The experience I had at this establishment was deeply disappointing and honestly unlike anything I've encountered before. Our group of seven set out to enjoy a meal together, but what we faced instead was a cascade of errors and outright disrespect from the waitstaff and management. To begin with, the server mixed up an order, which admittedly could happen in a group our size--but the nature of our requests made the errors easily avoidable and, just as importantly, simple to correct. Five of us ordered essentially the same thing, differing only in small details like scrambled eggs with or without cheese. When we politely pointed out the issues to the server, we were met with an unprofessional and rude response. At one point, he even went as far as telling some of our party members that they needed to "pay attention." This attitude alone soured the experience, but things only deteriorated further from there. For instance, when one person's eggs--which had been incorrectly prepared with cheese--arrived with no cheese, we kindly requested they be remade. Shockingly, the waiter refused outright, stating he would not redo the order nor remove it from our bill. If that wasn't bad enough, he went on to suggest we would receive poor service like this regardless of where we dined--a claim entirely untrue based on our many other dining experiences elsewhere. Given the escalating tension, we asked to speak with the manager to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, the response was even more disheartening. The waiter brusquely declared himself to be the manager and outright refused to take any action to address our concerns. Hoping for someone with more authority to intervene reasonably, we then requested to speak with the owner. However, the owner was equally dismissive and maintained that his server couldn't possibly have spoken to us in such a disrespectful manner--even going so far as to deny any wrongdoing entirely. When I pointed out that the server's behavior suggested he might have been having a bad day but ought to remain respectful to customers regardless, I was met with indifference. I tried to explain how critical customer service is--especially when tourists like us choose to spend money supporting local businesses--but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. Ultimately, things reached a breaking point when another guest at the restaurant ask us to leave, as no resolution. It was such a shame because, truthfully, the food itself was quite good. Unfortunately, no amount of culinary quality can compensate for the poor treatment we received from both staff and management alike. To think that we originally planned to purchase some of their locally made jam as a show of support for their business--it now feels inconceivable that we'd contribute any further after such an appalling episode. To sum up: while the food may meet expectations for taste, the dismissive attitude makes this establishment one to avoid at all costs. If you value being treated kindly or even with basic professionalism, steer clear and take your business elsewhere where it will truly be appreciated. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. As an out-of-state customer, I felt that I was treated differently and not given the same level of respect or service that local customers seem to receive. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to ask questions and resolve my issue. Instead of trying to assist, the staff were rude and unwilling to address the problem. What concerned me most was the way I was spoken to and treated, which came across as discriminatory and unprofessional. No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome because they are from another state. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully. read more

Don't miss this!! Food was amazing, menu has lots of options. (We had the breakfast burrito and country Benedict-- both were amazing!) The space is cozy and the vibe is totally local and happy. We brought our newly trained service dog and the staff was super gracious. HIGHLY recommend. read more

BE WARNED !! Cash or Venmo only. No credit cards. Bummer. The place was cute and reminiscent of a beach cafe but in the middle of the mountains. Service was quick and attentive with a tiny kitchen pushing out some tasty grub. We didn't want any coffee, just breakfast. Hubby had the eggs Benedict Florentine (so no meat) so he ordered a side of sausage. It was really good!! I ordered the breakfast burrito smothered in award winning green chili but it wasn't very award worthy in my opinion. It was tasteless thick and gummy flour lumps. They were skimpy on their chili portion on my burrito, so "smothered" is a huge reach. I ordered a side of it and was so disappointed. My other parts of the chorizo burrito with eggs and potatoes was fabulous. DO NOT GET THE GREEN CHILI. Maybe it was a new cook trying to stretch out what they had but yuck. read more

This place is a disgrace! The "manager" served the wrong food to two of the people in the party and when asked to fixed it, the manager" instantly caught a attitude and told us she shouldn't been on her phone or she should have been paying attention. And It's sad that she won't take accountability!!! And when we reported this horrible service to the manager, he basically said his "manager" didn't say those horrible things that he in fact did. The owner is piss poor as well. We dined as a party of 7, spent $224 could not split checks, and was told by the fellow patrons to GET OUT OF TOWN!!!! DO BETTER FRASIER!!!! Best Bloody Mary in Colorado, and the space itself is very cozy with lots of plants and a cool loft.

