Was ok. Tried to get lunch and it was 1029am in the drive thru and they said we could not order lunch because it wasn't 1030 and only offered breakfast. Really. One minute. It would have been 1030 by the time we got to the window. We ordered breakfast, food was normal McDonald's breakfast. Cashier that took our payment was nice. read more

They don't take MCDONALDS COUPONS. It's a McDonald's, McDonald's offers coupons, but McDonald's doesn't accept McDonald's coupons!

I wish I had the shamelessness to open a chain and charge ppl $13 for stale bread and a meat crumble. People are ridiculous and deserve their unhappiness going here. Just flush your money down the toilet. Sure you won't get that cardboard taste you're addicted to but you won't risk ecoli either. Win win. read more

Everytime I go through this McDonald's I either have to wait on my food or my food is wrong. I have tried to call to let them know that my order is incorrect and the phone goes straight to a voicemail that has no room left for messages to be left. I am not happy with my experience with this mcdonalds at all. read more

They don't offer all-day breakfast here but I did end up getting an oatmeal. It was good, the same as any McDonalds I've been to. However, I like the breakfast menu so I can get more vegetarian options. read more

It's every time I come here they mess up almost every time like are they all high, then I know this ain't there fault but Mcdonald's app needs to change quicker cause I bought me breakfast cause it was still on there, but when I went to pick up my food, there was no breakfast like fix it read more

This is definitely a McDonald's to avoid. Order is always wrong. I watched one employee fill my coke cup half up and filled the rest with water because I heard him say he's out of coke then handed it to me at the drive-through. I had to go inside to get another coke from the inside machine. They don't go by what you put on the mobile orders when using the app. Employees look very rough. There is another McDonald's location down the road about 10 minutes. Go to that one and take a little extra time! read more

This McDonald's gets a bad wrap with previous reviews. We placed an order online and the app had an issue with the location. Both managers handled this very well. They were understanding of my issue and got my food out quickly. I didn't have to pay anything extra. The food was on par with every McDonald's and yes the fries were salted haha! Would stop here again! read more

Service was very good guy who was at the second drive thru was very nice I loved the food and this made my experience better!

Nope. Always dirty, understaffed. Everyone is a trainee. Bless their hearts. 16 minutes. Monday night at 9:27. read more

It is really surprising how enept this McDonald's is. I have been here 6 times and they have completely botched my order 4 of those 6 times. Lesson learned now. Arby's (next door) has really great customer service, been there 3 times, zero issues. read more

If I could give this McDonald's 0 stars, I would. On our way home from vacation, we stopped in here for the restrooms and food for our tribe. Let Me Tell You that this is not where you want to stop. It looked fine enough. Relatively clean. Bathrooms were in decent shape. We waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for 5 breakfast sandwiches and 4 hash browns. Like for real, wtf. I asked "why" when we finally got our good, and was told "Idk, we were short staffed" by the manager. But that doesn't explain why 12 people came, ordered, and left before us (just inside, not including drive thru), she again just responded with "sorry, idk". So. Zero stars, go any place else. read more

Only reason for 2/5 is the fact that the food was OK. I was asked to do the classic "pull up please, we're waiting on something to cook". Once we were off the drive-thru timer we waited 20+ minutes and ended up having to go in to get it. 20+ minutes for 2 combos with no changes or special requests. You be the judge. read more

Worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at. Used the kiosk to place my order. There was nobody else waiting for food. I waited 8 minutes before the person behind the counter asked what I was waiting for. She had deleted my order out of the system, and wanted me to give my receipt to her so she could fill the order. After an additional 10 minutes, i was served lukewarm Big mac with dehydrated burnt beef patties and stale buns. Trust me, wait for the next exit. read more

On a trip and stopped to grab some breakfast.. when pulling up to the window the employee asked me what my order was and then when I told her I had the hoy chocolate she handed me a cup and took my card. She then attempted to swipe the card and when it didn't work she yelled out the card was declined. When I asked her to try again she made it seem as if it was a chore then she walks back to the window and hands me the food and my card without saying anything else. She then walked away and began preparing the next order. I called out to her to ask for some sauce and apparently she couldn't hear me through the open window. Then when pulling off I realized she didn't even bother to give me any type of receipt. And to top it off she gave me coffee instead of hot chocolate. Her customer service, in my opinion, was poor and I'm glad this isn't my local McDonald's. read more

They are so slow every time not just once. Never sorry for your wait our anything. If it wasn't close to the house I would never come here.

