This was a good stop in town. However, they need to update their information on Yelp as it shows they're closed. Typical small town diner - good for what it is. I had the burgo combo and onion petals with a hot fudge malt. My husband had same, but with fries and a strawberry malt. Burgers were huge and hot. Onion petals were fresh, fries were not overly hot. Both needed a dash of salt, but otherwise fine. The malts were our favorite. They were quite thick and fairly priced. The drive thru was busy but dining room about half full. Every time we walk into a Bionic Burger, it"s a new experience. There are daily specials, a massive menu of decadent delights. Delightfully delicious greasy burgers, French fries that will grease up a paper sack, hot dog special on Wednesday, an egg on your burger on Monday, all sorts of fried pickles and mushrooms. Regardless of what you order, flavor is priority one. Every item is equally delicious. I feel like throwing caution to the wind when I come in here to eat. I work here so I don't think I can legally say anything bad about this place but all I know is do NOT drink the sweet tea because I was on runner duty and that includes dishes so I did the dishes and the tea machine came to be cleaned and it was YELLOWWW on the inside and then I used a steel wool and scrubbed for about 30 minutes and got all the yellow gone and the manager said that it was the cleanest she had ever seen it in 8 YEARS so if you care about your health just get the mtn dew it's probably less contaminated than the tea maker read more

The grease on the fries will soak through your to go sack and are usually soggy. Their service is hit or miss but honestly they don't seem to care about customer service. Although we love to support local businesses, this is one business that will lose out to national chains. read more

If you are tired of 'typical fast food burger', this is a good place to go. I can't stomach a McD's burger and grew sick of Sonic burgers, but these are good when we have an urge. It's not like there are endless burger joints in Haysville! But, if you want 'sundaes', my advice would be to go across the street to McDonald's or go to Sonic! I got a hot fudge sundae and it tasted like the sauce was scorched/burned. It had hard, dried bitter bits in it. Usually this means either someone scraped the old fudge into the container as they stirred it, or the entire pot is old and needs to be switched out, or both. My husband had a caramel sundae, and the topping hardened into chewy bits. Ideally the sauce should say soft and smooth unless you ordered a Magic Shell! The ratio of soft serve to topping was disproportionate as well, we were left with 2/3 of the container of soft serve with no topping since it was so meager. Across the street you can get the same thing for 1.00 but the sauces taste like hot fudge and caramel, and are smooth. Or go to Sonic! (bigger and cheaper and better) I like to support smaller stores instead of big chains, but I also want a quality product for my money. I would prefer the small store to supply that but sometimes, bigger chain does it better. read more

Stopped in with my toddler while on a road trip last week. I was happy to find something fairly close to the interstate that wasn't a chain. Burger and shake were ok - I've had better, but it was passable. Toddler ate all her tater tots, so she was a fan. What was irksome is that when I asked for a cup for water for my little one, they told me they were out of water cups and would have to charge me $0.10 for a styrofoam fountain drink cup. Excuse me? You failed to order an adequate supply of water cups, so your customers get to pay for a fancy cup in the meantime? Pretty ridiculous. I was too tired to argue after 7 hours on the road, so we went out to the car and dug out a sippy cup instead. Although I pass through this area 3-4 times a year, we won't be going back to Bionic Burger. I could maaaaaaybe risk bad service again if the food was exceptional, but that wasn't the case. read more

Food was good. The guy that took our order was nice but the place looks filthy. The floor is slimy like it's coated in oil. There was only one other customer in the place and we still had to ask to have a table cleaned off. One of the tables we cleaned with a paper towel and was black after wiping just a small area! Won't be returning. Also overheard what appeared to be a manager talking aggressively to a customer that wasn't happy and used cus words. Never gotten any bad food here. Always hot and fresh. They have hand cut fries here. I always ask for extra crispy. Burgers are always hot, and tasty. They also serve ice cream here. Shakes, sundaes, etc... Great family spot. read more

Have eaten here numerous times and meals were decent however this last trip was awful. I ordered 2 drinks, 2 orders of fries and 1 order of chicken strips. We had ordered this meal before and the chicken strips were large and thick. This time the chicken strips were 1/8 of an inch thick and no longer than 3 inches. They were over cooked to a very dark brown and dry, both orders of fries had a taste of dirt to them as if they had not been washed prior to frying. This was my first time patronizing Bionic Burger. I have only heard good things, which did not live up to my experience. The exterior of the building was presentable, the interior wasn't much to brag about. The bathroom doors are caked in black grime. The hallway leading to the bathroom had a bad odor, but not sewage. The floor throughout the building was tacky. Considering I had never been to this establishment, I asked for a bacon cheeseburger and asked what they put on the burger. I was told cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, and bacon. It was NOT mayonnaise, it was 'salad dressing/Miracle whip'. BIG difference. The cheese was not a slice cheese, which I did not even think to confirm, but was the cheese for dipping nachos/pretzels in. Temperature of the burger was not as expected, but onion rings and fried pickles were fresh out of the fryer. The onion rings are not made on site. The drink selection was great. They offer Big Red, which is a childhood favorite of mine. We enjoyed ice cream dessert, very large portions, and we were not able to finish either. Staff was very friendly, polite. I'm not sure if it's a normal task, but they brought the meal out to the table. read more
