I don't know, is it common to wait 15 minutes in a drive-through line when there's only one person ahead of you the entire time? Or just one person I assume 10 minutes would be the max but holy cow. And the person in front of me ended up with just one bag of food. I don't know if it was 15 burgers or what. To be fair, once that person got their order mine was done within three minutes. I'm not one to give reviews typically, and I seen a couple of the reviews and I was trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, that was a mistake. Now granted I went there an hour before close, after a long days of work. I got the number 8. I'll just say the fries let alone were cold and stale. I would rate this Wendys negative 5 stars if I could. I went to this Wendys today with my wife and son to have lunch, I soon found out it was a very, very bad decision. The Girl running the counter was very young and very nice and was really attempting to give the best service that she could, I really commend her for her efforts. Now, the worst manager, shift leader or whatever she was. She was helping cook the food and laughing with the guy working the drive-up about how many customers drive offs they had. We placed or order and went to get our drinks, this is not an exaggeration, they were actually out of all regular soft drinks and only a couple of diet drinks available. Well, that was a hard pass, so we asked if they had any regular drinks behind the counter and that was a hard no. We found a seat and waited for our order, a customer close to us stated that he had been there over 30 minutes waiting for his order and a family in the back even longer. While we patiently waited for our order the family in the back, the wife went up to the counter and asked how much longer it would be and stated they had been waiting for over 45 minutes, the girl working the counter went and asked to rude woman in the kitchen and she told her it would be ready when it was ready, the mother went back to her table and then the husband went to the counter and politely requested a refund. the acting manager the rude woman in the kitchen told him they do not do refunds, he can either leave or sit down and wait for his order and then continued to tell the girl working the counter to not let any customer have a refund, don't allow them to act rude and or allow a man to talk down to her. Remember I mentioned the male customer was being very nice and not raising his voice or talking down to anyone. I waited for about 50 minutes, and we finally got our food, no drinks unless we wanted diet. We took our order to go with our heads looking down because that family that had now been waiting for over an hour and had been refused to be given a refund, was still sitting there with no food. They might as well fire everyone and tear down this Wendys it no longer exists to me. read more

I ordered by using Flytrex. I ordered extra fillings for a potato and was charged, but didn't receive the fillings. I was charged for a oatbar which I didn't receive. My drink was wrong and also had a hole in it, so it leaked all out. Flytrex did nothing wrong, they're always prefect. They went back to get another drink for me. I still received the wrong drink order, but I'll just deal with it. Life goes on right, but I won't be ordering from this Wendy's again. read more

We returned after 3 years to give them another shot and weren't disappointed. The bacon cheese potato had real bacon on it and was great. The shining star was their Spicy Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich! The pickles were as crispy as a potato chip. Sonic should take a lesson and make their pickle fries close to this crispy. This is not a sandwich to eat in the car. It drips sweet honey stickiness balances well with the spicy kick and I mean this is what spicy should be, not atomic but not weak and disappointing. I really liked this sandwich. All the ingredients melded well together, but man those pickle chips , I'd like those as a medium size side. We are now returning customers! read more

I ordered a chicken sandwich and had to pull up 20 feet to the yellow pole, even though there was no one behind me. The girl who took my credit card, never greeted me, stayed on the phone through the whole interaction, and never said one word. I waited 10 minutes and was given a small five dollar cheeseburger. I took one bite of it and it reeked of cleaning solution. It was by far the most disgusting cheeseburger I have ever tasted. I threw it away along with my five dollars. read more

We are from out of town. I wish I would have read the reviews on this location. Ordered a Harvest Chicken Salad with no cranberries. Horrible service. Waited in line for a good 20+min. No exaggeration. With only 2 cars in front of me and zero cars in the parking lot, so, they were NOT busy. I guess we really had a lot of nerve bothering the teenybopper at the drive thru by ordering dinner. No ice, soda was warm. Fries way over salted. Sandwiches were wrong so I honked at the drive through and no one responded after a few seconds (no other customers in the restaurant- now I see why) so I honked again. This location does not do justice to the Wendy's name. I have never before written on yelp but I am so disappointed in this facility. It seems they can not get an order correct. Went through drive in stated I wanted single with cheese, no onions or tomatoes, with order of fries. I received no fries, and the single had onions and tomatoes on them. Generally always very friendly, the Granbury @Wendys has the best value menu around. And they're quick without making you feel rushed and their employees always seem to be on their game without falling victim to the Granbury curse of turning good chains into crap--usually through poor service. We went through the drive-thru about 9:00 PM. We ordered 4 frostys, 2 orders of fries, and a chili. At the window, the young lady handed us the frostys and chili. I asked if spoons were in the bag and after a short pause to give me an "are you stupid" look, replied in an "are you stupid?" tone of voice, "They'e in the bag" and shut the window. We waited a few minutes for the fries and finally I reached over and knocked a couple of times. She turned her back and stood there, ignoring me. Finally I began honking my horn. No response. Eventually a man came to the window and rudely asked, "What?" I said that we were missing our fries. He picked up a bag that was sitting by the window, shoved them out at me and said, "They're right here" in a tone of voice that was somewhere between surly and angry, then literally slammed the window. Wow! You ignore customers, then treat them like dirt because you messed up? It got worse as we began going through the food. The frostys were too thin to use the spoons- I should have asked for straws because they were more like a thin milkshake. The fries were cold and so heavily salted they were uinedible. We didn't have time to return to complain and ended up throwing out everything except the chili. I think I can say without any doubt that we will NEVER return. read more
