I got up at 6:15 before work, I pull up for a number seven and a drink. They said they have No drinks and refused to give me a meal with no drink, I asked for a water, then they refused to give me the meal with a water, needless to say this crew shared one brain cell, I get they don't get paid much, but the least they do is give me a water with my meal. I would leave a zero if I could. read more

I am very upset. I ordered a large fry, 10 McNuggets, and a large drink. Upon arrival, I noticed I didn't get a straw or napkins. However, I was willing to move past it. Come to find out, my fries were barely even halfway full and I didn't even get 10 nuggets. How hard can it be to count to 10 and to fill up a fry box? Disappointed to say the least. read more

So been without a car for a few weeks so on the weekends I order from this McDonald's. Both times I've ordered from this McDonald's they haven't give me any of the four hash browns I've ordered. I don't know what their deal is if they're eating them or if they just refuse to give hash browns. It's frustrating to spend all this money and not get what you want. I called and talked to the manager he didn't offer anything my money back from Uber isn't enough because you have to consider the delivery fee and the tip too read more

Drove 40 minutes just to visit the Play Place and eat. The inside was closed. Every day from 3 to 4:30. I assumed not enough workers. So we drove thru and ate in the car. Went in at 4:40. Not allowed into PlayPlace. The cleaner was doing her best, but we couldn't go in until she cleaned, and the kitchen kept calling her to deliver orders outside. I tried to find a manager, but the 5 people who were visible in the kitchen, they all ignored the counter and thus me Extremely poor management is what that all tells me. read more

Don't do a mobile order! Staff is too lazy to bring the order outside to the pickup spot and you will have to go inside after waiting to pick up your now cold food ! Lazy lazy lazy!! read more

The food is always so greasy and the chicken nuggets are never good. The service is always bad and if not bad, HORRIBLE! It always stinks like grease in the dinning area and the restrooms are always disgusting! When you order through the drive through they take forever to get to you and the drinks are always watered down. I had to give it a rating but in all seriousness it doesn't even deserve a full star. read more

Second time here. Both times the order was correct and delivery is the fastest I've ever seen at a McD's! Also great (clean) play area for the kids. read more

The young man at the counter today (11:45 a.m.) was less than clueless. Even the Mgr couldn't straighten out the order. Ordered the 2 for $4, med fry, cup for water for dine-in. He brings me a small bag, ONLY the McChicken and small fry in a to-go bag. Geeze! Mgr tries to fix it, I get the McDouble, but they take back the McChicken. I get the reg. fry, but I get charged another amount. No reason to go back...ever. read more

This place was an absolute shit show. There was one girl yelling and screaming at the register about how much she hates her job and how she wants to quit so damn bad that's her own words I'm by the way service was slow and the server just did not seem to give two shits... there was a mess I need to cleaned up in the kitchen and this lady was asked by the manager to clean up the mess. She specifically said it is not my job it's not my mess and then proceeds to complain about her job to us the customers I will not ever be going back to this McDonald's ever again, worst upon worst upon worst businesses I have ever been in read more

I came here at midnight. I asked what do they serve on the all day breakfast menu The man at the drive-through said We don't serve breakfast until mornings. I was confused because they have an all day breakfast menu. I get up front to pay and I see that the person and others inside are blaring rap music and just don't give a fuck about their job read more

The slowest, worst McDonald's I have ever went to. Absolutely 0 customer service. Sat in line for 20 minutes for a Large Fry and they weren't even busy. Blasphemy. read more

Took 30 mins to get a salad in the drive through. Had to go inside to see what was going on. Ten cars behind me got their food. I was told it's because he was working on the orders (one cook) and they kept reminding him about my salad. Well then to top it off, the lettuce was mainly kale and not a mix. I said I mattered too. Also the sign that says 25 cents for an additional dip cracked me up. read more

I came here two days in a row got the same thing. Breakfast-#1 small orange juice, hash brown, and egg McMuffin sandwich. First day I paid $4.72. Second day I came I got same exact thing and total was $5.25. I just looked at my card statement they charged me additionally $2.56. Something is fishy at this place.... read more

Me and my wife stopped by this location tonight at about 11 to grab a quick bite to take back home. We pulled up to the drive thru speaker and not only was the person receiving my order more focused on her conversation with her co-workers, laughing and carrying on in the microphone, I had to repeat myself four times my order to the person because she wouldn't listen. Then I got to my order after ordering for my wife, she asked (between laughing at her co-workers and "working") what I wanted to drink. I asked if they had HI-C and she rudely said "no we don't" instead of recommending something of the equivalent that they did carry. Before I said something I regretted I drove out of the drive thru and did not finish my order. This place is terrible and would not recommend it to anybody thinking about picking up McDonald's at this location. read more

I come here frequently and recently the early evening crew has been fantastic. They're friendly, fast and accurate. These are hard to find luxuries of fast food establishments in Derby. My order was correct and timely. Great job! read more

Literally the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. With absolutely terrible service, And absolutely terrible presentation with the food. The Customer service is just awful. I've visited this location countless times, with negative results every visit. This post Is mainly focused on the night crew. In my opinion, they should be closed at night Or hire other people To run that shift, Because right now Night Shift is worthless. read more

My most recent experience at this particular McDonald's location was less than ideal. I took my children out for happy meals to get a quick meal on a Sunday evening. Upon entering the establishment, the first thing that I noticed was that the staff behind the counter seems to be struggling to work well as a team. The one person running the register was yelling at a couple of the other employees from the register that one of them needed to allow the other to help with whatever task they were trying to accomplish because she was going to need some help at the register. I will note, someone else tried to try to come help at the register but promptly retracted their offer to assist when a drive-through customer came. I proceeded to order my meals and find a place to sit. I do have a toddler and unfortunately there were no clean high chairs available. I got some sanitizing wipes and wiped down the high chair myself. The tables were wiped down, which was nice. The food was delivered, however several pieces were missing. I did not get apples for either of the happy meals, nor did I get sweet and sour sauce for my chicken nuggets. I proceeded to take myself back to the counter to ask for the missing items and I was able to obtain one bag of apples and one container of sweet and sour sauce. I wanted to ask for the second bag of apples since we were missing two, but I just felt embarrassed to ask a second time. That part is on me I guess. The staff was not apologetic for their mistake regarding the order, but they also weren't rude. It was a very apathetic feel, which I can live with. Also, one of the happy meals had about seven fries in the fry box. The other happy meal had a nice 20 pieces perhaps. I can't say for sure what happened there. There also was a comment made during the course of my meal by the cashier regarding not doing something in front of the customers where they can see you? At any rate, we did eat and I don't have to do dishes tonight. That part is a win. Looking back on my experience I guess I wish I would have checked the refrigerator first to see if we had some close to expiration date lunch meat that we needed to eat or perhaps some leftovers that we could stomach. We probably would have been equally as satisfied. read more