Really need a zero star rating on this one! Absolutely filthy. Men's room out of order. The ladies room is even grosser than the tables, floors, & drink station, which isn't easy to accomplish. Automated ordering here is a complete disaster. read more

Don't be tempted by the BOGO for $1 deal. I ordered 1Big Mac and 1 Fish Filet in the drive thru. Paid at window 1 and moved to p/u. They had given my order to the car in front of me and asked me to pull forward. Ten minutes later, I backed up to the p/u window and asked if they had forgotten me. Of course they did. They finally found my order and I left. I was half way home when I discovered my fish sandwich bun was burnt to a crisp! This will be the LAST TIME I waste my time patronizing McDonald's! Not that I would ever really expect much from McDonald's but this one is EXTREMELY inconsistent and getting worse all the time. Occasionally, you will get your order in record time and it will be hot and as good as McD food can be. Other times the staff doesn't even know what world they are in and if some of their teenage buddies are in, you might as well forget it. Ordered coffee time and after waiting at least 10 minutes asked for my money back and left. Too many places to choose from to put up with this. read more

Every time I've been here they've messed up my order somehow. Today's issue was they left out one sandwich completely and got another one wrong. We were also told they no longer have slushies (even though they were still on the menu board) and the ice cream and shake machine was "down for maintenance". Nice enough staff, but they don't really know what they're doing. They're also highly overworked, the kid who took our order was taking orders on both front counter and drive thru, AND was running food out as well. read more

After a couple years hiatus, I have visited this location a couple of times lately and what a completely different experience. I had awful service from a girl named Bethany. I ordered a mocha frappe with no whipped cream. When she slammed the drink down on the counter, it was was like sold ice. She did not blend it. Alright - I'm sorry I'm yelping a McDonald's. BUT - this one is a pretty good one! Inside is clean, service is friendly, and food is just what you expect. The drive through is what's so great though. They have never messed up an order for me, they are always quick, they don't give out old cold fries just because you are at the drive through, and they always greet you like they have known you for years. Once I miscounted my money and was 85 cents short at the window. While I was digging in my console the lady was laughing and she kept saying - don't worry about it - it's only a buck. You don't get that kind of friendly service at every drive through window! OH YEAH - they sell ice, too, two bags for $1. Can't beat that - can you? read more

We come through here at least twice a week if not more for a fast lunch.. We have finally chosen to go else where after our order being inncorrect every single time. It's always my son's kids meal that's usually all messed up. Every time I order a PLAIN hamburger kids meal and when we pull out it's got everything or even mac sauce on it?? Which he will not eat.. When we order buiscuts they are terrible and hard.. I called the manager today and she acted like she couldn't care less. read more

3 stars... Bias review. We should all know what to expect when we go to McDonald's. If you don't it's just something you have to do.. it's quick, cheap, convent... Consistent would be a word Id use in this description.. up until recently. A lot of you may not have notice the Classic Chicken sandwich was taken off the visible menus. It's a $3 same meat as chicken biscuit just on a bun with pickles and the special sauce... I ordered it every day from this McDonald's for many days and many McDonald's without it on shown on menu. It is still pictured on sign advertising$1.$2.$3 menu three feet to the right of drive thru. Seems within the last week depending on who feels like looking up this sandwich button, when working, is when I'm able to order this. So my bias review will change when the employees take a second to look up the button instead of arguing they don't have it and cant make it. Until then I'll just drive by see if they have someone in the window that has served me before and knows anything about pressing buttons or head to the other one 3 more minutes down the road next to pilot who hasnt had this problem yet. Otherwise the employees nice enough some days, and the restaurant is clean on the inside with limited seatings. read more

I usually don't eat fast food, but I was traveling to Michigan, from Georgia and decided to stop for fries, and a fish sandwich. I was so disgusted to bite into a piece of plastic. I will never eat at McDonald's again. Smh read more
