The food was standard fast food chain gruel, nothing special, nothing terrible. Was late at night and had no other options. They at least didn't screw up the order. The place is dirty and looks like it hasn't had a deep cleaning in a while. The service is horrendous, and the employees don't take their jobs seriously at all. They barely acknowledge your existence and are clearly miserable. I asked if there were condiments in the bag, twice. This is probably the worst Wendy's I've been to. We waited on line for a few minutes even though there was only one customer ahead of us. The worker took their order, then went and filled their drinks very slowly while we stood waiting. It must've been her first day because she didn't know how to change a side from fries to chili, or how to add just a sandwich and not a combo. Both ketchup dispensers were empty and we had to ask the employees for ketchup. The dining area is incredibly drab and sad and hasn't been renovated probably 20 years. I wondered what would await me in the bathroom and sure enough, one stall door was closed with a sign on it: "This bathroom is not good." This is by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. I've eaten a bug from a pool when I was 8 and it tasted better than this. We came for a late night meal around 10:15pm we barely found it because it was so dark! There was no lights on the outside of the restaurant just the lights inside is what helped us to see this had to be the shape of a Wendy's... definitely is not very safe especially for us as customers. The inside was closed but the drive thru was open. They have a sign that says drive thru is open but that also was not lit up. Service was slow but we were in no rush so I was not bothered. The food was pretty good. I will say my bacon was pretty chewy which was not ideal but overall I enjoyed the food. We ordered a chocolate frosty as well but the machine was running low on the frosty mixture but he still decided give us a cup full of a non cold melted version of the frosty. Not good. Thankfully we checked by taking the lid off and asked for a different beverage instead when we saw it was not a cold thick frosty.
