Great spot to grab breakfast and the reviews are right it is a five star boat service and in taste you can find a unique type of breakfast wrap in a chimney and they also have your pastries and your coffees that you'd want. Great atmosphere of worth the drive for a bit and I would say they have a lot of variety for a small shop. Inside is decorated nicely and you can also sit outside. Not much seating inside tho.

Rollin Street Bakery features check Czech pastries known as Chimney Cakes (Trdelníks), which you can get sweet or savory. This is one of the top places to eat in Winter Park for breakfast or lunch! The sweet chimney cakes are rolled and sugar and filled with sweet things like Nutella, ice cream, dulce de leche, jam, berries, whipped cream and more. I tried a sweet almond chimney, and there was a thin layer of marzipan inside and crunchy almonds outside. The dough itself was phenomenal! The savory chimney cakes are rolled in savory herbs and cheese. You can get an egg breakfast sandwich or deli meats for lunch. They also have hotdog chimney cakes, even a vegetarian hotdog! The menu is clearly marked with vegetarian and vegan options. Gluten-free focaccia bread is available for all savory options in place of a chimney. My partner got an egg bacon and Havarti breakfast sandwich and it was divine. One of the top breakfast sandwiches I've had! In addition to chimneys, they have a bakery case with items, such as cupcakes, vegan donuts, bread pudding, and another European desserts. Ice cream can also be purchased in a cup. They serve locally roasted sweet bloom coffee and alternative milk is available for a dollar extra. Lastly, they have Italian sodas and specialty botanical lattes. There's something for everyone here! Be aware that the shop is really small with limited seating. It was very busy on a weekend morning, so we took our food to go. I recommend grabbing your order and walking to the park nearby for a picnic!

We searched for a breakfast place on our way out of Winter Park. This one came up, so we tried it. Oh my goodness, I'm SO glad we did! The chimneys were delicious! My son even liked it. We ate inside, and it is the cutest little restaurant. The people were incredibly kind to us, and you can see them making the chimneys, which was fun! I wish we lived closer, because I would be there all the time. But I did already recommend this place to a friend who will be in town next week!

What a gem in Winter Park! Looking for a good hot cup of coffee and something to eat, I was directed towards Rollin Street Bakery! It is a small cafe that serves up some of the best sandwiches.... rolls...chimneys in town! I got the Vladimir and it was a hit! The veggies: bell peppers, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers were fresh and bright! The mustard added a nice sharp bite, while the havarti cheese added umami and the ham was piled on! This was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time and the dough and herbs were tasty! My fiance had the mushroom, spinach and feta pastry which was to die for. They do an amazing job with their doughs here. Unfortunately their coffee that day was pretty lackluster and matcha was more milky than actual green tea. Their chocolate muffin which we had high hopes for was very dry and had only a small amount of ganache in the middle. Please stop by for their chimneys, you won't be disappointed!

A unique, yummy, and cute spot for a quick brunch! Rollin' is known for their chimney's, which are basically sandwiches? The bread is rolled and hollow covered in a garlic, herbs, and a cheese blend filled with fresh ingredients! Perfect portion sizes! Friendly service! Limited seating, better for a quick meal to-go! Would happily come back!

This quaint bakery was delicious! They serve chimney pastry's which are flaky rolls of dough that you can get sweet or savory. I got a savory with cream cheese inside and my mom got the sweet which is covered in cinnamon sugar and Nutella inside. The chimneys were delicious and I would come back every morning! The iced latte was the perfect balance of sweet and coffee flavor. Highly recommend

Rollin Street bakery never disappoints! Fresh made fancy coffee and teas, as well as fresh pastries greet you when you walk in! They are famous for these dough chimneys that are super soft and seasoned. They can make breakfast or lunch sandwiches out of them; and you can smell them baking when you walk in! Free parking.

This bakery is so cute! The staff was friendly and helpful. We got the Sweet Berry Chimney (berry compote + whipped cream) and one of the savory lunch chimneys. Both were delicious in their own way. They also sell various local goods inside. What I loved most about this place was the "Blessing Wall" where you can buy a meal for someone in need and all they have to do is pick a ticket and bring it to the cashier. A great community vibe!

Simply the best lunch spot after a long hike - The rolled sandwiches are such a goofy concept, but so tasty and the best refuel!! The lunch rolls have a really yummy seasoning combo, and then LOTS of filling options. I would absolutely return - I got a veggie lunch sandwich with cream cheese, and it was remarkable. Also enjoyed my hot tea!! It wasn't busy on a Friday at lunchtime, and the service was helpful and attentive!!

Fun place to see. Yummy choices. Expect a line. Open later than Yelp shows. But enough to share.

What a find! For years, we have passed this B&B on the way in from US 40 on the local road to…read moreDevil's Thumb, always wondering what it was like and vowing to try it some day. The xc skiing at Devil's Thumb has always been a favorite for us, as far back as the 70's when it was just a rustic ski trail system with a small nordic supply shop. In recent years it became a full fledged resort with lodging where we have often stayed. We have also stayed in Winter Park, about 15 minutes away and driven over to ski. But we have now found our new favorite option. This is such a lovely place, both the facility and the charming staff. It is a better price value for us than some of the other options in the area, yet more than a simple motel in town. You know, like Goldilocks, "just right." I especially want to note that the (included) breakfast that host John cooks for the guests was wonderful, some sweet, some savory, warm, homemade, natural and ample for the start of even an hearty ski day. They take note in advance of special food needs and serve with a choice of time options. The log style of the building is rustic but nicely furnished. The rooms are well designed and furnished with high quality linens and have lots of storage as some guests stay for weeks. The views from each room are very pretty, some to the Continental Divide, some to the woodland. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. The central lounge area was large, comfortable, attractive and clean and with a central fireplace. There are also some other smaller gathering areas to sit and talk or read if you wish to be outside your room. And there are also some family and dog friendly cabins on site if you want more than a bedroom. Personally, the rooms in the main inn are just right for my needs. We will absolutely be back. It is convenient to local xc skiing and also just a 15 minute drive past the Winter Park Resort and not far at all from several quality dinner options. We met other guests using the lodging for all of these reasons.

We came to celebrate our 7 year anniversary. Donna and Brian were so thoughtful and professional. They made sure we had everything we needed and wanted for our stay. Breakfast each morning was so delicious. Donna could have made it as a professional chef! We stayed in a dog friendly cabin, what fun to bring along our pup! Cabin was cozy, warm and the snow was shoveled each day for us.
