5 stars for customer service. I don't think I've ever reviewed a fast food chain but, my husband and kiddos had such a good experience here. Wendy's has a limited edition peppermint frosty flavor that our daughter has been excited to try. To her disappointment, they let my husband know that they had just reset that side of the machine and it wouldn't be ready for a while. They upsized her regular frosty as a way to say sorry. Well while they were waiting for a fresh batch of hot fries, they also brought out a peppermint frosty on the house. It ended up resetting quickly and it was such a sweet gesture that they didn't have to do. So A+ for customer service. They made my families day today. This was a terrible experience, there's was about a 5-6 minute wait in the drive thru even when there was about 6 workers there. We were given our 4$ small frosty after a long wait on a tired night, just to see that it was only about half full and looks very unappetizing. Im very disappointed in the Wendy's franchise and their lack of ability to satisfy their customers with the simplest items. If there was a 0 star I would choose that. Definitely would not recommend to anyone in need of Wendy's especially when there's a McDonald's across the street. Also to add the employees looked very unprofessional and unwelcoming as most were on their phone chatting while we wait for our order. Genuinely a terrible experience for anyone. read more

Tried the new Mushroom bacon burger and it was delicious. The service was awesome! We ordered from Nathan and he was not the usual who cares person. We didn't order drinks but he brought our food over and asked if we wanted a water cup. I eat at Wendy's occasionally and for some reason this one was really off. Guess I should have read the other reviews before I came. Weird hard fries, chicken nuggets that were all puffy and undercooked feeling. My side of chili was pretty much just tomato sauce. Both drink machines were also out of most all drinks and ice. I left here hungry as most my food went into the trash. Not the best Wendy's out there. Im leaving 2 stars because the staff were friendly and the place was clean. Service. Their workers try to "beat the system". In order to keep order times down, they have customers park and bring the orders out. This takes extra time and creates lots of inaccuracies. It's fast food, I shouldnt have to wait 7-10 minutes for food when employees are just faking the books to look like they get food out quickly. read more

Normally i would give Wendy a solid 4 in the realm of fast food... great dollar menu, both beef and chicken are tasty, of course, its fastfood crap. That you know, why deduct? Service is always lightspeed, food isnt all rushed, or worse 'smashed' like fast food sometimes is! You know that flat burger with the bun all crushed down lioe a damn tortilla! Fries are always on point, i think the high traffic adds to freshness. Also we know from the troll instagram/twitter they are never frozen burgers... Now why i gave a 3.5 well a chic fil a is 2 miles away, but for lunch those extra 2 miles adds up. Still better options are there. Fyi i love chic fil a!! Let's clear something up. I'm giving Wendy's on S.E. 82nd Drive, down by the post office and the Clackamas industrial corridor, 4 stars because it's better than a run of the mill 3 star Wendy's, even though I wouldn't call myself a fan. I dropped by to get a fish sandwich to see what they were like here. I had seen that this store had been remodeled and that it actually looked appealing for its genre. God only knows that many Wendy's stores look long in the tooth. This one is really nice, both inside and out. The service wasn't what your typical fast food employees are dishing out these days, meaning the young lady working up front paid attention to what I wanted, including extra pickles on my fish sandwich, and answered my questions. Later, the manager came through the dining room and asked how my meal was and was proud of the remodeling job of this store.. The fish sandwich was very good, but I wouldn't call it great. Everyone has a different spin on fish filet sandwiches yet they differ very little as to how they taste. Their fries tasted like generic french fries and a soft drink dispensed from that machine that has all those flavors is a good thing to have in a fast food restaurant so you can mix and match flavors, in addition to getting a refill. I'm not typically a Wendy's customer, preferring McDonald's, Burger King, and Carl's Jr. However, I will say that the experience here exceeded my expectations and, after the departure of Clara Peller and the "Where's the beef?" campaign, the organization needed an injection of some je ne sais quoi and they seemingly addressed that by modernizing their stores, which fetches them an extra star at this location. Note that there is a drive-through as well as free wi-fi. read more

Wendy's is fast becoming a favorite for us. They have really delicious burgers, and chicken sandwiches, lots of options, and you can get the frosty with your meal which is basically just soft serve ice cream. I always enjoy stopping at wendy's. It's really become a go to for us because they are all over and they're always amazing. They also have really good fries, or at least good fries, which is nice because a lot of other fast food places have cheap fries and it shows. Finally, if you like to know you're eating somewhere where you're making a contribution to something better, Wendy's is a great option because they donate money to adoption agencies. Which is really cool. So, all the more reason to choose Wendy's over the competition. read more

What can you say about quick late night fast food? I live right by here and have probably gone 20+ times and have only been disappointed once. I never use the drive-thru, so I cannot comment on that. This location is the "Gold Standard" for Wendy's. The food is served at the correct temps and everything works. WiFi, heat in the winter and AC in the summer are always working. No lame excuses or cheap owner to put up with. read more

Food was tasty. However, they do not have a changing station in either bathroom. An easy fix to accommodate young families.

We are infrequent visitors to fast food establishments, but I had one of those "I GOTTA HAVE FRIES" kinda days and off we went. We decided to have supper.. 2 single cheeseburgers and 2 fries. Ho Lee Crap we got sick. I'm thinking that since Dave passed, Miss Wendy isn't as concerned with cleanliness. 2 1/2 days in bed and I'm on my way to buy a fryer. I'll make my own from here on out. Like going to Wendy's for bake potatoe and Cesar salad. What a nice surprise at this one! It was very clean and Siebel was very nice taking our order. At 8:30 pm bakers were still fresh and fluffy. My daughter said her chili was perfect. We'll be back on our next trip to Portland. read more

I stopped by Wendy's at 16220 SE 82nd Dr Clackamas Oregon at 9pm New Years Evening and waited in line at the Drive through for 10 minutes. I had six cars behind me. No one answered the intercom so I drove to the window and had to bang on the glass to get a response. The girl said they were told to close early and I said that the drive through was full. Needless to say I went else where and 15 minutes later I drove back by and 6-8 cars were still in line. Poor customer service at best. read more

My wife and I visited on Wednesday August 18th at lunch time, 12:15pm. There was a good line of people waiting to order both inside and at the drive thru but they were burning through orders pretty quick. The girl that took our order was fairly friendly. We ordered inside, but ordered to go. Even though they were obviously busy, our order came up in about 3-4 minutes. And more importantly, it was 100% correct! Plus, everything was very hot and tasted fresh. We were honestly surprised. We had a mix of items too (spicy nuggets, value fry, two value burgers, an Asian salad and a baked potato). My wife is currently still eating the salad and has said twice, "wow this is really good!" I will say that the drive thru looked a little crazy. It lines up right next to where people park and there was some stressed people trying to leave but couldn't because the drive thru line was blocking them in. So I recommend parking a few rows away and ordering inside to go. read more
