Went to one of these when they first opened up, and the place was not properly running was disgusting. Decide to give it a shot 9 years later at a different location and WOW, what a difference!!! Prices are stupid expensive $11 for just the burger(free topping). Evidently They have a special mayo made from them just for five guys , $3 for a small fountain soda, $5 for a small french fry(but they put a ton extra in the bag). The french fries are made fresh there, even had a sign on the wall where that weeks potatoes were from. This week's potatoes are from Canada as Idaho potatoes are not in season the employee explained to me. In the end Price is worth it. Service - was incredible helpful but the place was not busy at all seeing you was 11:15 AM. Within the 8 minutes of waiting for my food, huge rush people came in, and the people behind the counter were taking burger orders, even before customers came to the register. As for the interior of the place - absolutely nothing special about the place just some tables, top chairs and some basic four seaters. read more

The food is great and employees are very nice. My fries were too salty and I spoke with Henry who immediately offered to replace them. Can't ask for better service. That is excellent customer service which is almost as important as the food. Highly recommend. read more

I've enjoyed their burgers I like all the toppings I like the fries, but I don't like their prices. I didn't mind the $11 for the bacon double burger but eight dollars for fries is ridiculous for the large fries by the time I ordered a drink that would be a $25 meal And that is ridiculous! I've been a few times now and find their burgers consistently good. They are thin (not meatball-sized) smashed burger patties and served with as many toppings as you'd like. My go-to is the little cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and mayo. If I'm extra hungry, I'll go for the regular cheeseburger which is a double-patty. Here are why I take away two stars: - Their fries could be better. They come out hot but they are limp and kind of greasy. Maybe the fryer needs an oil change? - Every time I am here, it seems to be run by young adults who are goofing off, chucking pickles at each other, and just chatting instead of assembling orders. The fry cook seems to be the only one getting the orders done first before all else. I'm glad they all seem to get along and the service here is fine. But I'd rather see them get my burger order filled first before horsing around. read more

My fiancé and I moved to Mt. Kisco from Yonkers & NJ on December 1st and have been ordering from this Five Guys pretty consistently through DoorDash. Up until recently we haven't had any problems, hence the 2 stars, cause maybe they'll pull it back together. However, the two of the last three times we've ordered we have gotten food poisoning. The first time we thought it was some ice cream we had. But this time the only thing we both ate that was the same that day was this Five Guys. I'm talking I had to sleep sitting up on the sofa overnight because my stomach just *hurt* so badly pain. I have no idea what's going on, but they've definitely lost our business for a long while. read more

Five Guys burgers and fries are generally among the best fast food burgers you can find. Taking away two stars because the service is frequently slow (orders made online are often not ready when I arrive to pick them up) and they too often mess up the order. I haven't ordered from this store in over six months, OMG has this store gone downhill. I order two cheeseburgers, and threw out the second burger; disgusting. This store, and more than likely, the whole chain has lost my business for good. There are too many other burger places within a reasonable drive to ever waste my graving and money on this store/chain again. The burger was undercooked, and half the thickness from my last purchase; the slices of cheese were almost as thick as the meat-patty. I am not even sure this was a meat burger. I REALLY like five guys - probably best fast food chain in east coast of USA. For starters, the toppings are FREE. You can order 10 different toppings, and still have the burger same price before toppings. Their burger is juicy, and very nice. The only somewhat part I dislike is sometimes the toppings can fall out, and the meat patty can attempt to slip out as well. But other than that, the Burgers are great. The french fries are good. Their crispy and crunchy, but I've had better. Their milkshake is good- I recommend Vanilla flavor. read more

First time I have eaten at this chain. I was impressed with the cleanliness of this location. It was a weekday, lunch time and business was brisk. The staff kept pace cheerfully. The burgers were tasty, juicy and the topping choices were great. I particularly liked the fried onions and mushrooms. The "hand cut" fries were excellent, crisp and steaming. The decor looks very shiny and new. The sacks of potatoes stacked in the center of the restaurant and the bin of complimentary serve and shell yourself peanuts are cute. read more

Nice layout, location, clean, staff very friendly, get your order done fast. Unfortunately my wife and I have been here twice, just ordered cheeseburgers, fries, I had sodas, my wife had milkshakes. Our guts were out both times. It's either the hamburger or the peanut oil the fries are cooked in. Not going back again because of upset stomachs twice. Amazing amazing burgers and fries, but the 3 stars are because of the terrible service. You can't really order in and pick it up, you will have to wait like 20 minutes. They are slow and their system is screaming at eachother the orders ; which clearly doesn't work at all. They need a new system and need to be more efficient. So I went here on the grand opening I was a big fan up until the digestion of the little burger that I had. Prices are on point with the competition (Westchester Burger) The place is clean, and friendly. Stopped in today with literally a bus load of high school students, mostly exchange students from China and the staff here rocked!!! The staff member Eva, was excellent explaining everything and helped make sure each kid knew what they were ordering! So last week i was in with my fiance and my 5 year old daughter. As we were waiting for our food, we couldn't help but notice the older woman working the grill. She was very happy, working extremely hard, all while treating us with respect and made us feel right at home! She made the experience and left such an impression on my family that we can't wait to go back. Next time i'm there ill ask her name. She was wonderful!!!!!!!
