It was a hot sandwich, a cheesesteak ughh so good! While I waited, the nice young man asked if I ever had a cold sandwich, which I didn't so I had him recommend one but a mini! Which was perfect for lunch the next day. I think it was an Italian combo, but I'm not too sure about the number, but it was so good and softy just like I like it. He also gave me a cookie, chocolate chip, and it was so good! I had it with milk that night lol it was a nice treat after the sandwich for dinner, I absolutely will be back. I didn't catch the nice lady's name at the register, but she was very pleasant--greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. She even took a moment to compliment my hooded sweatshirt from the Hudson Valley Polar Plunge for the Special Olympics . Everything was cooked to perfection--my burger was exactly how I like it: fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and my fries were great too! Jocelyn and Carlos, who were working behind the glass, both took the time to kindly explain that I would need to specify regular fries or Cajun fries when I place my order. They were polite, patient, and genuinely friendly . They even thanked me for asking questions, which I really appreciated. I then asked if they could add Cajun seasoning to my fries, and without hesitation, Jocelyn said "absolutely" with a smile . Carlos took care of it right away and handed them back--no attitude, no problem at all . On top of that, the place was very clean. The floors were spotless, everything was well-stocked, and the whole environment felt organized and welcoming. I've been to other Five Guys locations where peanuts are all over the place and things can feel a bit messy, but this one was the complete opposite--nice and clean all around . That kind of customer service is rare these days.
