I wanted to try Wendy's breakfast so I ordered delivery from them on Ubereats. I got a Bacon Egg & Cheese Croissant with Seasoned Potatoes and a Chocolate Frostyccino. The Seasoned Potatoes were really good, I was surprised. Had a good flavor and goes well with their breakfast items. The Bacon Egg & Cheese Croissant was okay, I thought the Swiss Cheese sauce was a bit weird. If I was to order it again I would ask for it with just American cheese. As for the Frostyccino, it was a bit of a letdown. I ordered it in Chocolate & Vanilla and neither tasted sweet. I will say the Chocolate one was a tiny bit sweeter but I would not order either again. Tasted just like regular iced coffee with creamer. From the name I was expecting a sweet tasting coffee just like the Frosty. It's also a bit weird that the drink is served iced instead of frozen. I think Wendy's Breakfast is good but I wouldn't recommend ordering the coffee. read more

It's not just poorly run -- it's dangerous, disrespectful, and disgusting. As a worker, I was underpaid, mistreated, and constantly talked down to by toxic management who had no interest in creating a healthy or respectful work environment. Breaks were discouraged, concerns were ignored, and hard work was rewarded with sarcasm and threats. There was zero accountability -- only blame, gossip, and power trips from people who shouldn't be leading anyone. Behind the scenes? It's worse than most customers could ever imagine. I personally witnessed moldy food, filthy prep stations, and unsanitary conditions that would absolutely violate health codes. Cleaning was treated like a joke. Corners were constantly cut. Employees were expected to keep quiet and push food out the window no matter what. Even as a customer, I've received cold food, wrong orders, and been treated with open attitude and eye-rolls just for asking for basic service. The store is dirty, the bathrooms are usually disgusting, and the energy inside is miserable -- because everyone behind the counter is burned out and fed up. This store should not be operating like this. It's a reflection of total failure in management and oversight. I strongly urge Wendy's corporate, the health department, and labor authorities to take a serious look at what's happening here -- because it's not just bad service. Twice I order their biggie order deal with different delivery services and both time this Wendy's do not seem to honor their delivery companies offers. Thursday past, I ordered chili and a large order of fries. The fries were amazing; the chili was ok. Though I'm not sure what caused me to wake from sleep with an upset stomach but I did and that left me feeling hungry Friday morning- so out of convenience (not preference) I stopped for a biscuit. If I could put 1/3 star I would, went here tonight around 9-930pm we walked inside because the drive-thru was busy. As we walked inside we noticed about 4 people behind the front counter, we were not greeted, the cashier walked away when it was our turn didn't say anything just walked away, we waited about 5 min till we got our order taken. That's not even the worst part. As were waiting for our food were filling drinks notice sticky floors with a wet floor sign put on top of it. I stopped in the drive thru on my way to an errand during the lunch rush. Line was moving well for lunch time. The girl that handed me my drink commented on my cute dog. Reached for my card without saying word, never confirmed my order, which was really absurd. Pulled up to window two, and waited some more, before anyone acknowledged we were waiting for 4. A guy popped out and said here's your bag, we're waiting for another and looked real mad. Waiting for my second bag of nasty delight, finally came out and said have a good night. I said dude you're forgetting all three of my drinks, if you wouldn't mind I'd like to have them please. He filled up all the cups and put a lid on the top, stuck them in a tray so they wouldn't get dropped. Pulled up to check my order cuz I knew it'd be wrong, had to ask for a receipt cuz the guy hits a bong. What really amazed me is 90% was right, but I still had to go in, as I have to do every night. Waited another 10 to get my order correct, then came on home to cold food that was sent. If you ever want Wendy's and want it correct, go to the one on Howland, they are the best. This was the crappiest fast food meal and experience that I've ever had! They messed up our order twice and when we finally received our meals, the food that was supposed to be hot was COLD, and the drinks were lukewarm!!! The customer service was terrible! The poor guy on the register was new and had no idea what he was doing. He couldn't seem to get help from the manager who was tending the drive-thru window. When she FINALLY noticed that he needed some guidance (and management??), she responded to him by chastizing, "I can't hold your hand!" Hmm... poor training? Management at fault! This place used to be pretty good but in the past couple years has went downhill tremendously. No matter how you order your sandwiches they make them how they want if you say no tomato you always get tomato and I mean nine times out of 10. Today I went there and drive-through line was very slow moving in the food wasn't even that fresh. Also I ordered no tomato or onion and guess what I got them both. I guess they are incompetent of even making a hamburger anymore. Just be very certain to check your food carefully before consuming. I recently picked up lunch to take to my son, who was hospitalized. We made it mostly through our meal before I discovered a screw in my sandwich. Yes, a metal, phillip's head screw! It wasn't even as though the offending hardware were in the meat, but siting between the pickle and the bun, right on top. After returning to the restaurant with the sandwich, the general manager expressed understanding & proceeded to tell me that another manager had made the order. A MANAGER let this go out????
