In spite of the reviews, we decided to give this a try. Everything was hot and to order. It is easy to find on a corner intersection that is easy to spot. The eating area is bright with many windows and a refillable drink station. It had a drive through with plenty of parking. The only negative was it could use a sweep but it was right after lunch. Raw chicken in a sandwich is hard to like. The fries were fine. The coke was watery. There is fast food, and there is way too fast food. This was the latter. Pretty disgusting. read more

The food is average at best until you order after the sun sets. After that your food will probably be cold and worse in quality. If they're drinks are watered down they'll be like that for a week so I wouldn't go back and order again unless you have to. read more

We were in Fraser for a week with this place as one of the only options for fast food. This business was horrible. Every time we went there our order was never right. Never added sauce to the bag when asked. I ordered a taco salad which I knew couldn't have been messed up and it was just a plain salad with chips, no chili. There were other orders in our group which were terribly mistaken. We sat outside and wanted to go back in to fix orders and order more, but they locked the door before the dining room was closed. The workers were then laying in the seats in the dining area, rather than getting orders correct. Have never been to a more disappointing fast food restaurant. The staff gets our orders wrong every time and charges us full price EVERY TIME. This is completely unacceptable. Do Not go to this Wendys location. The food is good, but I asked for extra cheese and added pub sauce to my baconator fries, but they always forget. If it was a one time thing it'd be fine, but they forget to add them every time. I've been understanding in the past but it's just getting annoying. And after waiting in line for another 20 minutes this is what they did to the fries. Drive thru person then proceeded to tell me to hurry up because he had other people behind me on top of that the food we had to wait for came out super cold and when I told them to fix the issue they denied to do so because they didn't have the time . Food: I really enjoy the spicy chicken club! Crispy chicken and a hint of spice! Fries are nice and crispy! Cookies are delicious as well! Staff: Super friendly and helpful! We sat at the drive through window for a bit and then called since we didn't hear anyone (only a few minutes.) They headsets had gone dead and they didn't know it. They were very apologetic and even threw in a cookie for our inconvenience. They are fast and friendly there! Wendy's is one of the few fast food restaurants I go to and I am glad it is in Fraser! Maybe I was exhausted after several hours of rock climbing but I had the best burger and baked potato in recent memory here. The manager was very friendly and even chatted with us a bit and asked where we were coming from and gave his recommendations of places to visit nearby. Stopped in after a day of hiking and fresh air. We order items to go - sandwich and two salads - to take back for a relaxing if simple dinner in front of a fire. There were a few questions trying to figure out the menu and register system, but after some teamwork with the new guy at the register, a supervisor, and finally a general manager. The food was, well, Wendy's. My wife enjoyed her chicken, and the salad I had was fresh and plentiful. Overall, a decent meal and fairly responsive crew. read more

Do NOT go to this Wendy's. We stopped at about 4pm. We ordered combo meals to go. When the food came we were given drink cups. One ice/drink machine was labeled "out of order". The other had no ice. We returned to the counter to ask if we could get ice and Viktor informed us "unfortunately, we do not have any ice". I replied "I don't want to pay for drinks with no ice". When I did that, another employee came and got my cups and filled them with ice from the machine in the drive-through area. Then as we were leaving, parked facing the drive through window, we saw Viktor lean out of the drive through with a handful of ice and fed it to a dog in the back seat of the car being served. Everything was good til the police showed up and arrested him. Apparently management knew what was going on? How does someone let an employee get arrested in front of their customers? Our experience at Wendy's was well below par. It began with walking into the dining room where the floor was covered with water from what looked like the ice machine (which didn't work). When placing our orders, the staff seemed attentive and nice when taking out orders, but the second our orders were taken and started they forgot we existed or that we placed orders in the first place. Out of the six of us that went, five of our orders contained errors (either missing items or wrong toppings). Each of us checked our orders at the counter in front of the employees, where they questioned and argued with some of us whether or not our order was messed up and said we didn't pay even though we had ordered less than five minutes before and also had our receipts. Most of us eventually got our orders corrected, but not without a hassle. During the last interactions, we all got the impression that the employees assisting us were under the influence of marijuana or some other mind altering substance based on their lack of attention and actions. We were seated outside to eat, and while out there, as one of the employees who took our orders left, they locked both of the doors into the dinning room at 5pm while some of the employees who were giving us a hard time with our messed up orders were laying in the booths napping. Locking the doors prevented us from going in to get an order to-go as well as getting any refills or even to use the bathroom. Two other customers who came to the restaurant also tried to get inside and couldn't due to them locking the doors. Was honestly pretty disappointed with this experience. Will most likely not return to this location. read more

I love this Wendy's so much I ordered a burger and a large slurpee and I went to my car and sat upside down in the front seat and I grabbed the burger with my feet and drank it then I grabbed the soda with my belly button and ate it then I got up and walked back into the food restaurant and ordered the entire menu best appetizer of my life.
