This is my first real go at trying to appreciate this establishment as I have a one track mind steering towards the leading competitor lol From the traffic that allowed me to directly drive onto the property, it had me completely in the wrong outer circle of the flow of the drive-thru! As for the burgers etc., having lived a quick 10 minutes away, it was barely warm in temperature needing a zap of the microwave. Let's start with the fact that the manager, who also serves behind the counter, is friendly and helpful. That's the good stuff. The bad stuff? Well, I ordered a bunless burger and it came with a bun, which since I need to avoid gluten was not ideal. The burger itself, once I discarded the bun, was tasteless. The fries were okay. The soda was flat. That's not a very good record. I don't blame the workers for the taste of the items. I would imagine that's a company-wide issue. The app worked fine for me, though my friend could not get his to work. I found it curious that it was lunchtime and yet there were only about three other people in the dining room. Trust me I'm sure that's few chains can get it wrong but what you would like to know is that they are capable of giving you a good experience while you were there. Absolutely vile. I took two bites of my chicken sandwich before noticing several long hairs stuck in the mayo and inside the sandwich itself. I felt sick almost instantly and ended up throwing up later. To make it even worse, when I brought it to the staff's attention, they refused to give me a refund. What's the deal with these low reviews son?! I'm not going to lie.. after a few bevies at the lodge and some rounds on the boys, I get a late night craving for grease. I know I'm not the only one.. so I get my lovely DD to stop here since the drive thru is open late. 8/10 times the food is made right then and there when we order it bc we often wait and they bring it out 5 mins later. Now see I don't mind the wait bc I know it's not been sitting in the fat vat all day. Plus BKs new impossible whopper is the bomb and you wouldn't know it wasn't real meat. Placed mobile app order just to sit in car and still wait. App says my food is ready 3:24. I get there 3:40 bc no way my food is ready before placing the order. I get there 3:42 to be told wait at the sign im told to wait at. Waiting for 8 min. If I don't use the app I am still waiting at drive thru to sit at the sign. I come to this burger king with my kids all the time. We ordered 40 chicken nuggets and chicken fries with sweet and sour sauce. We were almost home about 4 miles away when we noticed there was no sauce. We had to drive 4 miles to the store to get sauce. The was no apology no nothing, until I asked if they would comp a 3 for $3 meal for the inconvenience. Only then was there an apology, but they refused to comp the meal or anything else. Yesterday afternoon , stopped by this facility after work and ordered a meal. Sat down at a table and began eating. This very rude worker came up to me to told me that I need to leave since eating was not allowed. As I gathered my food, she continued with her rude behavior and told me to "Go". I not not only blame this horrible customer service on this employee but management as well for having an employee like this deal with customers, not posting signs saying that seating is prohibited and/or blocked off. Proper rating here would be 2.5 stars. This is, unfortunately, a subpar Burger King. I've visited maybe 7 or 8 times in the 3 years I've lived near by; each visit a reminder why I don't frequent more often. I love BK in general, but haven't had any good experiences at this one. General gripes surround the qualty of what they put out - which has always been sloppily/hurridly assembled, cold burgers with unmelted cheese, stale chicken nuggets, and once, a burger that resulted in stomach sickness. I can only speculate, but I assume the issues all stem from lack of proper storage (temperature), cleanliness (oil/storage/prep) and training (i.e. dont serve customer cold or spoiled food). Been going there for years on the way home. The only problem is you should check the bag to make sure you get everything. My mistake trying to pull out and not block the lane Called them after when i got home. transaction happened on 6/8 at about 530 and the manager said she was sure she put it in and remembered the transaction that i must have got it but I checked my car twice and bags 3 times and I was missing one wopper but had extra fries Maybe the manager should check the tape that she said she had and then give me a Apology. Order was wrong (not insurmountable) but then shift supervisor refused to correct it, and demanded that I leave. --- without any attempt at resolving my order /// I had to wait at the drive through window (parked, w flashers on) for five minutes until shift supervisor finally realized that she would not be able to conduct any further drive through business until she issued a refund. Every single time I go here they get my order wrong. I got all the way home which is 20 minutes away with two burgers. I ordered a double which is the only way a double jalapeño comes and it was a single. Now the other burger and fries will be cold by the time I get back home. DO NOT order from here. If you they don't your order wrong they will keep you waiting for 5-10 minutes after the drive threw window. So awfully disgusted with the business they do here. I have to reiterate what previous Yelpers have said. This is your typical Burger King, except MUCH, MUCH SLOWER. If you go through the drive-through window expect to wait for an eternity. As soon as they take your order at the window itself, you'll have to pull off to the side to wait until the restaurant finishes cooking the food. If you come here, go inside the restaurant. You won't have to waste your gas while you wait for your meal. You'll also have your hands free to check your email or something on your smart phone. There aren't that many people usually there during normal dining hours. The staff is friendly, but my dear god..it is so slow. They seem to know this too. This is more a critique of the company than this specific location--the $1 tacos are disgusting. It's basically a beef-paste looking thing thrown onto a tortilla with some shreds of lettuce. You can tell they're pre-made--they must throw them in the microwave or something when they get an order because the whole taco will be part cold, part hot. Also the turn out huge orders of tacos way too quickly. Just go to Taco Bell, they at least make the tacos on the spot with fresh ingredients. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would!! Went there this morning to get some breakfast and of course the lady barely spoke English( this doesn't bother me as long as they can get my order right) but we ordered 3 bacon and egg croissants, a double bacon cheeseburger and a medium tea. All of the croissants came with sausage and the double bacon came without the bacon, even though we were charged for it. As if that wasn't bad enough when i got to work and opened the tea to stir it the milk was bad and curled to the point where i almost threw up. I am 3 months pregnant so drinking something with bad milk is never a good idea. I called the store and the number is a fax number. The chicken grilled, not rubbery or greasy; however I would ask for mayo on the side and honey mustard on the side as well because I like honey mustard on my chicken.
