Everytime I go through this McDonald's I either have to wait on my food or my food is wrong. I have tried to call to let them know that my order is incorrect and the phone goes straight to a voicemail that has no room left for messages to be left. I watched one employee fill my coke cup half up and filled the rest with water because I heard him say he's out of coke then handed it to me at the drive-through. I had to go inside to get another coke from the inside machine. They don't go by what you put on the mobile orders when using the app. Employees look very rough. This McDonald's gets a bad wrap with previous reviews. We placed an order online and the app had an issue with the location. Both managers handled this very well. They were understanding of my issue and got my food out quickly. I didn't have to pay anything extra. The food was on par with every McDonald's and yes the fries were salted haha! It looked fine enough. Relatively clean. Bathrooms were in decent shape. We waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for 5 breakfast sandwiches and 4 hash browns. Like for real, wtf. I asked "why" when we finally got our good, and was told "Idk, we were short staffed" by the manager. But that doesn't explain why 12 people came, ordered, and left before us (just inside, not including drive thru), she again just responded with "sorry, idk". So. Worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at. Used the kiosk to place my order. There was nobody else waiting for food. I waited 8 minutes before the person behind the counter asked what I was waiting for. She had deleted my order out of the system, and wanted me to give my receipt to her so she could fill the order. On a trip and stopped to grab some breakfast.. when pulling up to the window the employee asked me what my order was and then when I told her I had the hoy chocolate she handed me a cup and took my card. She then attempted to swipe the card and when it didn't work she yelled out the card was declined. When I asked her to try again she made it seem as if it was a chore then she walks back to the window and hands me the food and my card without saying anything else. She then walked away and began preparing the next order. I called out to her to ask for some sauce and apparently she couldn't hear me through the open window. Then when pulling off I realized she didn't even bother to give me any type of receipt.And to top it off she gave me coffee instead of hot chocolate. Don't be tempted by the BOGO for $1 deal. I ordered 1Big Mac and 1 Fish Filet in the drive thru. Paid at window 1 and moved to p/u. They had given my order to the car in front of me and asked me to pull forward. Ten minutes later, I backed up to the p/u window and asked if they had forgotten me. Of course they did. Every time I've been here they've messed up my order somehow. Today's issue was they left out one sandwich completely and got another one wrong. We were also told they no longer have slushies (even though they were still on the menu board) and the ice cream and shake machine was "down for maintenance". 3 stars... Bias review. We should all know what to expect when we go to McDonald's. If you don't it's just something you have to do.. it's quick, cheap, convent... Consistent would be a word Id use in this description.. up until recently. A lot of you may not have notice the Classic Chicken sandwich was taken off the visible menus. It's a $3 same meat as chicken biscuit just on a bun with pickles and the special sauce... I ordered it every day from this McDonald's for many days and many McDonald's without it on shown on menu. It is still pictured on sign advertising$1.$2.$3 menu three feet to the right of drive thru. Seems within the last week depending on who feels like looking up this sandwich button, when working, is when I'm able to order this. So my bias review will change when the employees take a second to look up the button instead of arguing they don't have it and cant make it. Until then I'll just drive by see if they have someone in the window that has served me before and knows anything about pressing buttons or head to the other one 3 more minutes down the road next to pilot who hasnt had this problem yet. Otherwise the employees nice enough some days, and the restaurant is clean on the inside with limited seatings. read more

Alright - I'm sorry I'm yelping a McDonald's. BUT - this one is a pretty good one! Inside is clean, service is friendly, and food is just what you expect. The drive through is what's so great though. They have never messed up an order for me, they are always quick, they don't give out old cold fries just because you are at the drive through, and they always greet you like they have known you for years. Once I miscounted my money and was 85 cents short at the window. While I was digging in my console the lady was laughing and she kept saying - don't worry about it - it's only a buck. You don't get that kind of friendly service at every drive through window! OH YEAH - they sell ice, too, two bags for $1. Can't beat that - can you? read more
