Came here for an afternoon latte "treat" and this place was perfect for that. I got the bear claw and it was perfectly sweet, but not too sweet. Loved the little kids section they had which kept our kiddos busy while we sat in the comfy chairs nearby. The barista was friendly as well. Also there's an awesome patio out back if it's warm enough to enjoy. Would revisit again when in the area. read more

Great coffee shop with an unassuming attitude. You might drive right past it and miss it?? It is worth going out of your way for this place! Great coffee and a great GF / gluten free breakfast sandwich for celiacs like me. A cool vibe and cool staff too. I loved it. Also - there is a broad range of tourist traps in vacation towns but this struck me as the one where the locals go who know where the best stuff is. Incredibly cute coffee shop with a great selection of signature lattes! My boyfriend and I stopped in on a Friday morning for our caffeine fix. The girl at the counter was extremely friendly and we immediately got excited about the latte menu. I ordered an iced Bear Claw Latte with an extra shot of espresso and he got a hot Honey Latte. Both were fantastic and very strong. The coffee shop itself was very spacious and cozy, with many different seating options - tables, booths, and couches next to a little fireplace. Great place to get some work done or catch up with a friend. Would happily return! read more

Nice cafe with lots of tables and outlets to work from. We only stopped for a coffee fix. Speciality smoothie (Green antioxidant) - a $7 smoothie with spinach, banana, apple cider, honey, and ginger. It was refreshing and healthy. Would get again! Honey latte - loved how it wasn't overly sweet. Mexican mocha - tasted similar to chocolate milk as the expresso didn't really come through. Stopped by after driving past town, and this was a great spot to pick up coffee! There's a nice variety of coffee drinks on the menu, as well as teas, baked goods, and bags of coffee beans from their roastery. The cafe itself is cozy and spacious with indoor seating, outdoor in the back, and a few tables out front. I tried their seasonal honey and cinnamon latte with a double shot of espresso, and it was just the right pick-me-up for my road trip. All the other specialty drinks here also sound fantastic, and I'm sure they won't disappoint. read more

Rocky Mountain Roastery is amazing! We stopped in the morning and had vanilla latte's and americanos. The coffee is smooth and the vanilla lattes are delicious and not too sweet. I'm the afternoon we returned and got an iced matcha and iced ginger peach teas. The afternoon drinks were just as delicious as the morning drinks. This was a nice stop on our road trip through the Rockies. They have coffee, tea, and smoothies. They have hot and cold food options too. They sell some local goods too. I didn't enjoy my drink very much. The Cambric tea with oat milk was watered down with mostly oat milk and water, with little tea. There is plenty of parking because it's in a larger shopping center. The White Chocolate - hot cocoa was really quite delicious. However, they are still in the 'pay to use the internet' days... get with it and stop charging $6/hr. It's hard enough to find wifi hotspots in the area! The furniture was awkward, hard wooden seats with wobbly tables. No thanks. This is a take and go coffee joint in my opinion. The only decent coffee shop between Winter Park and Granby. It's located across Hwy 40 from the Safeway, in the Alco line of shops. (Has a sister shop in Winter Park on the East side of the street halfway through town). This is the coffee shop where the locals hang in Frasier (and Winter Park). Very good coffee products. Friendly barristas. Good pastries and OK breakfast burritos make this place a nice spot to stop on your way north. (Plus, the Frasier location is a lot less crowded than the Winter Park shop during the ski season). read more

The Roastery is The Best Coffee and cozy cafe I have ever had the pleasure to taste and visit. They Buy and Roast Their own Beans and this really makes a difference in the quality. The flavor of their coffee is earthy and unique for true coffee aficionados. Tip: Try the Homemade Pumpkin or Peppermint Latte's (Awesome) They have the friendliest Baristas in The West; I always get a friendly "Howdy Claude" when I come in. This is the Place all the Fraser and Winter Park locals go to for several reasons. It has that warm and comfortable feeling. Free Wifi, Overstuffed Chairs and plenty of convenient tables. A really nice Play area for the little ones so Mom and Dad can relax, Very Clean Bathrooms (important to me) and Just NICE PEOPLE WHO MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME. They also have wonderful homemade soups, sandwiches and baked goods at reasonable prices for the excellent quality. You can really tell the difference between a chain store and a Family run business like the Roastery. I rarely give out 5 stars but I just love this Cafe because it feels like my other home. read more

They were very busy, so not a lot of time for chit-chat, but it would be nice if I didn't feel like I was being herded through and "just another number."
