When we pulled up to the drive thru window, we were asked to wait for our Krystal's or choose something else. When we said we would wait the cashier slammed the drive thru window shut and within about 2 minutes had come back and given us our bags of food. There was another car in the drive thru waiting so I can only assume we got their Krystal burgers since there wasn't much of a wait as the cashier insisted. And again the burgers were dead on arrival. We asked for no ice in our drinks but she had ice in them. When we reminded her no ice she dumped them and refilled the cups with our drinks about half way up the cup.

Their prices are better and the likelihood of them messing up your order is a lot less. Don't go to Zaxbys. Even the McDonald's is better on that exit.

Location infront of walmart, Taco bell is: 2315 N Charles G Seivers Blvd, Clinton TN 37716…read more Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. The food was STALE. Not slightly off -- completely stale. The fries, burritos all of it were old, the ingredients were dry, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. It was inedible. When I brought it back and asked for a remake, the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the issue, they acted annoyed that I even said something. They reluctantly "remade" it, and somehow it came back even worse -- sloppily thrown together, still stale, and clearly made with zero care. It was 100% intentional. To make it worse, there was laughing and mocking while handling the situation. That level of disrespect toward a paying customer is unacceptable. If you hate your job that much, don't take it out on customers. This location seriously needs new management and staff who understand basic customer service. Save your money and your time -- go to ANY other Taco Bell. This one is a complete embarrassment.
