SOMETHING NEW!!!! today I have to try the new BIG BECON CHEDDAR CHEESEBURGER. It's was a normal double cheeseburger cheesy paddles that I am use to but with this cheeseburger. It have a bacon jam that was totally a game charger & also had Applewood bacon slices on the burger that was really good. The burger had regular America cheese that was melted the cheddar that wasn't melted wasn't. I didn't understand that's part. It was cold shredded cheese the crispy onions wasn't crispy they was soggy. It's been renovated. It looks a little cleaner I'm giving this place a 4 BUT The Cinnabon pull apart is awful. I think it's microwaved. It's tiny too. Not worth it. The customer service is meh. The woman didn't even greet me. She was putting juice boxes away and just stared at me. Didn't even say I'll be right with you. Good thing I was not in a rush. I think she doesn't understand customer service. She wasn't being mean. Frostys are always good. The Orange creamsicle is good. I love their fries. I still love their chili. I like their food. I've only gotten drive-thru, but I have to say this location makes the best fast food fries I've ever had. I went there today to get the Hubs a frosty to nurse his morning dental surgery and I couldn't help but order fries too because they've been so good the last couple times. I don't know how they cook them, but they have a sweet fried dough taste to them. They're delicious! Another thumbs up for the staff which I think is all women; at least, it has been when I've gone. I would normally rate higher as I've been to this location repeatedly, but I just ate a spicy chicken sandwich from this location purchased earlier. Said sandwich was tightly wrapped until I opened it and started eating. During my consumption of said sandwich I pulled not one, but two hairs from my mouth. The first one I could have overlooked, the presence of the second was the deal killer. I work in customer service and food service. If there is a hair in food it means someone is not wearing proper protective headgear. Both of these were short and either very blonde or gray, no one who picked up the food or handled it had short hair and/or blonde/gray hair. After pulling the second hair out of my mouth I was understandably done. Will I come back? Probably, its close to my boyfriend's house and he loves wendys. Rest assured if it had been him who had pulled hair out of his mouth not once but twice during consumption he never would return, possibly not ever to any Wendys. read more

After picking up my four month old from daycare, he fell asleep. Of course you should never wake a sleeping baby, so I decided to find a close fast food place to grab a quick bite (didn't have lunch that day). As I roll down my window I can barely hear the speaker (absolutely amazing when you have a sleeping baby) and as I order I notice the screen with orders doesn't work. So I have no clue if they got my order right. I pull up to the window and I can hear my child snoring in the back ground, they slide open the drive though window and don't say a word to me (again sleeping baby, this is perfect!!). They take my card for an awkward amount of time and hand me a bag and drink. No receipt, no have a nice day. Just quiet and closing of the big Wendy's window. I open the bag and the fries taste like old potatoes that have been reheated. The burger had already shifted and all of the toppings were in the foil. Then I had my drink.... yep it was wrong. But my kid was still sleeping so I ate my food in my quite car while the kid slept the afternoon away. If you have a sleeping kid and don't care about your food.... this Wendy's is great! I went through the drive through to pick up my mobile order. There were no other cars behind me so it's not like they were busy. I got my order with tape on top of the bags. When I got home my $7 sandwich was missing. I had to get my kids back in the car because they are too young to leave home on their own to go get it. Love the Frosty here! It's very affordable and perfect for a quick treat. The chocolate Frosty is delightfully cold and creamy. A classic (small) Frosty is only 99 cents! The fries are also very tasty. 3 star rating because this location doesn't offer any vegetarian-friendly foods (aside from fries and salad). I went to this Wendy's today around 11:40am and the service was terrible! From what I could tell, the drive through service was good and the cars were passing fast but the service in the lobby was horrible. I waited in the lobby for over 10 mins and nobody came to the front to talk to me. Employees were in the back loudly talking in Spanish and laughing but I got no assistance. This the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. I went there for lunch and there was dirty tables, garbage on the floor. I understand that some lazy slob didn't throw their stuff out but someone should have come out and clean it up. I was there 30 mins not one employee came out from behind the counter to do a cleanup.
