12/14/24.. I leave work for my 30 minute break, to get a simple biggie bag jr bacon cheeseburger. I went at about 2:30-2:35, I walked inside and waited in the lobby for 15+ minutes, didn't get acknowledged, didn't get my order taken. 2 young girls clocked out RIGHT in front of me and went and sat in the lobby.. their shift ended at 3:00 anddd they clocked out before then. They could have at least taken my order.. or told someone else that I needed to be served. An older lady whom I believe is one of the shift managers was pulling up in the parking lot as I was leaving. I briefly told her the situation and she apologized and told me she could take care of me. At that point I was over it and left. She is one of the only ones that works there that is respectable. I WILL NOT BE BACK, I DONT CARE Update : 7/15/25 I should have learned my lesson, NEVER, EVER, Again. If you're going after 10:30-11, good luck getting any food or getting served. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru NO SERVICE! Piss poor lazy if u aren't gonna answer in the drive thru then close your damn store. Don't make no damn sense. This Wendy's location is a joke. How do you manage to give EVERYONE a sliced drinking straw in their drink? Not once, MULTIPLE of times, and every single one of my co-workers would end up with one. Every. Single. Time. Do this location have a night shift elf workers whom just slice up drinking straws for customers the next day? Again, drive thru line here is horrendous. I understand Chick-fil-A line gets long, but they also move quick. Here... you're sitting in your car for quite awhile. You can finish the whole trilogy of The Lord of the Ring and maybe some Marvel movies before itching up to the speaker box. Just to get some lady with a really bad raspy voice, who had apparently been smoking for 30 years, that also forget to mute her mic while talking to herself or to her co-workers. Funniest thing ever. Sat in the drive through line 5 minutes and called the store no answer of course. Then they came to the speaker and the car in front of me ordered. Pulled up to the speaker and waited another 5 minutes. Said hello. A young lady said hold on a minute about 3 minutes passed before they came back to the speaker. Once we ordered and pulled around the car in front of me was still waiting at the window. In all it took over 20 minutes to get my order with just one person ahead of us and my food has a fly in it and the rest is cold! Im so pissed right now. RIDICULOUS This is the second time. And I took some back over there and they said that it was the stale. But the date On them said May 25 of 2023. I don't think you should sell anything that's out of date at any restaurant . I Ordered a baconator, chicken sandwich and nuggets w/ lemonade & fries. It was 10:40 pm. I had to pull forward for about 10 minutes which was expected. When they brought the food, they gave me a Dave's double instead of a baconator, which was okay with me, because the food was hot, I was just missing my lemonade. I drove back around and sat at the voice box for 10 minutes, and at each window for an additional 10 minutes. I finally started beating on the window and I opened it and yelled out "I need my lemonade " and they came to the window and made a comment saying "he was really beating on the window?" You dang right I did, how else was I supposed to get your attention. I'm sitting here honking my horn and reving my motor up for 30 minutes,I know you hear me and see me out here. Don't eat here. Want to eat inside a fast food restaurant? Good luck. Rude people, slow service, wrong food. And the wrong food I did get served was ice cold and made me sick. The lemonade is bad too, tastes like plastic. It's probably because it hasn't been cleaned in years. Above average for a Wendy's. Friendly staff, never seems to be busy. Cleaner than most, two FreeStyle machines, so there's no wait for a beverage. Too bad about the spicy nuggets, but the husband feels that the Dave's Sugar-free Cherry Cream Soda is a good improvement over other restaurant's beverages. read more

On very few occasions do I go to this Wendy's for many reasons. I can now add yet another reason to avoid this place. On Saturday night at the drive thru I ordered 3 large Frosties. I was asked if I wanted a receipt to which I said no. I was given 3 items. I thought they looked smaller than the usual Frosty but said nothing. The next day I went on the Wendy website to see what the sizes were. The large Frosty is 24oz. I checked the empty cup and found it held only 16oz. It may sound cheap but I went today and asked what size had I been given Showing her the cup. She said that was the large. I said this is only 16oz not the advertised 24oz. Her answer was they didn't go by Wendy's website. This was the size they served. So does this mean each Wendy's goes by it's own idea of what a Wendy's menu can be? Went to the Wendy's on hwy 25. Just went there 20 - 30 minutes ago. I pull up to the drive thru, guy asks what I want and I don't know yet but he sounds pushy and irritated. Dude literally asks rudely again ''what do you want?!'' like he's trying to hurry us up. Like, I literally just got there. I would like to share my recent experience at the Wendy's on Hwy. 25. I always go in when ordering to-go because let's be honest, you have a better chance of get the correct order when you go in. I walked in and there was one couple ordering ahead of me. Their order came out but was missing a medium fry so the girl (maybe 16 to 19 years old) told them they were cooking more fries and when they came up she would get them. So they sat down. I placed my order and was handed my two drink cups and proceeded over to the drink machine. Upon returning to the front counter with my two drinks I found the lady that was ahead of me waiting with her receipt and looking pretty perturbed that she still didn't have her fries. She tells the girl behind the counter in a sarcastic tone, "how bout my medium fries?" I could tell by the look on her face, the employee didn't like that too much. She got her fries and handed them to the customer without saying a word or making eye contact. Now, the customer could have left it there and went to eat her meal but she didn't. She decided to pipe up and say in an even more condescending tone, "you know you should wear gloves if you are handling money and food?" She then turned to go sit down. Because of the look on the employee's face I realized that the S#!$ was about the hit the fan. In a voice that everyone in the restaurant could here the employee yells the following: "Can't you see we are the only people up here in this store?" "We are the only two people working up in this store!" "Next time you just need to go to some other F%*$&ing store." I'm at a loss. I am sure there are people sitting around board tables for different fast food establishments thinking what is Chick-fil-A's secret. I'll tell you what it is. Shit like this would never happen in a Chick-fil-A store. Too bad today is Sunday and I had to go to Wendy's read more

I've gotten hot tea from this location multiple times in the past few years. Late last year the guy at the speaker told me that Wendy's does not serve hot tea and hasn't for several years. I was staring right at the hot tea choice under beverages on their newly updated menu and had a few months before gotten tea there. When I was incredulous a "manager" got on and backed him up. I have always found the service at this Wendy's to be better for dine-in than drive-thru. Sometimes they are great in the drive-thru but that's pretty rare. Also I don't know if they've fixed it but every time I ever got cherry coke from their drive-thru freestyle machine it was super weak and tasted off. read more

Went to Wendy's on hwy 25 and the order taker couldn't get anything right. He asked over and over and over was that a Med or large. Then I ordered chili instead of fries to which was read back to me. Get to the window and look in the bag to find no chili. I told the guy at the window with the manager standing behind him I was missing my chili. His response oh I forgot and wanted to charge me for it after they screwed up. On top of it all I ordered a strawberry lemonade and low and behold got a regular lemonade. Shocking to all of the above. Get home and the first bite into my sandwich I get a f****** mouth full of cheese paper. It was one of the worst times I have ever been to this location. And for the WIN I tried calling the store to speak with a manager with no answer had to leave a voice mail to which I know the manager will NEVER hear due to the pieces working will erase it. read more

line always takes at least 10 minutes and the people at the window 50% of the time are rude and don't converse with you about the total price, sauces, the long wait time, etc. i always have to ask for my receipt. the drink machine is always out of majority of the drinks on the list read more
