Food was so delicious that this spot deserved 5 stars! We had to come back twice in one trip! Quality is significant, food is really flavorful here!! The Fun Guy burger was savory, a favorite! Tried their special of the day, nachos. Queso had a smokey flavor to it! A bit of a longer wait time for cocktails and/or beer both times, so heads up! Wasn't super impressed by either of the cocktails I had. Tried the Orange Dreamscicle and Fuzzy Martini! Service was great both visits. 5 stars for the food alone. Wish there were more options for seating. Lots of tables. Only one area with a comfortable couch option.

What a cool place with great music! We waited by the fireplace for our table. It was quite busy, but our server was prompt. All the food we ordered was delicious. The wings were a bit too crispy, but the BBQ and Buffalo sauces were fantastic. The burgers were great, served smash patty style, and you can also get a double patty. The fries were exceptional! Will definitely be back.

One of my favorite cocktail bars/distilleries in Colorado. I haven't tried the food, but the cocktails are very well-crafted and the menu always offers interesting, reasonably priced drinks. It's cozy inside and a great way to warm up on a cold night. It's been a bit since we've been up that way, but had to mention that the Earl Grey Old Fashioned and the Toasted S'More (hoping this one comes back) are some of my faves.

Whiskey and rum flight with a Jack rose. Wonderful

A Yelp search led us to this little gem. It's off the main road tucked behind and down a staircase. We didn't have a reservation and just wanted drinks. There wasn't a spot at a table or bar but they have a cozy little waiting area by the fireplace and the servers came to us. They have a cocktail menu, whiskey/rum menu, and a food menu. My partner sampled all the whiskey and the rum with a flight while I indulged in a Jack Rose as well as a Apple Butter Toddy. My partner didn't care for the single malt or the pineapple habanero extra he was given but he did enjoy the rest. The Jack rose had the perfect refreshing sweetness to it and the Apple Butter Toddy tasted exactly as it sounds. Perfect for any ski/snowboard trip. We had reservations elsewhere but the food looked delicious. I think the main dinning area could do with a little update as the furniture looked a little outdated. They have a prívate dinning room in the back that looked a little nicer for private events. The bathrooms were clean and while they did have high chairs, there were no changing tables in the restrooms even though there was ample space for one. I don't remember the total price for what we ordered but I do remember it being fair. I would come back and I would try the dinning experience next time.

AMAZING SPIRITS TASTING EXPERIENCE! We found this place during our recent Colorado trip for dinner and drinks, and what a wonderful experience we had :) I was impressed by its atmosphere as soon as we walked in - chill and warm. We were seated right away, and our server gave us an overview. Basically, I can pick my own flight, and each one is about 0.25oz for USD $1.00 to $1.50. I ordered the followings: - White Whiskey - Woodcutter's Bourbon - Rye Whiskey - Single Malt Whiskey - Rocky Mountain Gold (Rum) - Idlewild Vodka Single malt whiskey was my favorite (rich flavor with hints of smokiness), and the white whiskey was a pleasant surprise (smooth, balanced flavor): Food quality is quite high - definitely above average in the "pub food" category! Crispy Brussel Sprouts was freshly prepared - hot, crispy, and flavorful. Lamb Lollipops was good too - the lollipop part was a bit "gimmicky", but the lamb was tasty and the side salad made the dish well balanced. I'd certainly love to visit this place again (drinks for sure, and likely dinner too) when I'm in the area in the future.

This used to be our favorite place in Winter Park, visiting every single time we were here (4-5 times per year). This is our first time back this winter and unfortunately, they went from a very high class menu to really poor bar food. We tried the wings, lettuce, wraps, and fries. Lettuce wraps in trouble fries were covered with a strange sauce unlike anything I've had with a similar dish which was overwhelming in a bad way. The wings were extremely dry and overdone. My child did have a cheeseburger, which is fine - but just fine. We had the chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich, which reminded me of Costco frozen chicken strips, but somehow drier than I could do by placing it in an air fryer for 45 mins. The waitress initially tried to make our experience good but after waiting 30 minutes for our second drink, we could tell she was not interested. This might be the greatest fall from grace I've ever seen for what used to be a great restaurant. I don't know how you go from lamb chops and short ribs to just burgers and bad sandwiches and expect to survive.

Are dogs allowed while dining outside?

Absolutely! We are happy to have well behaved dogs on our patio.

