Food, as always, is hot and flavorful as in all their past years. Unlike other competitive burger joints, you don't need to reheat McDS when you arrive home. Went here yesterday for a quick bite for lunch before a sad event for my family. For one, it was sort of busy in the restaurant, and there was no one to take our orders when we walked in. We did try to use the kiosk to order, but it was fast at adding fries, when my dad didn't want fries with his meal. Finally someone showed up after about 2 minutes, and this point there was a little bit of a line. I ordered a small chocolate shake, with small fries and a mcChicken sandwich. My mom ordered a small fries with a McChicken Sandwich, and my dad ordered a quarter pounder, fries, and the spicy mcNuggets with BBQ sauce, and a soft drink. we ate it there, and the restaurant was clean, except for a fry spill that was on the floor near the garbage can. Overall, we all enjoyed our meal. Cost wasn't bad either, although prices have gone up this past couple of years. read more

I have left the bar with the intentions if getting a 20 piece of spicy mcnuggets after a great night at the bar. So I googled nearest McDonald's and this one said it was open 24 hours, however after a 37 minute drive we got here and unfortunately the place was a ghost town, no lights, no cars and no mcnuggets. If I could give a negative rating I would. Here is my problem, my wife ordered my children food and when she paid they told her they needed to change the receipts paper so there was no receipt. When they got hone we were missing a few items. So I went back to the drive up window and told them what happened, one of the girls said without the receipts there is nothing to do. I told her they did not give us a receipt and I would like the food I paid for. They told me no, and closed the window. Their customers service is probably the worst I ever dealt with. This McDonalds needed a revamp on memory in staff. I would constantly end up with wrong orders. Now, it has gotten a lot better. The staff is super friendly and I come here quite often. I would like to notify staff though, please Be mindful of the behavior of some customers. I can't sit there and eat often because the kids that come in can be a bit rowdy and I can't relax and enjoy my meal. Food is pretty much the same anywhere, so not much to report on the cuisine side. The staff is hit and miss and sometimes difficult to understand at the drive-thru. Yo I remember when I was in elementary school, you were such a baller if you had a b-day party here in this skranky ball pit location! Nowadays the ball pit is gone because that is the equivalent to a petri dish in a college laboratory so all that is left is the jungle gym part and the slides. To start off the fries were cold and that was the only reason I even wanted to go to this McDonalds. Secondly, they called my order number and just left the order behind the counter, I had to reach over the counter and grab it. I had to wait in line for a cup I had already paid for which was not given to me. They messed up my McFlurry order by adding hot fudge which wasn't on the order. I didn't feel like waiting in line for them to fix my order because of the slow service they provide. I reported this location to McD Corporate office, manager is a nasty piece of work who blocked the children play area exit and called police on my family, escalating a situation that started simply because of a toddlers shoes in the play area. Horrible. Just horrible. Every single time I go there something is wrong with my order. Inside or drive thru. My order is never correct, if I even receive my order. I always have to bring it back in because something is either not what I wanted or not mine in general. Then the staff argues with you about what you ordered because every receipt they give u doesn't print correctly so half the receipt is blank. After u finally are done actually getting them to understand what "no mayo" means, and after I've received a dirty look from every employee there, I receive an order that has now just been thrown in the bag (to the point where my sandwiches are falling apart) and shoved at me. This particular dons disappointed me in almost every way possible. Not only did they not have any ketchup available, but they were the most stingy spicy buffalo sauce. I visited this McDonald's just after the renovations. The food was not fresh. The customer service was not polite, and the prices were higher. I visited again yesterday, 7 months apart. Only one ordering station was available. The line was long. We were greeted with "what's your order" when we drove up to the window to pay, the young lady asked us what was I order. When we got our food it was lukewarm and stale. This was the height of dinner time around 6 p.m. after a grueling day of Christmas shopping. I feel corporate money should have been invested not in renovations, but in training staff on good customer service and improving the quality of their food. Ok I've only done this once before, this will be the second time I warn people to stay away. I have a food allergy, and when I had allergens on my burger I had to ask for another one. Firstly, the guy at the register(no name tag, Caucasian curly dark hair glasses) laughed at my request, then I stood around for about 15 minutes to have a cheeseburger made. Really is the worst McDonalds around. Drive thru always gets the orders wrong...if they manage to take you order at all. The order taker generally doesn't understand English which is why orders are wrong. Even after complaining to the owner and corporate there hasn't been any improvement. Multiple times the manager has been very rude and has no respect for the customer at all in any circumstance. I ordered 40 dollars worth of food and asked for bbq and sweet and sour and I didn't get sweet and sour sauce so I asked for it then the manager started calling me a liar and said I never ordered it, and he said I should go back in the line to order it again because the sauce is not free even though it's what I ordered not extra. I tried to hand him the bbq sauce and he wouldn't except it and walked away so I threw it out the window. And last time we came here the lady at the window got our order wrong and the manager came out we showed him the receipt and said he can't be wrong because it's on the electronic screen and didn't look at the receipt. The manager should be fired and never work again. The drive thru is very bad and I will most likely never go here again because of the terrible service.
