They went over our order with us 5 times while at the drive-thru, and still got our order wrong. They gave us the wrong salad, and forgot one of our sandwiches. We got back in the long line, and once we got to the second window, we sat there for 5 minutes until we were finally greeted with the wrong bag of food. If the terrible service and food that a "good" Wendy's would be embarrassed to serve aren't enough reasons, then I recommend avoiding this place for the lack of cleanliness and cockroaches. Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Deserves 0 Star rating. Very disorganized, very disappointing service. The manager is a joke. Waited for an hour for our order and they still got it wrong. Don't they do trainings for employees anymore (include the manager too)? Coz they're not just SUPER SLOW, they seem to have some problem in simple reading and mathematics too. This Wendy's is terrible. I've ordered food from here twice because it's the closest one to my house. First time my Jr. Bacon cheeseburger was burned-patty was dry and black. Wendy's: I went to stop for food today on my way from work to see a friend, but my entire order was incorrect. I ordered a #2 with no tomato, no onion, extra cheese, extra pickle. Medium Fries. My order came out with extra tomato, extra onion, no lettuce, no pickle, and regular cheese. The fries were an ambient temp, and weren't seasoned. The person taking the order was rude through the kiosk/order station and wasn't even letting me have time to finish my order before she would say "WHAT ELSE?" When I didn't see the extra pickle, extra cheese on the screen, I asked about it. The girl said "Yeah. I got it." After I pulled up to the window to pick up my order, the girl was standing there with the window open speaking to another coworker and was being rude, disrespectful, and was using some very explicit language, without being quiet about it. I pulled ahead to check my burger (I'm used to the Wendy's in this area messing things ups) and found that it was all wrong. I threw it away, because it had everything I don't eat and nothing I asked for on it. I've been to this location twice to try the new breakfast sandwiches and the service is always so friendly and quick. The food is okay. I'm not a huge fan of sweet breakfast sandwiches and maple seems to be on a lot of items. But if you don't mind that you'll probably like it. This is by far the slowest Wendy's I've been too. The drive-thru attendants need a bit of training when it comes to people skills. I've seen them cut off people as they order and make them start over, degrade them while ordering, and suggest stuff that isn't what the customer wanted. I've personally left in the middle of ordering because of this conversation: Me: "I'd like two number ones, large, with a coke." Attendant: "Tell me your first order." Me: "I'd like two number ones, large, with a coke." Attendant: (Rude, stern tone) "Sir, first order only." Me: "I'd like two number ones, large, with a coke." Attendant: "I can only do orders one at a time, FIRST ORDER!" Me: "Can I get a number one, large, with a coke." Attendant: "Alright, SECOND, order!" Me: "Same as the first." Attendant: "Do you want that large and what to drink." Me: "Same.. as.. the.. first.." Attendant: (Haughty) "Anything else I can do for you..?" Me: Drive off. Zero stars, the staff is impetuous and i always seem to wait at least 5 minutes for my food, which is typically cold and not very well put together. i usually avoid this place but after today im done visiting. on top of poor service, i tend to see bread crates and assorted pans on the floor (although near the dishwashing area) which i am sure is a health code violation. unless you want to become upset, sick, or both, trust the 2 star rating and dont go to this wendys. read more

As I am writing this review I am still sitting in line waiting to get my food pulled in to the drive-through with one car in front of me at 710. It is now 721 I have paid for my food but continue to wait to get my food. I should also mention that we are currently having torrential rain. Tornado warnings . As the young man went to hand me my food only from his wrist to his hand came out of the window because he did not want to get wet. But with my window rolled down I'm getting soaked. My wife and I went inside to order and eat. Food was passable. The wait wasn't bad. However, behind the counter was a differnt story. The staff ignored customers, talked about drive through customers, were acting like it was a party on that side of the counter. They were very loud. All of this in plain view and hearing of the customers inside. I had to keep getting the attention of the person taking our order and repeat our order because he wasn't paying attention. This the second and last time i visits this Wendy's! The first time I went the girl at the drive thur was such in hurry to take your order it as though your bring rush! Now I get the idea of fast food, but when it effect your customer trying to order more food then it becomes a problem! I order the spicy chicken combo without mayo and they got it right and I order a cup of chili! And guest what no saltine crackers and the fries were luke warm at best. my most recent visit i order a double with extra pickles and no mayo ! Guest what I got extra mayo and no pickles . A little slow but food was amazing fresh and the cashier was nice.

Food was correct and came out in no time. The manager on duty seemed pretty upset about something and was loud enough so everyone could hear. The employees on duty all seemed like they hated their job. No smiles, or a welcome. Just your average location.tables still had trash on them and the bathrooms could definitely use a good clean. I wanted a fish sandwich and I decided on Wendy's in Hanover MD. I went inside and I ordered only a cob sandwich. Mariah was reading off the orders and handing to the customer. She was moving very fast and was mixing up everyone's food. She gave me my order and I kindly opened it up not realizing at the time that I had a chicken sandwich, because it was fried and all the sandwiches look very similar. I got back to work and as I was eating it, I noticed that my fish sandwich was actually spicy chicken. I immediately contacted and spoke to the Mgr Jay. Without hesitation he suggested I come back today or tomorrow. I told him I would come back right away. When I returned, Mariah was still passing out the orders. She began ranting about customer's are always right and that I ate most of the sandwich in front of other customers. I expressed to her that it was very unprofessional, when in fact I had to leave my job and come back. YES, I took a few bites because it was a delayed reaction to myself that I was actually not eating fish. It sadden's me that she did not take any responsibility in just getting the order wrong. Instead she placed judgement and took defense. I decided to make a complaint on yelp, because it made me feel uneasy and angry when I honestly had the right to ask for what I paid for. The restaurant is adjacent to the a Chickfila and when the Chickfila is really busy, we will eat there. However, I've never been a fan of this Wendy's. The food is mediocre and the customer service is lacking. But by far today was the worst day! My husband picked up dinner on his way home. When I bit into my single cheese, I felt something hanging from my mouth. Much to my dismay, and obvious disgust, I found a strand of hair, about 8 inches long. I immediately drove to the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. One of the employees yelled to the bad for the manager. Another employee yelled that the manager was busy. Once I pulled the sandwich out and showed the hair, another employee went to get the manager. Eventually the manager came and refunded my money. Went for a quick stop off the highway and it was soooooo slow! Service took forever and it wasn't very crowded. There were no cups for the ketchup and no napkins. My husband asked for napkins and she said ok and came out about 15 minutes later with them. Luckily I found some in a cabinet and refilled them myself.
