I got up at 6:15 before work, I pull up for a number seven and a drink. They said they have No drinks and refused to give me a meal with no drink, I asked for a water, then they refused to give me the meal with a water, needless to say this crew shared one brain cell, I get they don't get paid much, but the least they do is give me a water with my meal. Drove 40 minutes just to visit the Play Place and eat. The inside was closed. Every day from 3 to 4:30. I assumed not enough workers. So we drove thru and ate in the car. Went in at 4:40. Not allowed into PlayPlace. The cleaner was doing her best, but we couldn't go in until she cleaned, and the kitchen kept calling her to deliver orders outside. The food is always so greasy and the chicken nuggets are never good. The service is always bad and if not bad, HORRIBLE! It always stinks like grease in the dinning area and the restrooms are always disgusting! When you order through the drive through they take forever to get to you and the drinks are always watered down. The young man at the counter today (11:45 a.m.) was less than clueless. Even the Mgr couldn't straighten out the order. Ordered the 2 for $4, med fry, cup for water for dine-in. He brings me a small bag, ONLY the McChicken and small fry in a to-go bag. Geeze! Mgr tries to fix it, I get the McDouble, but they take back the McChicken. Me and my wife stopped by this location tonight at about 11 to grab a quick bite to take back home. We pulled up to the drive thru speaker and not only was the person receiving my order more focused on her conversation with her co-workers, laughing and carrying on in the microphone, I had to repeat myself four times my order to the person because she wouldn't listen. Then I got to my order after ordering for my wife, she asked (between laughing at her co-workers and "working") what I wanted to drink. I asked if they had HI-C and she rudely said "no we don't" instead of recommending something of the equivalent that they did carry. Before I said something I regretted I drove out of the drive thru and did not finish my order. This place is terrible and would not recommend it to anybody thinking about picking up McDonald's at this location. read more

My most recent experience at this particular McDonald's location was less than ideal. I took my children out for happy meals to get a quick meal on a Sunday evening. Upon entering the establishment, the first thing that I noticed was that the staff behind the counter seems to be struggling to work well as a team. The one person running the register was yelling at a couple of the other employees from the register that one of them needed to allow the other to help with whatever task they were trying to accomplish because she was going to need some help at the register. I will note, someone else tried to try to come help at the register but promptly retracted their offer to assist when a drive-through customer came. I proceeded to order my meals and find a place to sit. I do have a toddler and unfortunately there were no clean high chairs available. I got some sanitizing wipes and wiped down the high chair myself. The tables were wiped down, which was nice. The food was delivered, however several pieces were missing. I did not get apples for either of the happy meals, nor did I get sweet and sour sauce for my chicken nuggets. I proceeded to take myself back to the counter to ask for the missing items and I was able to obtain one bag of apples and one container of sweet and sour sauce. I wanted to ask for the second bag of apples since we were missing two, but I just felt embarrassed to ask a second time. That part is on me I guess. The staff was not apologetic for their mistake regarding the order, but they also weren't rude. It was a very apathetic feel, which I can live with. Also, one of the happy meals had about seven fries in the fry box. The other happy meal had a nice 20 pieces perhaps. I can't say for sure what happened there. There also was a comment made during the course of my meal by the cashier regarding not doing something in front of the customers where they can see you? At any rate, we did eat and I don't have to do dishes tonight. That part is a win. Looking back on my experience I guess I wish I would have checked the refrigerator first to see if we had some close to expiration date lunch meat that we needed to eat or perhaps some leftovers that we could stomach.
