My first time ever having KFC. I went here to go and see where all the hype was about. I saw that they were doing advertisements for eight pieces of chicken for $10 on a Tuesday. I thought " wow that's a really good deal." it was a really good deal. That food was so delicious. If you like crispy chicken, you would love this place. The chicken was juicy and I got large fry which was crispy and delicious. Biscuits were really good and surprisingly warm. And it didn't take long for my order to come out. For a fast food place it was very clean. Would recommend to anybody who likes chicken. read more

I ordered a 5 piece tender combo with coleslaw. The chicken was rubbery and they gave me mashed potatoes.

TWO stars, currently, because a few days ago the drive- thru line DID NOT MOVE nearly 10 minutes. I'll be glad to update/improve this rating once I see I can "chance" trying this effort again. I forfeited my space and drove away elsewhere not getting the KFC that had wanted that night. Possibly, they are short staffed and/or had an indecisive customer at the window. This is great for a quick "let's not worry about calories" meal. Drive through, grab some fried chicken or boneless (my fav) with some hot sauce and a biscuit - almost as good as White Castle! The owner and workers here take real pride in a clean and friendly establishment and will go out of their way to please the customer. So being on 'lock down' makes me want to eat everything, I feel like I have never seen food before and I am on Survivor, Pandemic Edition. Anyway I had a hankerin for the colonel so I used Grubhub bc it had a free code and I got the $30 bucket. Maddd tendies and it was supposed to be two large mashed with gravy and one large slaw. Very unhealthy food, there $20 Fill up for 8 pieces and 2 sides is not worth it, better off going to the supermarket for way less an cook your own chicken. The sides that come with the fried chicken sucks. KFC should take lessons from Boston Boston Market where you can get a decent cooked meal. read more

POOR SERVICE. I asked for 2 chicken sandwiches with extra pickle and the sauce on the side due to me having to drive home from work 25 mins away. I didn't want my sandwiches to be soggy by time my daughter and I got to eat them. Something told me to check my bag before leaving out of the Beach Shopping Center and look at the sandwiches and guess what sauce on them. I turned back around and went back to drive-thru to explain my order was wrong . Everyone acted as if they don't understand English whatsoever until I started speaking Spanish asking for the manager now all of a sudden you understand English. The Assistant Manager had the nerve to tell me I'm the manager now in English but acted dumb as ever when I was explaining that my order was wrong and I asked for sauce on the side. She got nasty and told me we don't do that. I said I come here often that's bull and I always get my order like this. I never had a problem till today. How they were acting towards me kinda racist. I'm NEVER ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN. I'd rather go to another KFC or Popeyes out of my way to be treated with more respect than this place. The manager even had the nerve to tell me she'll do it this time but no customer can get sauce on the side that's not how they do business there. Super clean place. New soda machine. I believe they just went through an update on furniture and decor. It looks super cool. Staff in front always sweet and patient with me due to the fact that I can never understand the menu. Now that is totally my fault. I look at others ordering and they zip right through with no hesitation. The floors are never sticky or dirty here. Let me repeat so that other KFC restaurants hear me. THE FLOORS ARE NEVER STICKY OR DIRTY HERE. I appreciate this so much and hope this always stays the same. Ok now down to what is key in a great KFC. The Food !!!! Biscuits always light and fluffy, chicken strips breaded evenly and delicious. Orignial, Extra Crispy, or grilled their chicken taste great. Something new on the menu and not sure for how long is chicken and waffles. I have to try new things. I have never been a creature of habit. Shaking things up when I have the choice makes me happy. The chicken and waffles were great. I hope they keep them for a while. The cookies are warm and the cake are good. Happy to come here and sit down once my busy season is over. read more

we ordered several items from kfc and the order was not complete they left out the mashed potatoes so it ruined the meal. they don't listen to directions and took more than an hour just to bring an incomplete meal. this was horrible service. think twice before you order from there and if you do check your order because you may not get all you ordered. and that's a fact. This is a shining gem of a KFC with super friendly staff and perfect fried chicken every time I visit. $5 fill up gets you a drum stick, thigh, drink, biscuit, mashed potatoes AND a cookie! Fried chicken is messy but it fills the soul as well as the stomach. read more

I am a frequent guest at Division Street Grill (Full disclosure, I am also friends with the owner). Service in general is impeccable. There is very low staff fluctuations, with some staff having been at the establishment for decades. Guests are treated like family, and anyone who steps in immediately sense that this is more than just a restaurant. It's a gathering place for kindred spirits. The food is excellent, prices are reasonable, and the staff cares. And yes, it does happen during the flu season that sometimes someone gets ill :-) ! read more

The staff here is rude and incompetent. I previously complained on the KFC website, no feedback. They do not pay attention when you place an order. My partner and I went early, thinking they might be better when it is slow. No such luck. We ordered two dinners, one white meat and one dark meat along with a side order of mashed potatoes and two biscuits for a coworker. The man taking the order rushed; signed off before we completed our order, no verification of what we ordered and no soda order. We get to the window and I tell the cashier, he did not take our soda orders. She said she could not change or add to the order. I told her he never asked and signed off before we could finish. She again said she could not change or add to the order. I told her to cancel the order. She then said okay, she would add to the order but it was my problem for not verifying the order. She kept complaining about customers who can not order properly. A man walks up to the window, his order was incomplete. She hands me the sodas - SURPRISE - one of the caps was not on completely. I spilled soda all over my pants. I asked her for napkins, she said they are in the bag. I told her I needed more napkins. I was a waitress for 10 years. The loose soda cap was not an accident and no apology or extra napkins. Our orders were the exact same thing, one leg one thigh, one breast, no white meat or dark meat. Our co workers' order was stuffed inside our two orders. Why would you cram extras into these small boxes? The biscuits were all broken and smashed. As I previously stated I was a waitress for 10 years. I normally give the drive thru, 10 percent, they work hard too. The cashier knows us, after being so nasty, she gives me my change and then waits for her tip. When I did not tip her, she slammed the window and did not give me additional napkins to clean up the spill. You tip for good service, not complaining about customers when they can hear you. Also who trains this staff, in the last few months they are awful. I sent customer service surveys, no feedback. I told my partner, if you want chicken, Bob's B Q in Shrub Oak, or wait until Popeye' s opens in Yorktown. The last visits here were awful. We are all under stress but the lack of customer service, outright rudeness, and order inconsistency here is horrible. Our last three visits our orders were wrong or incomplete. read more