Is this the kind of place you make a dinner reservation for? I don't think it is, but yelp says you can make a dinner reservation on it?

Our seating for parties of 5 or more is fairly limited, so we do recommend reservations for larger parties on weekends. Smaller groups we can usually fit in, but at the very worst we do sometimes have a very short wait (and you are welcome to get… Read more

The folks at the Wild Horse Inn used to run Solstice as a kinda pop-up restaurant in Fraser next to the Safeway in the winter when they weren't catering weddings and events during the summers. But then the Fanches who own Devil's Thumb bought the Inn owners out for over $3 mill a while back when they were on their way to buying up the whole county. So what happened to Solstice? Well, for a fraction of that price some sweet hard-workin' folks bought the Wild Horse catering business and . . . wait for it . . . yes . . . Solstice. Now (sweet) Sue and her partner have just started running Solstice as a full-time restaurant and boy does it rock. The place only seats around 25 people, but it'll be worth the wait (once everyone comes to understand that the place is now regularly open all the time this place is going to be jammed!). This new policy just started a couple/three weeks ago so when we came in last night the room was lightly used and we had a chance to visit with Sue, who's about one of the kindest best bartenders/servers/owners ever. We decided to make dinner out of five of their tapas offerings, starting with a super fresh and delicious salad, and followed by their smoked salmon crostini, dates with (spicy!) capicola skewers, ridiculously delicious scallops, and a really savory "burnt ends" dish of pork belly bites and crispy(!) mini-ravioli. Can't believe we had room for dessert, but the flourless chocolate tart with homemade whipped cream and raspberry preserve sauce was something we couldn't resist. (Next time I'm coming for you Mr. Key Lime pie:). All in all, a truly fine dining experience at a reasonable price point. So the bottom line is that this is great news for Grand County: the addition of a wonderful new restaurant serving really excellent food right in the heart of Fraser! 2

The evening started with them not remembering the food allergy that I told you about when i submitted your survey, but I digress. We started with a martini and an old fashioned. The martini was tasty but half of it was missing like where's the rest of my drink ‍. Second I had to ask for plates, not sure how you forget but remembered to give them to the table next to me ‍. At this point I'm over it and prefer my experience at raticato. Next strike, you ask us to order everything and you'll course it out but instead you interrupt us mid chew and ask to clear the table for our meals, absolutely unacceptable. How do you rush your customers. I get it's 8pm but you're open until 9:30 and if you're in a rush go home and send a server that wants to be there. Service, service, service. It was absolutely non existent and at a restaurant that isn't McDonalds prices, do better. You never came back to our table and asked if the food came out ok or if we needed more drinks. As a matter of fact, my spouse walked to the bar and ordered their own drink, unacceptable. Absolutely ridiculous. We couldn't enjoy our meal because the service was so poor and I'd absolutely not return. We had the Halibut, which was tasty but could do without the ro and the chicken dish, which was prepared well. The steak tartare was just ok and the bread and hummus was a good addition. Nah, wouldn't recommend. Please have a conversation with Olivia Z., if she's having a day she needs to exit and not work that day in hospitality. P.s. she also rushed another table that wanted to enjoy the chicken dish but she was too focused on leaving that she told them they should get dessert instead.

We ordered about 10 different toppers for the table, so it was pretty good odds to find a couple that weren't winners, but I have to be honest. The ambience is so cute, very swanky, but anything in Colorado still feels casual because everyone shows up in flannels and T-shirts. We had a 5 o'clock reservation and were sat right on time, and the service was really great. I started with a Pisco sour, one of my favorite drinks and really uncommon to find in this part of the world. It was delicious. I could've drank five of them. We shared a bunch of tapas for the table, starting with the patatas bravas, octopus, ceviche, duck wings, yuca frita, croquetas, gyozas, and shishito peppers. The clear winner was the ceviche - not your typical Peruvian style, made with salmon and a thicker aji amarillo sauce. It was absolutely amazing and served with these yummy plantain chips that paired so well with it. Those were also a big standout. The texture was perfect both outside and inside. I liked the octopus too, and the patatas bravas were good but felt they could have been a little more crispy on the outside and had the sauce more well-distributed. The wings really were not memorable, overly breaded and thickly sauced. The yuca was the biggest letdown of the night, usually one of my favorite dishes, but these tasted like they came frozen from a bag and did not even finish microwaving before they were served. Still, I loved some of these dishes so much that I would definitely come back and stick with what I liked and try some new things too. Thanks!
