Received a coupon in my email for $5.00 off coupon to redeem in store (exact words from email) so I decided to order a pizza. Upon arriving at store to pick up pizza, pulled up coupon to redeem per instructions in email (redeem IN STORE), was told that you need to redeem online, when trying to show what the email says, the guy (Robert) refused to look and when again showing the guy, he 0took phone acted like a COMPLETE JERK, and said you need to redeem online, told him I only use app on my phone and I don't login. We asked for his name, which is Robert, he became even more belligerent. At this point we told him you can keep your pizza and you can stick your attitude. Robert appears to be on the younger side and doesn't seem to know how to interact with the public nor does it appear that he has any formal training in management. Upon leaving the store, wrote a long email to the "so called" owner. In a short time the "so called" owner called my phone and instead of taking ANY responsibility he wanted to blame everything else EXCEPT his employee. At no time did this "so called" owner take ANY responsibility for the coupon problem nor his rude employee. It's sad that this "so called" owner LOST a loyal customer. I say "so called" owner because any store owner would want to keep a loyal customer rather than take no responsibility for his own employee nor the coupon he allowed to be emailed and lose business. You know what they say "people will always remember how they were treated" and in this case being treated horribly. I will now share this experience with anyone and everyone. Because of poor customer service they could very well lose way more customers. Poor excuse for employees and one lousy "so called" owner. It's a very sad day indeed! I ordered a Large pizza with mushrooms on one side and onions on the other came to a little less than $14.00. Lack of sauce, toppings, and taste overall. I was a disappointed & sadly cannot say I would recommend. I saw in previous review that this is patterned after a NY style pizza.