It was good. Definitely not the best breakfast place ever like some reviews made it seem. They just charge you the credit card fee but you can definitely use credit cards. I felt like my sandwich was dry and was either missing more sauce, more cheese or more moist chicken. My fiancé and I enjoyed ourselves and it was cute but definitely didn't knock my socks off. read more

Incredible food! I got the avocado and bacon egg Benedict and side pancakes. Both were the best I've had!

They give plenty of food. We stopped by here for lunch and got the huevos rancheros $11.5 and the breakfast quesadillas $12. The green chili topping is just the right amount of spice. Bring cash! They don't take credit cards. We'll be back. read more

Very nice servers, but didn't check on us once we got our food. Had they, I could have gotten properly poached eggs. I got the Florentine Benedict and the eggs were overcooked to the point of hard boiled. My family enjoyed their BLT; the country fried steak; and the kids' PB&J. The house-made jam is delicious! First time visiting sharkys and had a great experience. It's a small space but we were lucky to get a table. We got the huevos, biscuits and gravy, and breakfast quesadilla. I love how they did a flour tortilla on the huevos but baked it so it was crispy but not losing the flour tortilla taste. I was craving the biscuits and gravy so it seemed to hit the spot best. We were full and had to get the breakfast quesadilla Togo and they brought us a fresh side of the green Chile that comes with it-which it's the extra mile gestures that make a difference. They did forget our side of sausage but they are a super small busy running place so be sure to just be direct with them and they are happy to serve you. Will def be back! read more

Adorable little joint with lots of color and character. We swung by for a quick afternoon lunch on our way back to Grand Lake. The staff were courteous and friendly and the environment was really warm. It really seemed like a small town joint where everyone knew each other and would hang out. I got the vegetarian chili on huevos rancheros and my parter got the chili fried steak. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and served quickly. My huevos were served on a fried tortilla that was everything. The servings were so large we couldn't finish! This is the best place to eat in Fraser. Went here with the family after spending the week at the YMCA cabin. It was good to have a home -cooked meal and all the kids got to choose breakfast or lunch. There was no food left on anyone's plate. The owner was sweet and talked about the place and food. Really cool place and even better food. I got the Cuban sandwich with onion rings and it hit the spot. If you are in the area, check this place out. read more

Thank for being open during the pandemic and making such delicious breakfast goodies !! Unfortunately they're still take out only but they a good system down. You can order online ahead of time. Walk up the window and the gentleman will hand you your order. We came in to order at the window. They have plenty of patio seating for you to lounge around in. The menu is limited so just remember that! We had the options of fuego huevos, huevos rancheros, blueberry pancakes, chicken fried steak, $5 burrito, basic BFAST. I see why everyone comes and gets the burrito. It has to be that darn shell! We tried to get the pancakes but they were out of blueberries and strawberry pancakes did not see appealing to us. We got the chicken fried steak and huevos rancheros. Chicken fried steak is a nice thick patty with delicious sausage gravy on top. The huevos rancheros were smothered in their green chili. Overall a great hearty meal and I can only imagine how delicious this is after a day of boarding !! What is in your tortillas ?! They're the best tortillas I've had in a long time. Went here for a quick brunch on my way back to Denver after a few days in Winter Park/Granby over Fall Break. I've been coming to the Fraser Valley for years, but had never been to this fine establishment. I had the huevos rancheros and they were delish. Service was friendly and efficient. I can see why Fraser favorite Sharky's has a somewhat inverted bell curve of Yelp scores. The food is just outstanding. The WP/Fraser locals that work here are generally friendly and attentive. The thing about Sharky's is that there's not (really) a lot of seating and this place can get slammed-- as they say in the restaurant business.
