This woman is a gem that you should clone and place in all the locations. No matter when you go in, or how busy they are she has a smile and treats you like you are a friend visiting. From what I have seen she treats the staff well and works along with them instead of over them, and this radiates back to the customers. Food prices are up all over, Arby's has always been a little more on the pricy side, the app helps with finding deals and coupons, again it's a fast food restaurant, but the staff is what makes it special, and this location has a good staff that can be attributed to the manager, Gail.
