Absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. We Waited almost 30 mins for food we never received and was met with hostility by the on-site supervisor named JAIME. He wouldn't give us his last name so we could report him to corporate. Absolutely treated us wrong. Still didn't give us our food after 25 minutes an and was mocking us telling us to go ahead and report him to corporate. It's the little bald guy that works in the kitchen. Horrible person and he shouldn't be working at a food establishment. I don't even normally write reviews about anywhere, especially fast food restaurants but this was absolutely uncalled for. Would give it zero stars but Yelp made me give it 1 read more

i ordered on the app and went to pick up my order. the guy at the window asked me to back up away from the window while they made my order. that's fine, whatever. i get home and first i notice that one of the workers wrote "trump 24" on a piece of paper and left it at the bottom of my bag. i'm annoyed now because that is highly unprofessional to "joke" or promote politics especially since this is something that i'm not in favor of. secondly, i took a bite of my stacker towards the end of my meal and i bit into something smooth that would not break apart. i pulled a piece of plastic from my mouth. i tried calling the store multiple times to see if there was a manager that i could speak to and no one picked up. anyone working in food services needs to be professional and mindful when preparing food. i myself work in food service and i can assure those who don't know what it's like that it's really not that hard. those workers need to be spoken to because this is not okay. read more
